Cel główny: zwiększenie dostępności oraz rozwój zasobów kulturowych Gminy Lutomiersk w wyniku modernizacji budynku GOK w Lutomiersku, dzięki której możliwe będzie poszerzenie oferty kulturalnej (poprzez modernizację i doposażenie biblioteki oraz pozostałych pracowni). Zadanie 1 – Prace przygotowawcze (dokumentacji projektowej oraz studium wykonalności), Zadanie 2 – Roboty budowlane (modernizacja obiektu, instalacje, dostosowanie pomieszczeń obiektu dla osób niepełnosprawnych), Zadanie 3 – Zakup wyposażenia, Zadanie 4 – Zarządzanie projektem (nadzór inwestorski nad inwestycją, zarządzenie i promocja projektu). W ramach robót budowlanych przewidziano roboty rozbiórkowe, demontażowe, murarskie, tynkarskie, okładzinowe, posadzkowe, malarskie, dekarskie, montażowe. Zaplanowano również modernizację instalacji elektrycznej, wentylacyjnej, co i wod-kan. Wśród wyposażenia zaplanowanego do nabycia należy wymienić regały, stoliki i krzesła do biblioteki, stoliki i krzesła do pracowni plastycznej, wieszaki jezdne. Grupy docelowe: mieszkańcy Gminy Lutomiersk bez ograniczenia na wiek czy stopień niepełnosprawności. Projekt kierowany jest do wszystkich chcących skorzystać z oferty kulturalnej GOK. Osobną grupę docelową stanowić będą turyści odwiedzający Gminę. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na wprowadzenie nowej oferty kulturalnej związanej z działalnością biblioteki (powstanie czytelni), nowe zajęcia plastyczne. Dzięki realizacji projektu wnioskodawca będzie mógł zintensyfikować dotychczasową ofertę, którą będzie mógł kierować do większej liczby odbiorców. Main objective: increasing the accessibility and development of cultural resources of the Lutomiersk Municipality as a result of the modernisation of the Lutomiersk GOK building, which will enable the cultural offer to be expanded (by modernising and retrofitting the library and other studios). Activity 1 – Preparatory work (design documentation and feasibility study), Task 2 – Construction works (modernisation of the facility, installations, adaptation of premises for disabled people), Task 3 – Purchase of equipment, Task 4 – Project management (investor supervision, management and promotion of the project). Construction works include demolition, dismantling, masonry, plastering, cladding, flooring, painting, roofing, assembly. It is also planned to modernise the electrical, ventilation, as well as water-canal installations. Among the equipment planned for purchase include racks, tables and chairs for the library, tables and chairs for the plastic studio, mobile hangers. Target groups: residents of Lutomiersk Municipality without limitation on age or degree of disability. The project is addressed to all who want to take advantage of the cultural offer of GOK. A separate target group will be tourists visiting the Municipality. The implementation of the project will allow the introduction of a new cultural offer related to the activities of the library (the opening of a reading room), new art classes. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the applicant will be able to intensify its existing offer, which it will be able to target to a larger number of recipients. Objectif principal: accroître l’accessibilité et le développement des ressources culturelles de la municipalité de Lutomiersk grâce à la modernisation du bâtiment GOK Lutomiersk, ce qui permettra d’élargir l’offre culturelle (en modernisant et en modernisant la bibliothèque et d’autres studios). Activité 1 — Travaux préparatoires (documentation de conception et étude de faisabilité), Tâche 2 — Travaux de construction (modernisation de l’installation, installations, adaptation des locaux pour personnes handicapées), Tâche 3 — Achats d’équipements, Tâche 4 — Gestion du projet (supervision des investisseurs, gestion et promotion du projet). Hauptziel: Verbesserung der Zugänglichkeit und Entwicklung der kulturellen Ressourcen der Gemeinde Lutomiersk infolge der Modernisierung des GOK-Gebäudes Lutomiersk, die die Erweiterung des kulturellen Angebots (durch Modernisierung und Nachrüstung der Bibliothek und anderer Studios) ermöglichen wird. Maßnahme 1 – Vorbereitungsarbeiten (Entwurfsdokumentation und Machbarkeitsstudie), Aufgabe 2 – Bauarbeiten (Modernisierung der Anlage, Installationen, Anpassung von Räumlichkeiten für Behinderte), Aufgabe 3 – Beschaffung von Ausrüstung, Aufgabe 4 – Projektmanagement (Investorenaufsicht, Verwaltung und Förderung des Projekts). Zu den Bauarbeiten gehören Abbruch, Demontage, Mauerwerk, Gipsarbeiten, Verkleidungen, Bodenbeläge, Malerei, Bedachung, Montage. Es ist auch geplant, die Elektro-, Lüftungs- und Wasserkanalinstallationen zu modernisieren. Zu den für den Kauf vorgesehenen Geräten gehören Regale, Tische und Stühle für die Bibliothek, Tische und Stühle für das Kunststoffstudio, mobile Kleiderbügel. Zielgruppen: Einwohner der Gemeinde Lutomiersk ohne Einschränkung des Alters oder des Grades der Behinderung. Das Projekt richtet sich an alle, die das kulturelle Angebot der GOK nutzen möchten. Eine separate Zielgruppe werden Touristen sein, die die Gemeinde besuchen. Dank der Durchführung des Projekts wird der Antragsteller sein bestehendes Angebot intensivieren können, das er auf eine größere Zahl von Empfängern richten kann.
