Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest zakup wozu strażackiego dla jednostki OSP Olza w Gminie wiejskiej Gorzyce. Głównym założeniem realizacji przedmiotowego projektu jest skuteczne zapobieganie potencjalnym zagrożeniom (jak np. pożary, katastrofy ekologiczne, powodzie itp.). W celu usprawnienia akcji ratowniczych w ramach projektu planuje się zakup nowoczesnego wozu strażackiego spełniającego wszystkie normy techniczne i ekologiczne w kraju. Planowany zakup będzie dotyczył nabycia pojazdu optymalnie spełniającego oczekiwania OSP Olza średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego. Gminy Gorzyce ze względu na sytuację finansową nie stać na zakup nowego wozu strażackiego, dlatego ogłoszony konkurs jest jedyną możliwością nabycia nowoczesnego wozu strażackiego dla jednej z jednostek OSP (Olza) z terenu wiejskiej Gminy Gorzyce, który wykorzystywany będzie dla zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców gminy Gorzyce i powiatu wodzisławskiego. The subject of this project is the purchase of a firefighter’s vehicle for the Olza OSP unit in the rural Gorzyka commune. The main objective of this project is to prevent potential risks (e.g. fires, environmental disasters, floods, etc.). In order to improve rescue operations, the project plans to purchase a modern firefighter vehicle that meets all technical and environmental standards in the country. The planned purchase will concern the purchase of a vehicle optimally meeting the expectations of Olza medium rescue and fire-extinguishing car. The municipality of Gorzyce, due to its financial situation, cannot afford to buy a new firefighter’s wagon, therefore the announced competition is the only possibility to acquire a modern firefighter vehicle for one of the OSP units (Olza) from the rural area of Gorzyce commune, which will be used to ensure the safety of residents of the Gorzyce commune and the district of Wodzisławski. L’objet de ce projet est l’achat d’un camion d’incendie pour l’unité OSP Olza dans la municipalité rurale de Gorzyce. Le principal objectif de ce projet est de prévenir efficacement les risques potentiels (incendies, catastrophes environnementales, inondations, etc.). Afin d’améliorer les opérations de sauvetage, le projet prévoit d’acheter un véhicule de lutte contre l’incendie moderne répondant à toutes les normes techniques et environnementales du pays. L’achat prévu concernera l’achat d’un véhicule qui répond de manière optimale aux attentes de l’OSP Olza d’une voiture de sauvetage et de lutte contre l’incendie de taille moyenne. La municipalité de Gorzyce, en raison de la situation financière, ne peut pas se permettre d’acheter un nouveau camion d’incendie, donc la concurrence annoncée est la seule possibilité d’acquérir un camion d’incendie moderne pour l’une des unités de l’OSP (Olza) de la zone rurale de Gorzyce municipalité, qui sera utilisé pour assurer la sécurité des habitants de la municipalité de Gorzyce et du comté de Wodzisławski. Gegenstand dieses Projekts ist der Kauf eines Feuerwehrwagens für die OSP Olza-Einheit in der Gemeinde Gorzyce. Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist es, potenzielle Risiken (z. B. Brände, Umweltkatastrophen, Überschwemmungen usw.) wirksam zu verhindern. Um den Rettungseinsatz zu verbessern, plant das Projekt, ein modernes Feuerlöschfahrzeug zu erwerben, das alle technischen und Umweltstandards des Landes erfüllt. Der geplante Kauf betrifft den Kauf eines Fahrzeugs, das den Erwartungen von OSP Olza eines mittelgroßen Rettungs- und Feuerwehrautos optimal entspricht. Die Gemeinde Gorzyce kann es sich aufgrund der finanziellen Lage nicht leisten, einen neuen Feuerwehrwagen zu kaufen, daher ist der angekündigte Wettbewerb die einzige Möglichkeit, einen modernen Feuerwehrwagen für eine der Einheiten der OSP (Olza) aus dem ländlichen Gebiet der Gemeinde Gorzyce zu erwerben, die zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Bewohner der Gemeinde Gorzyce und des Landkreises Wodzisławski verwendet wird.
