Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 30 mieszkańców powiatu braniewskiego (i sąsiadujących gmin powiatu elbląskiego) w wieku 30 lat i więcej, pozostających bez pracy. W grupie docelowej znajdą się zarówno osoby bezrobotne, jak i bierne zawodowo (z zakładanym równym udziałem obu grup). Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe lub uzyskać uprawnienia zawodowe, do staży w przedsiębiorstwach, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu, przewidzianym dla co najmniej 40% uczestników, jeszcze w ramach projektu). Realizacja projektu zakończy się w październiku 2017 roku. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 30 residents of Braniewska county (and neighbouring municipalities of Elbląg County) at the age of 30 and over, who are unemployed. The target group will include both unemployed and inactive people (with the assumed equal share of both groups). The main focus will be on supporting low-skilled people. The project envisages a comprehensive and customised approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support (from career guidance and individual career paths, through courses and training enabling them to acquire professional qualifications or to obtain professional qualifications, to placements in enterprises, ending with intermediation and employment, foreseen for at least 40 % of participants, still within the project). The project will be completed in October 2017. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est de renforcer les possibilités d’emploi sur le marché du travail d’un groupe de 30 habitants du district de Braniewska (et des municipalités voisines du district d’Elbląg) âgés de 30 ans et plus, qui sont sans emploi. Le groupe cible comprendra à la fois les chômeurs et les personnes inactives (avec une part égale des deux groupes). L’accent sera mis principalement sur le soutien aux personnes peu qualifiées. Le projet prévoit une approche globale et sur mesure pour chaque participant, offrant un large éventail de formes de soutien (de l’orientation professionnelle et des parcours de carrière individuels, des cours et des formations à l’acquisition de qualifications professionnelles ou à l’obtention de qualifications professionnelles, jusqu’aux stages en entreprise, se terminant par des placements et des emplois, prévus pour au moins 40 % des participants, toujours dans le cadre du projet). Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt einer Gruppe von 30 Einwohnern des Bezirks Braniewska (und benachbarten Gemeinden des Landkreises Elbląg) im Alter von 30 Jahren und darüber zu stärken, die arbeitslos sind. Die Zielgruppe umfasst sowohl arbeitslose als auch Nichterwerbstätige (mit gleichem Anteil beider Gruppen). Der Schwerpunkt wird auf der Unterstützung gering qualifizierter Menschen liegen. Das Projekt sieht einen umfassenden und maßgeschneiderten Ansatz für jeden Teilnehmer vor, der ein breites Spektrum an Unterstützung bietet (von der Berufsberatung über individuelle Karrierewege, Kurse und Schulungen bis hin zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen oder zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen bis hin zu Praktika in Unternehmen, bis hin zu Praktika und Beschäftigung, die für mindestens 40 % der Teilnehmer vorgesehen sind, die noch im Rahmen des Projekts stehen).
