Celem projektu jest zwiększanie możliwości zatrudnienia 85 osób młodych w wieku18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy oraz zarejestrowanych w PUP w Końskich, spośród których co najmniej 60% stanowią osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez :- co najmniej 44% osób niepełnosprawnych uczestniczących w projekcie;- co najmniej 44% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestniczących w projekcie;- co najmniej 44% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach uczestniczących w projekcie;- co najmniej 59,5% uczestników projektu nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych.Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej na w/w poziomie.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP w Końskich realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. UP będą osoby u których w Indywidualnym Planie Działania zdiagnozowano potrzebę uczestnictwa w jednej z form wsparcia założonych w projekcie tj. prace interwencyjne, bon zatrudnieniowy. Dodatkowo w celu zwiększenia motywacji do powrotu/wejścia na rynek pracy pr. zakłada możliwość uzyskania zwrotu kosztów opieki nad dzieckiem/osobą zależną-zgodnie z ustawą o prom zatrudn. art. 61 (przew. w budżecie) w przypadku os. które przystąpiły do form wsparcia prace interwen., bon zatr. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of 85 young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed and registered in the PLO in Końskie, of which at least 60 % are people who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs), as defined by the NEET category.The main result of the project will be:- at least 44 % of the disabled people participating in the project;- at least 44 % of the long-term unemployed participating in the project;- at least 44 % of the low-skilled persons participating in the project;- at least 59.5 % of the project participants not eligible for any of the above-mentioned target groups. The project assumes to achieve the employment performance indicators of the labour market participants in the project. Up will be people with whom the Individual Action Plan has been diagnosed with the need to participate in one of the forms of support set up in the project, i.e. intervention work, employment voucher. In addition, in order to increase the incentive to return/enter the labour market, pr. presupposes the possibility of obtaining reimbursement of the costs of caring for the child/subsidiary – in accordance with the Ferry Act Article 61 (in the budget) in the case of those who have entered into forms of support, intervention work. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi de 85 jeunes âgés de 18 à 29 ans qui sont sans emploi et inscrits à l’OLP de Końskie, dont au moins 60 % sont des personnes qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (les «NEET»), telles que définies par la catégorie NEET.Le résultat principal du projet sera:- 44 % au moins des personnes handicapées participant au projet;- au moins 44 % des chômeurs de longue durée participant au projet;- au moins 44 % des personnes peu qualifiées participant au projet;- au moins 59,5 % des participants au projet ne sont éligibles à aucun des groupes cibles susmentionnés. Il s’agira de personnes avec lesquelles le plan d’action individuel a été diagnostiqué avec la nécessité de participer à l’une des formes d’aide mises en place dans le cadre du projet, à savoir le travail d’intervention, le chèque emploi. En outre, afin d’accroître l’incitation au retour/à l’entrée sur le marché du travail, pr. présuppose la possibilité d’obtenir le remboursement des frais de garde de l’enfant/filiale — conformément à l’article 61 de la loi Ferry (dans le budget) dans le cas de ceux qui ont pris des formes de soutien, le travail d’intervention. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von 85 jungen Menschen im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren zu erhöhen, die arbeitslos und in der PLO in Końskie registriert sind, von denen mindestens 60 % Personen sind, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung teilnehmen (die sogenannten NEETs), wie sie in der NEET-Kategorie definiert sind.Das wichtigste Ergebnis des Projekts wird sein:- mindestens 44 % der am Projekt teilnehmenden Behinderten;- mindestens 44 % der Langzeitarbeitslosen, die an dem Projekt teilnehmen;- mindestens 44 % der am Projekt teilnehmenden gering qualifizierten Personen;- mindestens 59,5 % der Projektteilnehmer, die nicht für eine der oben genannten Zielgruppen in Anspruch genommen werden können. Personen, bei denen der individuelle Aktionsplan diagnostiziert wurde, müssen an einer der Formen der Unterstützung teilnehmen, die im Rahmen des Projekts eingerichtet wurden, d. h. Interventionsarbeit, Arbeitsschein. Um den Anreiz zur Rückkehr/Eintritt in den Arbeitsmarkt zu erhöhen, setzt pr. darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit voraus, die Kosten für die Betreuung des Kindes/Tochters gemäß Artikel 61 des Ferry Act (im Haushalt) für diejenigen, die Formen der Unterstützung eingegangen sind, zu erstatten.
