Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie potencjału zdrowotnego i związanej z nim jakości życia u 50 (36K/14M) pracow. PUP w Kielcach oraz wydłużenie aktywności zawodowej u co najmniej 50% pracowników w wieku produkcyjnym (20K/5M), 50% pracowników w wieku 50+ (20K/5M) w okresie od 01.03.2018r. do 31.08.2019r. poprzez udział w: -profilaktyce schorzeń występujących głównie u pracow. administr.-biur. wraz z konsultacjami u lek. spec. i kompletem badań laboratoryjnych/obrazowych; -zorganizowanie punktu indyw. konsult. UP z psychologiem; -pakiet różnych form aktywności ruchowej jako działanie na rzecz walki ze stresem i profilaktyką zdrowotną. -zorganizowanie happeningu dla UP i ich rodzin połączonego z działaniami edukacyjno-zdrowotnymi. Wskaźniki rezultatu: *liczba osób,które dzięki interwencji EFS zgłosiły się na badania profilaktyczne (Og50/36K/14M) *liczba osób,które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie (Og30/25K/5M) Wskaźniki produktu: *liczba osób objętych programem zdrowotnym dzięki EFS (Og50/36K/14M) *liczba osób w wieku 50lat i więcej objętych wsparciem w programie (Og25/20K/5M) *liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami *liczba osób objętych szkoleniami/doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych *liczba projektów,w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami *liczba podmiotów wykorzystujących technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne (TIK) Wartość projektu: 559.543,75 zł wkład własny 56.000 zł. The aim of the project is to strengthen the health potential and the associated quality of life in 50 (36K/14M) works. PUP in Kielce and prolongation of professional activity in at least 50 % of workers of working age (20K/5M), 50 % of workers aged 50+ (20K/5M) in the period from 01.03.2018 to 31.08.2019 through participation in: —prophylaxis of diseases occurring mainly in the field of administration-office, together with consultations on the medicine special and a set of laboratory/imaging tests; —organisation of the Individual Point. Consultation. Up with a psychologist; —a package of different forms of motor activity as an action to combat stress and preventive health. —organising a happening for UP and their families combined with educational and health activities. Result indicators: *The number of people who have applied for preventive research (Og50/36K/14M) *the number of people who have taken up work or continued employment after leaving the programme (Og30/25K/5M) Product Indicators: *Number of persons covered by the Health Programme through the ESF (Og50/36K/14M) *number of people aged 50 years and over supported in the programme (Og25/20K/5M) *number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities *number of persons covered by training/advised digital competences *number of projects that have financed the costs of rational improvement for persons with disabilities *number of ICT users: PLN 559,543,75 own contribution PLN 56.000. L’objectif du projet est de renforcer le potentiel sanitaire et la qualité de vie associée dans 50 (36K/14M) travaux. OLP à Kielce et extension de l’activité professionnelle dans au moins 50 % des travailleurs en âge de travailler (20K/5M), 50 % des travailleurs âgés de 50 ans et plus (20K/5M) entre le 1er mars 2018 et le 31 août 2019 en participant à: —prophylaxie des maladies survenant principalement dans le bureau d’administration, avec consultation avec le médicament spéc. et un ensemble de tests de laboratoire/imagination; —organisation d’un point de consultation.
