Projekt stanowiący przedmiot niniejszej dokumentacji zakłada modernizację istniejącego budynku byłego przedszkola samorządowego, i zaadaptowanie go na Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej, w celu nadania nowej funkcji społecznej. Budynek objęty projektem zlokalizowany jest na działkach nr 244,245, obręb Bisztynek 1, przy ul. Pl. Wolności 3 i 5. Z uwagi na fakt, iż budynek objęty jest ochroną przez wpis do Gminnej Ewidencji Zabytków Gminy Bisztynek, a teren zagospodarowania został ujęty w MPZP, jako 13UO- strefa ochrony konserwatorskiej „B” wszystkie prace muszą być zgodne z przepisami odnoszącymi się do prac architektoniczno- konserwatorskim. W zakres rzeczowy projektu wchodzą następujące działania: - prace przygotowawcze, mające na celu opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej wraz ze studium wykonalności -roboty budowlane,w ramach których przewidziane jest wyburzenie jednego z budynków gospodarczych,wyburzenie łącznika i postawienie w jego miejsce dwukondygnacyjnej bryły, instalacja gazowa, prace elewacyjne, wraz zagospodarowaniem terenu wokół budynku. Obiekt będzie dostosowany do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. -nadzór budowlany -wyposażenie pomieszczeń w niezbędne sprzęty -promocja. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM dla Działania 8.1 Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich oraz realizuje wskazany cel jakim jest lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Dzięki planowanym działaniom, inwestycja przyczyni się do zrealizowania celu działania. Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej, dzięki rozwinięciu infrastruktury przestrzennej,będzie mógł wprowadzić do swojej oferty skierowanej do osób potrzebujących, wsparcie w postaci poradnictwa, co skłoni mieszkańców Gminy do podejmowania większej aktywności. Rozwiązania wprowadzone w ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia przyczynią się do poprawy sytuacji wszystkich zainteresowanych grup interesariuszy. (Polish)

The project, which is the subject of this documentation, aims to modernise the existing building of the former self-government nursery school and adapt it to the Municipal Social Welfare Centre, in order to give a new social function. The building covered by the project is located on plots no. 244,245, Bisztynek 1, at ul. PL Freedoms 3 and 5. Due to the fact that the building is protected by entry in the Municipal Register of Monuments of the Municipality of Bisztynek, and the development area has been included in the MPZP, as the 13UO- zone of conservation protection “B” all works must comply with the provisions relating to architectural and conservation works. The project’s material scope includes the following activities: — preparatory works aimed at developing project documentation together with a feasibility study – construction works, which include demolition of one of the farm buildings, demolition of the connector and placing in its place a two-storey solid, gas installation, facade works, along with the development of the area around the building. The facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. —building supervision -equipment of premises with necessary equipment -promotion. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO WiM for Action 8.1 Urban Regeneration and fulfils the stated goal of better quality of life of communities living in problem areas. Thanks to the planned measures, the investment will contribute to the achievement of the objective of the action. The Municipal Social Welfare Centre, thanks to the development of spatial infrastructure, will be able to introduce support in the form of counselling to its offer addressed to those in need, which will encourage the residents of the community to become more active. The solutions introduced in the implementation of the project will help to improve the situation of all stakeholder groups concerned. (English)

Le projet qui fait l’objet de la présente documentation porte sur la modernisation du bâtiment existant de l’ancienne maternelle autonome et son adaptation au Centre municipal de protection sociale, afin de donner une nouvelle fonction sociale. Le bâtiment couvert par le projet est situé sur les parcelles no 244 245, zone Bisztynek 1, à ul. PL Libertés 3 et 5. Compte tenu du fait que le bâtiment est protégé par l’inscription au registre municipal des monuments de la commune de Bisztynek et que l’aire d’aménagement est incluse dans le MPZP, en tant que 13 UO — zone de conservation «B», tous les ouvrages doivent être conformes aux dispositions relatives aux ouvrages d’architecture et de conservation. Le champ d’application du projet comprend les activités suivantes: — travaux préparatoires pour la préparation de la documentation du projet ainsi qu’une étude de faisabilité — travaux de construction, qui démoliront l’un des bâtiments de la ferme, démoliront le lien et le remplaceront par un corps de deux étages, une installation gazière, des travaux de façade, y compris l’aménagement du terrain autour du bâtiment. L’établissement sera adapté aux besoins des personnes handicapées. —surveillance de la construction -équipement des salles avec l’équipement nécessaire -promotion. Le projet est conforme aux hypothèses énoncées dans la norme SzOOP ROP WiM pour la mesure 8.1 Revitalisation des zones urbaines et poursuit l’objectif déclaré d’améliorer la qualité de vie des communautés vivant dans des zones à problèmes. Grâce aux actions prévues, l’investissement contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif de l’action. Grâce au développement de l’infrastructure spatiale, le Centre de protection sociale de la ville sera en mesure d’introduire un soutien sous la forme de conseils dans son offre destinée aux personnes dans le besoin, ce qui encouragera les habitants de la municipalité à devenir plus actifs. Les solutions mises en place dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet amélioreront la situation de tous les groupes intéressés. (French)

Das Projekt, das Gegenstand dieser Dokumentation ist, umfasst die Modernisierung des bestehenden Gebäudes des ehemaligen Selbstverwaltungskindergartens und seine Anpassung an das kommunale Sozialhilfezentrum, um eine neue soziale Funktion zu schaffen. Das vom Projekt abgedeckte Gebäude befindet sich auf den Grundstücken Nr. 244.245, Bereich Bisztynek 1, bei ul. PL Freiheiten 3 und 5. Da das Gebäude durch die Eintragung in das Denkmalregister der Gemeinde Bisztynek geschützt ist und das Entwicklungsgebiet in das MPZP als 13 UO-Schutzgebiet „B“ einbezogen ist, müssen alle Arbeiten den Bestimmungen über architektonische und Erhaltungsarbeiten entsprechen. Der inhaltliche Geltungsbereich des Projekts umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten: — Vorbereitung der Projektdokumentation zusammen mit einer Machbarkeitsstudie – Bauarbeiten, die eines der landwirtschaftlichen Gebäude abbauen, die Verbindung abbauen und durch eine zweistöckige Karosserie, Gasinstallation, Fassadenarbeiten, einschließlich der Grundstücksentwicklung rund um das Gebäude ersetzen. Die Einrichtung wird an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst. —Bauaufsicht -Ausrüstung der Räume mit der notwendigen Ausrüstung -Förderung. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den Annahmen des SzOOP ROP WiM für Maßnahme 8.1 Revitalisierung städtischer Gebiete und verfolgt das erklärte Ziel, die Lebensqualität der in Problemgebieten lebenden Gemeinden zu verbessern. Dank der geplanten Maßnahmen wird die Investition zur Erreichung des Ziels der Maßnahme beitragen. Dank der Entwicklung der räumlichen Infrastruktur wird das Zentrum für Soziales in der Lage sein, Unterstützung in Form von Beratung in seinem Angebot für Bedürftige einzuführen, was die Bewohner der Gemeinde dazu anregen wird, aktiver zu werden. Die im Rahmen der Projektdurchführung geschaffenen Lösungen werden die Situation aller interessierten Interessengruppen verbessern. (German)
