Celem głównym projektu jest uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych w ramach zawodów deficytowych IT dla 1410 (w tym 423 K 987 M) osób dorosłych w wieku powyżej 18 roku życia, z terenu woj. zachodniopomorskiego (tj. osób pracujących, uczących się lub zamieszkujących na obszarze woj. zachodniopomorskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego), które zainteresowane są z własnej inicjatywy zdobyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podnoszeniem kwalifikacji zawodowych w okresie 01.01.2018 – 30.09.2019. Minimum 10% grupy docelowej projektu stanowić będą osoby niepełnosprawne (141 os. w tym 42 K, 99 M). Efektem realizacji projektu będzie uzyskanie kwalifikacji IT potwierdzone przez certyfikaty, przez co najmniej 80% UP ( tj. 1128 os. w tym 338 K, 790 M) ), z czego co najmniej 113 os. (w tym: 34 K, 79 M) stanowić będą os. niepełnosprawne. Cel główny oraz rezultaty projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez stworzenie ścieżek certyfikacyjnych w ramach 9 specjalności dotyczących następujących zawodów deficytowych IT w województwie zachodniopomorskim: „Administratorzy systemów komputerowych”, „Programiści aplikacji” i „Inżynierowie telekomunikacji”. Ścieżki certyfikacyjne stworzone zostały w oparciu o własne 12 letnie doświadczenie na rynku IT, konsultacje z podmiotami otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego oraz analizę desk research. Wszystkie certyfikaty w ramach projektu posiadają międzynarodowy zasięg oraz reprezentują najwyższą światową jakość, a także są wysoko cenione przez pracodawców. Wskaźniki rezultatu są adekwatne dla pomiaru założonych celów. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to obtain professional qualifications within the IT deficit competition for 1410 (including 423 K 987 M) adults aged over 18 years, from the territory of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (i.e. persons working, learning or living in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code), who are interested on their own initiative to acquire, supplement or raise professional qualifications in the period 01.01.2018-30.09.2019. At least 10 % of the target group of the project will be disabled (141 people of which 42 K, 99 M). The project will result in obtaining IT qualifications confirmed by certificates, by at least 80 % of UP (i.e. 1128 people of which 338 K, 790 M)) of which at least 113 people. (of which: 34 K, 79 M) will be disabled. The main objective and the results of the project will be achieved by creating certification paths within 9 specialties concerning the following IT deficit competitions in Zachodniopomorskie voivodship: Computer system administrators, application programmers, and telecommunications engineers. Certification paths are based on their own 12 years of experience on the IT market, consultations with socio-economic actors and desk research analysis. All certificates within the project have an international reach and represent the highest global quality, and are highly valued by employers. L’objectif principal du projet est d’obtenir des qualifications professionnelles au sein des professions déficitaires informatiques pour 1410 (dont 423 K 987 M) adultes âgés de plus de 18 ans, de la voïvodie de Zachodniopomorskie (c’est-à-dire les personnes travaillant, apprenant ou vivant dans la voïvodie de Zachodniopomorskie au sens du code civil), qui sont intéressés de leur propre initiative à acquérir, compléter ou améliorer des qualifications professionnelles au cours de la période du 01.01.2018-30.09.2019. Au moins 10 % du groupe cible du projet seront des personnes handicapées (141 personnes dont 42 K, 99 M). Le résultat du projet sera d’obtenir des qualifications informatiques confirmées par des certificats, d’au moins 80 % de l’UP (c.-à-d. 1128 personnes dont 338 K, 790 M), dont au moins 113 personnes. (dont: 34 K, 79 M) constitueront des personnes handicapées. L’objectif principal et les résultats du projet seront atteints par la création de parcours de certification relevant de 9 spécialités concernant les professions déficitaires informatiques suivantes dans la voïvodie de Zachodniopomorskie: «Administrateurs de systèmes informatiques», «Développeurs d’applications» et «Ingénieurs de télécommunications». Des parcours de certification ont été créés sur la base de 12 années d’expérience sur le marché des technologies de l’information, de consultations avec l’environnement socio-économique et d’analyse documentaire. Tous les certificats dans le cadre du projet ont une portée internationale et représentent la plus haute qualité mondiale, ainsi qu’une grande valeur par les employeurs. Les indicateurs de résultat sont adéquats pour mesurer les objectifs fixés. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Erlangung von Berufsqualifikationen innerhalb der IT-Defizitberufe für 1410 (einschließlich 423 K 987 M) Erwachsene über 18 Jahre, aus der Woiwodschaft Zachodniopomorskie (d. h. Personen, die in der Woiwodschaft Zachodniopomorskie im Sinne des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs arbeiten, lernen oder leben), die auf eigene Initiative am Erwerb, Ergänzung oder Verbesserung von Berufsqualifikationen im Zeitraum 01.01.2018-30.09.2019 interessiert sind. Mindestens 10 % der Zielgruppe des Projekts werden Menschen mit Behinderungen (141 Personen einschließlich 42 K, 99 M) sein. Das Ergebnis des Projekts ist die Erlangung von IT-Qualifikationen, die durch Zertifikate bestätigt werden, um mindestens 80 % des UP (d. h. 1128 Personen davon 338 K, 790 M), davon mindestens 113 Personen. (davon: 34 K, 79 M) sind Behinderte. Das Hauptziel und die Ergebnisse des Projekts werden durch die Schaffung von Zertifizierungspfaden unter 9 Spezialitäten in Bezug auf die folgenden IT-Defizitberufe in der Woiwodschaft Zachodniopomorskie erreicht: „Computer Systems Administrators“, „Application Developers“ und „Telecommunication Engineers“. Alle Zertifikate innerhalb des Projekts sind international und stellen höchste globale Qualität sowie von Arbeitgebern hoch geschätzte Zertifikate dar.
