Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa nowego, kompletnie wyposażonego Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Gniewie wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Prace budowlano-montażowe realizowane będą w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Odrębnie zamówione zostanie wyposażenie PSZOK. Zapewniony zostanie nadzór inwestorski nad całością zadania inwestycyjnego (projektowaniem, budową i dostawą wyposażenia). Przeprowadzone zostaną obowiązkowe działania w zakresie informacji i promocji. W ramach projektu uwzględnione zostały również zadania związane z jego przygotowaniem i zarządzaniem. W ramach cross-financingu (instrumentu elastyczności) zaplanowano działania edukacyjne w zakresie zapobiegania powstawaniu odpadów, właściwego postępowania z odpadami oraz odzysku i recyklingu odpadów. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności systemu gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi na terenie Miasta i Gminy Gniew, dla osiągnięcia wymaganych poziomów recyklingu i odzysku odpadów komunalnych. The object of the project is the construction of a new, fully equipped Municipal Waste Collection Point in Gniew together with the accompanying infrastructure. Construction and assembly works will be carried out in the “design and build” mode. The equipment of PSZOK will be ordered separately. Investor supervision will be ensured over the entire investment task (design, construction and delivery of equipment). Mandatory information and promotion activities will be carried out. The project also takes into account the tasks related to its preparation and management. As part of the cross-financing (flexibility instrument), educational activities are planned in the field of waste prevention, proper management of waste and waste recovery and recycling. The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of municipal waste management system in the City and Gniew Municipality, in order to achieve the required levels of recycling and recovery of municipal waste. L’objet du projet est la construction d’un nouveau point de collecte des déchets municipaux entièrement équipé à Gniew, ainsi que des infrastructures d’accompagnement. Les travaux de construction et d’assemblage seront réalisés en mode «conception et construction». L’équipement PSZOK sera commandé séparément. La supervision des investisseurs sur l’ensemble du projet d’investissement (conception, construction et livraison d’équipements) sera assurée. Des activités d’information et de publicité obligatoires seront menées. Le projet comprenait également des tâches liées à sa préparation et à sa gestion. Dans le cadre du financement croisé (instrument de flexibilité), des mesures éducatives sont prévues en matière de prévention des déchets, de gestion des déchets, de valorisation et de recyclage des déchets. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’efficacité du système de gestion des déchets municipaux dans la ville et la municipalité de Gniew, afin d’atteindre les niveaux requis de recyclage et de valorisation des déchets municipaux. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau einer neuen, voll ausgestatteten kommunalen Abfallsammelstelle in Gniew sowie der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur. Bau- und Montagearbeiten werden im Modus „Design und Bau“ durchgeführt. PSZOK Ausrüstung wird separat bestellt. Die Anlegeraufsicht über das gesamte Investitionsvorhaben (Design, Bau und Lieferung von Anlagen) wird gewährleistet. Obligatorische Informations- und Publizitätsmaßnahmen werden durchgeführt. Das Projekt umfasste auch Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit seiner Vorbereitung und Verwaltung. Im Rahmen des Cross-Finanzierungsinstruments (Flexibilitätsinstrument) sind Bildungsmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Abfallvermeidung, Abfallbewirtschaftung sowie Abfallverwertung und Recycling geplant. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Effizienz des kommunalen Abfallwirtschaftssystems in der Stadt und Gemeinde Gniew zu erhöhen, um die erforderlichen Mengen an Recycling und Verwertung von Siedlungsabfällen zu erreichen.
