Celem głównym P jest poprawa jakości funkcjonowania systemu pomocy rodzinnej pieczy zastępczej, rodzinie oraz wsparcia osób z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez zwiększenie dostępności usług społecznych dla 91 K/M (48 K, 43 M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w okresie realizacji P tj. od 01.03.2019 do 28.02.2021 na terenie PP. P przyczyni się do poprawy jakości i poszerzania usług społ. poprzez wsparcie na rzecz m.in prawidłowego funkcjonowania rodziny, systemu pieczy zastępczej, ON poprzez realizację specjalistycznego wsparcia, grup wsparcia, działań asystenta. UP zostanie zapewnione wsparcie w postaci: warsztatów, treningów, podnoszenia kompetencji cyfrowej dzieci, poradnictwa specjalistycznego, warsztatu wyjazdowego, zajęcia psychoedukacyjne dla dzieci, treningi budowania twórczych relacji rodzic-dziecko, teatr, kino, basen. The main objective of P is to improve the functioning of the system of foster care, family and support for people with disabilities by increasing the availability of social services for 91 K/M (48 K, 43 M) at risk of poverty and social exclusion during the implementation period P i.e. 01.03.2019 to 28.02.2021 in the PP area. P will contribute to improving the quality and broadening of community services through support for, among others, the proper functioning of the family, the foster care system, ON through the implementation of specialised support, support groups, assistant activities. Up will be provided support in the form of: workshops, trainings, raising digital skills of children, specialist counseling, away workshops, psycho-education activities for children, trainings for building creative parent-child relationships, theatre, cinema, swimming pool. The amount of funding shall be: PLN 1.445.478,86; Own contribution: PLN 134,026,32 i.e. 8,49 % of the eligible costs. P. Le principal objectif de P est d’améliorer la qualité du système d’aide à la famille, de prise en charge familiale et d’aide aux personnes handicapées en augmentant la disponibilité de services sociaux pour 91 K/M (48 K, 43 M) exposés au risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale pendant la période de mise en œuvre de la P, c’est-à-dire du 1er mars 2019 au 28 février 2021 dans le PP. P contribuera à l’amélioration de la qualité et à l’élargissement des services sociaux en soutenant, entre autres, le bon fonctionnement de la famille, le système de placement familial, l’ON par la mise en place d’un soutien spécialisé, des groupes de soutien et des activités d’assistance. L’UPT sera soutenue par: ateliers, formations, amélioration des compétences numériques des enfants, conseil spécialisé, atelier à distance, activités psycho-éducatives pour les enfants, formations pour la création de relations parents-enfants, théâtre, cinéma, piscine. Das Hauptziel von P besteht darin, die Qualität des Systems der Familienbetreuung, der Familienbetreuung und der Unterstützung von Menschen mit Behinderungen zu verbessern, indem die Verfügbarkeit von Sozialleistungen für 91 K/M (48 K, 43 M), die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, während des Zeitraums der Umsetzung von P, d. h. vom 01.03.2019 bis zum 28.02.2021 in PP, verbessert wird. P wird zur Verbesserung der Qualität und Erweiterung der sozialen Dienstleistungen beitragen, indem u. a. das ordnungsgemäße Funktionieren der Familie, das Pflegesystem, das ON durch die Durchführung von spezialisierten Unterstützungsleistungen, Unterstützungsgruppen und Hilfstätigkeiten unterstützt wird. Up wird unterstützt durch: Workshops, Schulungen, Verbesserung der digitalen Kompetenzen von Kindern, Fachberatung, Wegwerkstatt, psychopädagogische Aktivitäten für Kinder, Schulungen zum Aufbau kreativer Eltern-Kind-Beziehungen, Theater, Kino, Schwimmbad. Die Kofinanzierung beläuft sich auf: 1.445.478,86 PLN; Eigenbeitrag: 134 026,32 PLN, d. h. 8,49 % der förderfähigen Kosten. F.
