El Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Alicante, dentro de la actuación de Estrategia de Desarrollo Sostenible Integrado (DUSI Las Cigarreras), pretende realizar una actuación de mejora de la eficiencia energética del alumbrado publico en al ámbito de actuación del mismo y que afecta a las siguientes zonas:_x000D_ _x000D_ • Zona 1: Barrio San Anton_x000D_ • Zona 2: Entorno del Mercado Central_x000D_ • Zona 3:Carolinas Bajas_x000D_ • Zona 4: Ladera del Monte Tossal-Campoamor_x000D_ • Zona 5: Conjunto fabrica de tabacos- Plaza de Toros_x000D_ • Castillo Santa Barbara_x000D_ • Castillo San Fernando_x000D_ _x000D_ La presente estrategia de desarrollo urbano sostenible integrado (DUSI) de Alicante “Área las Cigarreras” elaborada por el Ayuntamiento de Alicante, tiene como misión la recuperación y dinamización de una importante área urbana que incluye cuatro barrios históricos y dos de los montes más emblemáticos de la ciudad, coronados por dos castillos y con extensas zonas verdes._x000D_ _x000D_ Actualmente la iluminación en las zonas residenciales de Carolinas Bajas y conjunto de fabrica de tabacos-Plaza de Toros se realiza con luminarias tipo M-250A de 150W VSAP con reducción de flujo de doble nivel tipo ETIMER sobre brazos en fachada, ademas ciertas calles cuentan con un alumbrado adicional de tipo artístico como es el caso de la Calle Sevilla, por otro lado el alumbrado del Barrio de San Anton, se realizan mediante luminarias tipo Villa con lamparas de 150W VSAP a 4mts de altura sin reducción de flujo y colocadas en brazos murales._x000D_ _x000D_ En cuanto a la iluminación ornamental del Castillo Santa Barbara se realiza con proyectores de 400W de VSAP, sin ningún tipo de posibilidad de realizar juegos de colores ya que están formados por lamparas de descarga convencionales._x000D_ _x000D_ La actuación prevista en la zona de barrios residenciales pretende ahorrar en el consumo de energía eléctrica en el alumbrado publico, así como el indice de reproducción cromática del alumbrado, mejorando la percepción y el confort visual de los ciudadanos en esta zona. Le conseil municipal d’Alicante, dans le cadre de la stratégie intégrée de développement durable (DUSI Las Cigarreras), entend mener une action visant à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique de l’éclairage public dans le cadre de son action et qui touche les domaines suivants:_x000D_ _x000D_ • Zone 1: Quartier San Anton_x000D_ • Zone 2: Environnement du marché central_x000D_ • Zone 3: Low Carolinas_x000D_ • Zone 4: Pente du mont Tossal-Campoamor_x000D_ • Zone 5: Ensemble de fabricants de tabac — Plaza de Toros_x000D_ • Castillo Santa Barbara_x000D_ • Castillo San Fernando_x000D_ _x000D_ La présente stratégie intégrée de développement urbain durable (DUSI) d’Alicante «Area las Cigarreras» préparée par la ville d’Alicante, vise à restaurer et à revitaliser une zone urbaine importante qui comprend quatre quartiers historiques et deux des montagnes les plus emblématiques de la ville, couronnée par deux châteaux et avec de vastes espaces verts._x000D_ _x000D_ Actuellement l’éclairage dans les zones résidentielles de Carolinas Bajas et l’ensemble de tabac manufacture-slace de Toros est fait avec des luminaires de type VSAP M-250A 150 W avec double réduction de débit de type ETIMER sur les bras avant, en outre, certaines rues ont un éclairage supplémentaire de type artistique, comme c’est le cas de la Calle Sevilla, d’autre part, l’éclairage du Barrio de San Anton est réalisé par des luminaires de type Villa avec des lampes de 150 W VSAP à 4mts de hauteur sans réduction de débit et placés dans des bras muraux._x000D_ _x000D_ Comme pour l’éclairage ornemental de Castillo Santa Barbara est fait avec des projecteurs VSAP 400 W, sans aucune possibilité de faire des jeux de couleurs tels qu’ils sont formés par des lampes à décharge conventionnelles._x000D_ _x000D_ L’action prévue dans le quartier résidentiel vise à économiser sur la consommation d’énergie électrique dans l’éclairage public, ainsi que sur l’indice de reproduction des couleurs de l’éclairage, améliorant la perception et le confort visuel des citoyens dans ce domaine.
