Projekt polega na modernizacji i adaptacji budynku w posiadaniu Banku Żywności w Olsztynie, zlokalizowanego przy ul. M. Kotańskiego 1 (dz. nr ewid. 1/244, obręb geodezyjny 31, g. Olsztyn) oraz nadaniu nowych walorów funkcjonalnych o charakterze społecznym, ekonomicznym i edukacyjnym. W ramach projektu przeprowadzony będzie remont i adaptacja nie wykorzystywanych obecnie pomieszczeń oraz dostosowanie ich do zadań z zakresu integracji społecznej i zawodowej dla osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym lub wykluczonych społecznie służących zorganizowaniu: 1) kuchni społeczno-warsztatowej polegającej na efektywnym wykorzystaniu części żywności o krótkim terminie przydatności do spożycia przeznaczonej do ponownego przetworzenia i przygotowania pełnowartościowych produktów żywieniowych oraz ich dystrybucji również w formie gotowych posiłków. Dania gotowe wydawane będą dla podopiecznych kierowanych z Miejskiego Ośrodka Opieki Społecznej w Olsztynie. Kuchnia będzie zajmowała się przetwarzaniem części nadwyżek świeżej żywności niehandlowej (warzywa, owoce) oraz m.in. pieczywa w celu przygotowania posiłków dla osób potrzebujących; 2) przestrzeni biurowej do wynajęcia, funkcjonującej w dwóch wariantach: a) tradycyjnej przestrzeni biurowo-usługowej złożonej z 20 pokoi (do dyspozycji z łazienką i toaletą); b) nowoczesnej przestrzeni coworkingowej, której zadaniem będzie wspieranie aktywizacji zawodowej w tworzeniu miejsc pracy w obszarze ekonomii społecznej. Projekt przyczyni się do: - rozwoju ekonomii społecznej, zwłaszcza nowo-powstających spółdzielni socjalnych; - aktywizacji zawodowej osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym; - prowadzenia dialogu społecznego i międzypokoleniowego w obszarze prozdrowotnego i aktywnego stylu życia; - efektywnej redystrybucji żywności na rzecz osób zagrożonych ubóstwem ekonomicznym; - ograniczania skutków marnotrawienia żywności i praktycznego wdrażania zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju. The project consists of modernisation and adaptation of the building owned by the Food Bank in Olsztyn, located at ul. M. Kotański 1 (c. 1/244, geodesic region 31, g. Olsztyn) and giving new functional qualities of a social, economic and educational character. The project will renovate and adapt existing premises and adapt them to social and professional integration tasks for those at risk of social exclusion or social exclusion to organise: 1) a socio-workshop kitchen consisting of efficient use of food parts with a short shelf-life intended for reprocessing and preparation of wholesome nutritional products and their distribution also in the form of ready-made meals. Ready-made Denmark will be issued for pupils headed by the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Olsztyn. The kitchen will process parts of surpluses of fresh non-commercial food (vegetables, fruits) and, among others, bread to prepare meals for those in need; 2) office space for rent, functioning in two variants: a) a traditional office and service space consisting of 20 rooms (at your disposal with bathroom and toilet); B) a modern co-working space to support professional activation in the creation of jobs in the area of social economy. The project will contribute to: — the development of the social economy, especially the newly established social cooperatives; — the activation of people at risk of social exclusion; — conducting social and intergenerational dialogue in the area of health-promoting and active lifestyles; — efficient redistribution of food to those at risk of economic poverty; — reducing the effects of food wastage and practical implementation of the principles of sustainable development. Le projet consiste en la modernisation et l’adaptation du bâtiment appartenant à Bank Food à Olsztyn, situé à ul. M. Kotanski 1 (loi No. 1/244, zone géodésique 31, g. Olsztyn) et donnant de nouvelles valeurs fonctionnelles de nature sociale, économique et éducative. Le projet rénovera et adaptera les locaux actuellement inutilisés et les adaptera aux tâches d’intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale ou d’exclusion sociale afin d’organiser: 1) une cuisine socio-atelier consistant en l’utilisation efficace de parties d’aliments dont la durée de conservation est courte et destinée au retraitement et à la préparation de produits nutritionnels nutritifs et leur distribution également sous forme de repas préparés. Des plats préparés seront distribués aux élèves dirigés par le Centre municipal de protection sociale d ' Olsztyn. La cuisine traitera une partie de l’excédent d’aliments frais non commerciaux (légumes, fruits) et, entre autres, de pains pour préparer des repas pour ceux qui en ont besoin; 2) des bureaux à louer, fonctionnant en deux variantes: a) un espace de bureau et de service traditionnel composé de 20 chambres (disponibles avec salle de bains et toilettes); B) un espace de coworking moderne, dont la tâche sera de soutenir l’activation professionnelle dans la création d’emplois dans le domaine de l’économie sociale. Le projet contribuera à: — le développement de l’économie sociale, en particulier des coopératives sociales nouvellement créées; — activation des personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale; — mener un dialogue social et intergénérationnel dans le domaine des modes de vie sains et actifs; une redistribution efficace des denrées alimentaires aux personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté économique; — réduire l’impact du gaspillage alimentaire et mettre en œuvre concrètement les principes du développement durable. Das Projekt umfasst die Modernisierung und Anpassung des Gebäudes der Bank Food in Olsztyn in ul. M. Kotanski 1 (Gesetz Nr. 1/244, geodätisches Gebiet 31, g. Olsztyn) und neue funktionale Werte sozialer, wirtschaftlicher und pädagogischer Natur geben. Das Projekt soll die derzeit ungenutzten Räumlichkeiten renovieren und anpassen und sie an soziale und berufliche Integrationsaufgaben für von sozialer Ausgrenzung oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohte Personen anpassen, um Folgendes zu organisieren: 1) eine Sozio-Workshop-Küche, bestehend aus der effizienten Verwendung von Teilen von Lebensmitteln mit einer kurzen Haltbarkeit für die Wiederaufbereitung und Zubereitung von nahrhaften Ernährungsprodukten und deren Verteilung auch in Form von zubereiteten Mahlzeiten. Fertiggerichte werden für die Schüler ausgestellt, die vom Gemeindezentrum für Soziales in Olsztyn geleitet werden. Die Küche wird einen Teil des Überschusses an frischen nichtkommerziellen Lebensmitteln (Gemüse, Obst) und unter anderem Brot verarbeiten, um Mahlzeiten für Bedürftige zuzubereiten; 2) Bürofläche zur Miete, Betrieb in zwei Varianten: a) traditionelle Büro- und Serviceräume, bestehend aus 20 Zimmern (verfügbar mit Bad und WC); B) ein moderner Coworking Space, dessen Aufgabe darin besteht, die berufliche Aktivierung bei der Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen im Bereich der Sozialwirtschaft zu unterstützen. Das Projekt wird zu folgenden Zielen beitragen: — die Entwicklung der Sozialwirtschaft, insbesondere der neu gegründeten Sozialgenossenschaften; — Aktivierung von Personen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind; Durchführung eines sozialen und generationenübergreifenden Dialogs im Bereich der gesunden und aktiven Lebensweise; wirksame Umverteilung von Nahrungsmitteln an Menschen, die von wirtschaftlicher Armut bedroht sind; Verringerung der Auswirkungen von Lebensmittelverschwendung und praktische Umsetzung der Grundsätze der nachhaltigen Entwicklung.
