B WZP zg z Lokalnymi Planami Rewitalizacji do 31.XII.2021 r.wsk.:Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społecznym, objętych wsparciem w programie (osoby) - zg z WLWK to 783 osób, Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie (CI) [os] - zgodnie z WLWK to 79 os, Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu [os ] – zgodnie z SOOP to 120 os.Obszar wsparcia to gminy SSW subregionu B. W ramach projektu zostanie zrealizowanych 132 inicjatywy lokalne dzięki wsparciu i przeprowadzonej animacji środowisk lokalnych przez P.Projekt spełnia kryteria premiujące: 1 i 2 obejmuje wsparciem ON stanowiące 10% grupy docelowej i wszystkie gm. w subregionie B. Animacja wpływać będzie na mieszkańców, w taki sposób, aby czuli się oni kreatorami zmian i utożsamiali się z nimi, poprzez możliwość partycypowania w podejmowaniu istotnych dla projektu decyzji. Proj. przygotuje i pobudzi społeczności do aktywnego uczestnictwa w kształtowaniu i budowaniu lokalnego systemu wsparcia.Celem działań będzie wywołanie i przeprowadzenie „pozytywnej zmiany” w społeczności lokalnej. B APC selon les plans de revitalisation locale jusqu’au 31.XII.2021 r.wsk.:Le nombre de personnes menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, soutenue par le programme (personnes) — selon la WLWK est de 783 personnes, Le nombre de personnes handicapées soutenues dans le programme (CI) [personnes] — selon le WLWK est de 79 personnes, le nombre de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale qui ont acquis des compétences après avoir quitté le programme [personne] — selon le SOOP est de 120 personnes.
