Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w powiecie oleckim. Okres realizacji projektu: 01.01.2016-31.12.2016r. Rekrutacja uczestników będzie zakończona do 31.12.2016r. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 97 (51K, 46M) osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, znajdujące się w grupie pierwszej oddalenia od rynku pracy – bezrobotni aktywni (I profil pomocy) lub w grupie drugiej oddalenia od rynku pracy – bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia (II profil pomocy), a dodatkowo spełniające co najmniej jedno z poniższych kryteriów: •osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, •osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, •osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, • kobiety, •osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj.: staże dla 34 osób, prace interwencyjne dla 45 osób, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 12 osób, szkolenie "Mała przedsiębiorczość" dla 11 osób, refundacja kosztów doposażenia/wyposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego - 6 osób. Projekt zakłada następujące wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej: - dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej - co najmniej 28%, - dla kobiet - co najmniej 34%, - dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - co najmniej 28%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - co najmniej 25%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - co najmniej 33%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in the Olecki district. Period of implementation of the project: 01.01.2016-31.12.2016r. Recruitment of participants will be completed by 31.12.2016r. The project will be attended by 97 (51K, 46M) unemployed people over the age of 29 who are in the first distance from the labour market group – active unemployed (I aid profile) or in the second group away from the labour market – unemployed persons requiring support (II aid profile) and fulfil at least one of the following criteria: •long-term unemployed, • persons with disabilities, • persons over 50 years of age, • women, • low-skilled people. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, i.e.: traineeships for 34 people, intervention work for 45 people, one-off measures for starting a business for 12 people, training “Small entrepreneurship” for 11 people, refund of costs for retrofitting/equipment of the workplace for the targeted unemployed – 6 people. The project assumes the following employment efficiency indicators: — for persons aged 50 and over – at least 28 %, – for women – at least 34 %, – for persons with disabilities – at least 28 %, – for the long-term unemployed – at least 25 %, – for low-skilled persons – at least 33 %. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les chômeurs âgés de plus de 29 ans dans le district d’Olecki. Durée du projet: 01.01.2016-31.12.2016 Le recrutement des participants sera achevé d’ici le 31.12.2016. Les participants au projet seront 97 (51K, 46 M) chômeurs âgés de plus de 29 ans, qui se trouvent dans le groupe de première éloignement du marché du travail — chômeurs actifs (profil d’aide I) ou dans le deuxième groupe d’éloignement du marché du travail — chômeurs ayant besoin d’une aide (deuxième profil d’aide), et répondant en outre à au moins un des critères suivants: •chômeurs de longue durée, •personnes handicapées, •personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, • femmes, • faiblement qualifiées. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, à savoir: stages pour 34 personnes, travail d’intervention pour 45 personnes, moyens ponctuels pour démarrer une entreprise pour 12 personnes, formation «petite entreprenariat» pour 11 personnes, remboursement des frais de mise à niveau/équipement du lieu de travail pour le chômeur ciblé — 6 personnes. Le projet repose sur les indicateurs de performance en matière d’emploi suivants: pour les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, au moins 28 %, pour les femmes au moins 34 %, pour les personnes handicapées au moins 28 %, pour les chômeurs de longue durée au moins 25 %, pour les personnes peu qualifiées au moins 33 %. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Arbeitslose über 29 Jahre im Landkreis Olecki zu erhöhen. Laufzeit des Projekts: 01.01.2016-31.12.2016 Die Einstellung der Teilnehmer wird bis zum 31.12.2016 abgeschlossen sein. Teilnehmer des Projekts sind 97 (51K, 46M) Arbeitslose über 29 Jahre, die sich in der Gruppe der ersten Abgelegenheit vom Arbeitsmarkt befinden – erwerbstätige Arbeitslose (I-Hilfeprofil) oder in der zweiten Gruppe der Abgelegenheit vom Arbeitsmarkt – Arbeitslosen, die Unterstützung benötigen (zweites Hilfsprofil) und zusätzlich mindestens eines der folgenden Kriterien erfüllen: • Langzeitarbeitslose, • Personen mit Behinderungen, • Personen über 50 Jahre, • Frauen, • Geringqualifizierte. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen, d. h.: Praktika für 34 Personen, Interventionsarbeit für 45 Personen, einmalige Mittel zur Gründung eines Unternehmens für 12 Personen, Ausbildung „Kleines Unternehmertum“ für 11 Personen, Erstattung der Kosten für die Nachrüstung/Ausrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes für den Zielarbeitslosen – 6 Personen. Das Projekt setzt folgende Indikatoren für die Beschäftigungsleistung voraus: bei Menschen ab 50 Jahren, mindestens 28 %, bei Frauen mindestens 34 %, bei Menschen mit Behinderungen mindestens 28 %, bei Langzeitarbeitslosen mindestens 25 %, bei Geringqualifizierten mindestens 33 %.
