Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie gołdapskim. W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania: 1. poradnictwo zawodowe lub pośrednictwo pracy - 103 osoby (67K/36M), 2. staż trwający do 6 miesięcy - 58 osób 3. jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej - 9 osób, 4. refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy - 14 osób, 6. prace interwencyjne - 22 osoby. Projekt jest skierowany do, pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Gołdapi jako bezrobotne, a jednocześnie należących co najmniej do jednej grupy: - długotrwale bezrobotni (40 osób/24K/16M), - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (7 osób/4K/3M), - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (27 osób/16K/12M), - kobiety (67 osób), - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (56 osób/32K/24M). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 47% osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, które dodatkowo będą należały do następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3. Rezultatem projektu będzie także podjęcie pracy lub działalności na własny rachunek po opuszczeniu programu przez: - 49 osób bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 10 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 2 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, - 9 osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - 20 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for unemployed people aged 30 and over in Gołdap County. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1. Vocational guidance or intermediation – 103 persons (67K/36M), 2. traineeship lasting up to 6 months – 58 persons 3. one-off measures for taking up a business activity – 9 persons, 4. refund of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace – 14 persons, 6. intervention work – 22 persons. The project is addressed to unemployed persons registered with the PUP in Gołdapi as unemployed and at the same time belonging to at least one group: — long-term unemployed (40 people/24K/16M), – persons with disabilities (7 persons/4K/3M), – people aged 50 years and over (27 persons/16K/12M), – women (67 people), – low-skilled (56 persons/32K/24M). The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 47 % of unemployed people aged 30 and over, who will additionally belong to the following groups: people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people up to ISCED level 3. The project will also result in taking up a job or self-employed activity after leaving the programme by: — 49 unemployed, including long-term unemployed, – 10 long-term unemployed, – 2 people with disabilities, – 9 people aged 50 and over, – 20 low-skilled people. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus dans le district de Gołdap. Le projet s’acquittera des tâches suivantes: 1. orientation professionnelle ou placement — 103 personnes (67K/36M), 2. stage d’une durée maximale de 6 mois — 58 personnes 3. mesures ponctuelles de création d’entreprise — 9 personnes, 4. remboursement des frais d’équipement ou d’aménagement du lieu de travail — 14 personnes, 6. travail d’intervention — 22 personnes. Le projet s’adresse aux chômeurs inscrits à l’OLP à Gołdap en tant que chômeurs et appartenant en même temps à au moins un groupe: — chômeurs de longue durée (40 personnes/24K/16M), — personnes handicapées (7 personnes/4K/3M), — personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus (27 personnes/16K/12M), — femmes (67 personnes), — peu qualifiées (56 personnes/32K/24M). Le principal résultat du projet sera d’embaucher au moins 47 % des chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus, qui appartiendront en outre aux groupes suivants: les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées jusqu’au niveau CITE 3. Le projet donnera également lieu à un emploi ou à un travail indépendant après avoir quitté le programme: — 49 chômeurs, y compris les chômeurs de longue durée, — 10 chômeurs de longue durée, — 2 personnes handicapées, — 9 personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, — 20 personnes peu qualifiées. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Arbeitslose ab 30 Jahren im Bezirk Gołdap zu verbessern. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Aufgaben durchgeführt: 1. Berufsberatung oder Vermittlung – 103 Personen (67K/36M), 2. Praktika von bis zu 6 Monaten – 58 Personen 3. einmalige Maßnahmen zur Unternehmensgründung – 9 Personen, 4. Kostenerstattung für Ausrüstung oder Nachrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes – 14 Personen, 6. Interventionsarbeit – 22 Personen. Das Projekt richtet sich an Arbeitslose, die in der PLO in Gołdap als arbeitslos gemeldet und gleichzeitig zu mindestens einer Gruppe gehören: — Langzeitarbeitslose (40 Personen/24K/16M), – Menschen mit Behinderungen (7 Personen/4K/3M), – Personen ab 50 Jahren (27 Personen/16K/12M), – Frauen (67 Personen), – Geringqualifizierte (56 Personen/32K/24M). Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die Beschäftigung von mindestens 47 % der Arbeitslosen ab 30 Jahren, die zusätzlich zu folgenden Gruppen gehören: Personen ab 50 Jahren, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Personen mit geringer Qualifikation bis ISCED-Stufe 3. Das Projekt wird auch nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm zu einer Beschäftigung oder selbständigen Erwerbstätigkeit führen: — 49 Arbeitslose, darunter Langzeitarbeitslose, – 10 Langzeitarbeitslose, – 2 Menschen mit Behinderungen, – 9 Personen ab 50 Jahren, – 20 Geringqualifizierte.
