POWIAT KAZIMIERSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KAZIMIERZY WIELKIEJ

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kazimierskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 68 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 85 osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej. Każdemu uczestnikowi przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy w postaci: staży dla 59 osób, prac interwencyjnych dla 6 osób, szkoleń zawodowych dla 2 osób, doposażenia lub wyposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 8 osób oraz udzielenie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 10 osób. Dobór form wsparcia dla poszczególnych uczestników będzie z zachowaniem równości szans i dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. W grupie tej będzie 36 kobiet, 4 osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, 23 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, 2 osoby niepełnosprawne, 23 osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, 10 osób podejmie działalność gospodarczą. Informacje o projekcie zostaną zamieszczone na tablicach ogłoszeń Urzędu oraz na stronie internetowej. Pracodawcy współpracujący z naszym Urzędem będą informowani o możliwościach i korzyściach wynikających z aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych w ramach projektu. Uczestnicy w trakcie udziału w projekcie pozyskają możliwości zdobycia doświadczenia zawodowego, podwyższenia, nabycia lub uzupełnienia umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych, nabycia praktycznych umiejętności na stanowisku pracy dla danego zawodu, pozyskania środków na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Rezultatem końcowym projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: 45% dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, w tym osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people aged 30 years and more who are unemployed in the Kazimier district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 68 unemployed persons registered in the PUP. The project will support 85 people aged 30 and over. Each participant will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments in the form of: traineeships for 59 persons, intervention work for 6 people, vocational training for 2 people, retrofitting or equipping a workstation for 8 people and providing one-off funds for starting a business for 10 people. The choice of forms of support for individual participants will be consistent with equal opportunities and accessibility for people with disabilities. This group will include 36 women, 4 people over the age of 50, 23 long-term unemployed, 2 disabled people, 23 low-skilled people, 10 people going into business. Information about the project will be provided on the notice boards of the Office and on the website. Employers cooperating with our Office will be informed about opportunities and benefits resulting from activation of unemployed persons within the project. Participants during participation in the project will gain opportunities to gain professional experience, increase, acquire or supplement professional skills and qualifications, acquire practical skills at the workplace for a given profession, gain funds to take up their own business activity. The final result of the project will be to take up employment by: 45 % for the most vulnerable, including those aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people up to ISCED 3. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus qui sont sans emploi dans le district du Kazakhstan. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 68 chômeurs inscrits à l’OLP. Le projet soutiendra 85 personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus. Chaque participant recevra une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle, précédée d’une analyse des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels. Sur cette base, l’OLP fournira des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée sous la forme: stages pour 59 personnes, travail d’intervention pour 6 personnes, formation professionnelle pour 2 personnes, équipement ou équipement d’un poste de travail pour 8 personnes et mise à disposition de fonds ponctuels pour 10 personnes pour la création d’une entreprise. Le choix des formes de soutien aux participants individuels respectera l’égalité des chances et l’accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées. Ce groupe comprendra 36 femmes, 4 personnes de plus de 50 ans, 23 chômeurs de longue durée, 2 personnes handicapées, 23 personnes peu qualifiées, 10 personnes qui créent une entreprise. Les employeurs qui collaborent avec le Commissariat seront informés des possibilités et des avantages liés à l’activation des chômeurs dans le cadre du projet. Au cours de la participation au projet, les participants auront la possibilité d’acquérir une expérience professionnelle, d’accroître, d’acquérir ou de compléter les compétences et qualifications professionnelles, d’acquérir des compétences pratiques sur un emploi donné pour une profession donnée, d’acquérir des fonds pour démarrer leur propre entreprise. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von Arbeitslosen ab 30 Jahren, die im Bezirk Kasachstan arbeitslos sind, zu erhöhen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 68 bei der PLO registrierte Arbeitslose sein. Das Projekt wird 85 Personen ab 30 Jahren unterstützen. Jedem Teilnehmer wird ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt, dem eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Veranlagungen und beruflichen Probleme vorausgeht. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente in Form von Praktika für 59 Personen, Interventionsarbeit für 6 Personen, Berufsausbildung für 2 Personen, Ausstattung oder Ausstattung eines Arbeitsplatzes für 8 Personen und Bereitstellung einmaliger Mittel für 10 Personen zur Unternehmensgründung. Bei der Wahl der Formen der Unterstützung einzelner Teilnehmer werden Chancengleichheit und Zugänglichkeit für Menschen mit Behinderungen geachtet. Zu dieser Gruppe gehören 36 Frauen, 4 Personen über 50 Jahre, 23 Langzeitarbeitslose, 2 Menschen mit Behinderungen, 23 geringqualifizierte Menschen, 10 Personen, die ein Unternehmen gründen. Informationen über das Projekt werden in den Bekanntmachungsgremien des Amtes und auf der Website veröffentlicht. Arbeitgeber, die mit unserem Büro zusammenarbeiten, werden über die Möglichkeiten und Vorteile der Aktivierung von Arbeitslosen im Rahmen des Projekts informiert. Während der Projektteilnahme erhalten die Teilnehmer Gelegenheiten, Berufserfahrung zu sammeln, berufliche Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen zu erweitern, zu erwerben oder zu ergänzen, praktische Fähigkeiten an einem Arbeitsplatz für einen bestimmten Beruf zu erwerben, Mittel für die Gründung ihres eigenen Unternehmens zu erwerben. Das Endergebnis des Projekts wird darin bestehen, eine Beschäftigung aufzunehmen durch: 45 % für die am stärksten gefährdeten Personen, darunter Personen ab 50 Jahren, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Personen mit geringer Qualifikation bis ISCED 3.
