Projekt dotyczy wprowadzenie do produkcji nowego produktu tj. matryc strukturalnych, których obecnie nie wykonuje nasza firma oraz nie wykonuje żadna firma w Polsce i Europie Środkowowschodniej. Praktycznie 100% tej produkcji pochodzi z Włoch. Na chwilę obecną, nie mamy w ofercie produktu grawerowania matryc strukturalnych do stempli wielkoformatowych czyli np. 60x60, 75x75, 45x90, 60x120, 90x90 czy 120x120. Drugim nowym produktem będzie wytwarzanie oraz regeneracja wielkoformatowych stempli strukturalnych. Prasy będące w posiadaniu są w stanie wykonać usługę wulkanizacji stempli do max formatu 60x60, 60x120. Na chwilę obecną nie mamy możliwości dokonać wulkanizacji stempli wielkoformatowych 120x120. Produkt taki wykonują tylko firmy włoskie od kilku lat. Reasumując realizacja projektu pozwoli nam poszerzyć aktualną ofertę i wprowadzić nowe innowacyjne w skali kraju i Europy Środkowowschodniej produkty tj. matryce i stemple strukturalne wielkoformatowe oraz nową usługę regeneracją powłok na stemplach wielkoformatowych strukturalnych. Aby to osiągnąć firma zaplanowała zakup frezarki do grawerowania, prasy do nakładania powłok oraz kompletu płyt magnetycznych. Ogólny koszt inwestycji wyniesie 916160,58 zł, w tym koszty kwalifikowane 744846,00 zł. W wyniku projektu zostanie wsparte jedno małe przedsiębiorstwo, które uzyska dotację, wprowadzone na rynek będą dwa innowacyjne produkty o zasięgu środkowoeuropejskim oraz powstanie w firmie 3 nowe miejsca pracy dla mężczyzn. Projekt jest zgodny z celami Oś 2 Konkurencyjna gospodarka oraz Działanie 2.5 Wsparcie inwestycyjne sektora MŚP w zakresie zwiększonego zastosowania innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP, ponieważ dzięki niemu zostaną wprowadzone w przedsiębiorstwie i na rynek 2 nowe innowacyjne produkty i jedną usługę. The project concerns the introduction to the production of a new product, i.e. structural matrices, which are currently not carried out by our company and no company in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Almost 100 % of this production comes from Italy. For the moment, we do not offer a product engraving structural dies for large format stamps, i.e. e.g. 60x60, 75x75, 45x90, 60x120, 90x90 or 120x120. The second new product will be the production and regeneration of large-format structural stamps. Presses in possession are able to perform the service of vulcanising stamps up to max format 60x60, 60x120. At the moment, we are not able to vulcanise large-format stamps 120x120. This product has been manufactured only by Italian companies for several years. In summary, the project will allow us to broaden the current offer and introduce new innovative products in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, i.e. large-format structural matrices and stamps and a new service for regeneration of coatings on large-format stamps. To achieve this, the company planned to purchase a milling machine for engraving, coating presses and a set of magnetic plates. The total cost of the investment will amount to PLN 916160.58, including eligible costs of PLN 744846.00. The project will support one small enterprise that receives a grant, will put on the market two innovative Central European products and create 3 new jobs for men. The project is in line with the objectives of Axis 2 Competitive Economy and Action 2.5 Support for SME investment to increase the use of innovation in enterprises in the SME sector, as it will bring new innovative products and a single service into the enterprise and market 2. Le projet concerne l’introduction d’un nouveau produit, c’est-à-dire de matrices structurelles, qui ne sont actuellement pas fabriquées par notre société et par aucune entreprise en Pologne et en Europe centrale et orientale. Près de 100 % de cette production provient d’Italie. Pour le moment, nous n’offrons pas le produit de la gravure de matrices structurelles pour les timbres grand format, i.e. 60x60, 75x75, 45x90, 60x120, 90x90 ou 120x120. Le deuxième nouveau produit sera la production et la régénération de timbres structurels de grand format. Les presses en possession peuvent effectuer le service de timbres vulcanisants au format max 60x60, 60x120. Pour le moment, nous ne pouvons pas vulcaniser 120x120 timbres grand format. Seules les entreprises italiennes fabriquent un tel produit depuis plusieurs années. En résumé, la mise en œuvre du projet nous permettra d’élargir l’offre actuelle et d’introduire de nouveaux produits innovants dans le pays et en Europe centrale, c’est-à-dire des matrices et des timbres structurels de grand format et un nouveau service pour la régénération des revêtements sur des timbres structurels de grand format. Pour ce faire, l’entreprise a planifié l’achat d’une machine à graver, de presses de revêtement et d’un ensemble de plaques magnétiques. Le coût total de l’investissement s’élèvera à 916160,58 PLN, y compris les coûts éligibles 744846,00 PLN. Grâce au projet, une petite entreprise qui recevra une subvention sera soutenue, deux produits innovants d’Europe centrale seront commercialisés et 3 nouveaux emplois pour les hommes seront créés dans l’entreprise. Le projet est conforme à l’axe 2 de l’économie compétitive et à l’action 2.5 Soutien à l’investissement en faveur du secteur des PME en vue d’une adoption accrue de l’innovation dans les PME, car il apportera deux nouveaux produits innovants et un service unique à l’entreprise et au marché. Das Projekt betrifft die Einführung eines neuen Produkts, d. h. Strukturwerkzeuge, die derzeit nicht von unserem Unternehmen und nicht von keinem Unternehmen in Polen und Mittelosteuropa hergestellt werden. Fast 100 % dieser Produktion stammen aus Italien. Derzeit bieten wir nicht das Produkt der Gravur Strukturwerkzeuge für großformatige Stempel, d. h. 60x60, 75x75, 45x90, 60x120, 90x90 oder 120x120. Das zweite neue Produkt wird die Herstellung und Regeneration von großformatigen Strukturstempeln sein. Pressen im Besitz sind in der Lage, den Service von Vulkanisierungsstempeln durchzuführen, um das Format 60x60, 60x120 zu maximieren. Derzeit sind wir nicht in der Lage, 120x120 großformatige Briefmarken zu vulkanisieren. Nur italienische Unternehmen haben ein solches Produkt seit mehreren Jahren hergestellt. Zusammenfassend lässt sich feststellen, dass die Umsetzung des Projekts es uns ermöglichen wird, das aktuelle Angebot zu erweitern und neue innovative Produkte im Land und in Mittelosteuropa einzuführen, d. h. großformatige Strukturwerkzeuge und Stempel sowie einen neuen Service zur Regeneration von Beschichtungen auf großformatigen Strukturstempeln. Dazu plante das Unternehmen den Kauf einer Gravurfräsmaschine, Beschichtungspressen und einer Reihe von Magnetplatten. Die Gesamtkosten der Investition belaufen sich auf 916160,58 PLN, einschließlich der förderfähigen Kosten 744846.00 PLN. Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird ein kleines Unternehmen unterstützt, das einen Zuschuss erhält, zwei innovative mitteleuropäische Produkte vermarktet und 3 neue Arbeitsplätze für Männer im Unternehmen geschaffen werden. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit der Achse 2 Wettbewerbsfähiger Wirtschaft und Aktion 2.5 Investitionsförderung für den KMU-Sektor für eine verstärkte Nutzung von Innovationen in KMU, da es zwei neue innovative Produkte und eine einzige Dienstleistung für Unternehmen und Markt bringt.
