Celem inwestycji podejmowanej przez Centrum Leczenia Oparzeń im. dr Stanisława Sakiela w Siemianowicach Śląskich (zwanego dalej CLO) jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej poprzez modernizację gospodarki energią elektryczną i cieplną w kompleksie budynków CLO. Inwestycja podzielona została na dwa etapy i obejmuje swoim zakresem 5 z 6 budynków Centrum (A, B, C, E, F). W pierwszym etapie, objętym wnioskiem, planowane jest wykonanie robót (prace budowlane, instalacyjne, elektryczne i automatyka): termomodernizacja segmentów, wymiana źródeł ciepła, wymiana rurociągów cieplnych i obiektowych węzłów cieplnych w segmentach, wymiana zasilania w ciepłą wodę użytkową, zabudowa dodatkowego źródła chłodu, wymiana oświetlenia w segmentach oraz podłączenie segmentów do centralnego systemu sterowania i monitoringu Szpitala. W etapie drugim (nieobjętym wnioskiem) zakłada się dodatkowo montaż modułu kogeneracyjnego w kotłowni głównej. Realizacja projektu się w formule „Zaprojektuj i wybuduj". (Polish)

The aim of the investment undertaken by the Stanislaw Sakiel Burn Treatment Centre in Siemianowice Śląskie (hereinafter referred to as CLO) is to improve energy efficiency through modernisation of electricity and heat management in the CLO building complex. The investment is divided into two stages and covers 5 of the 6 buildings of the Centre (A, B, C, E, F). In the first stage of the proposal, works (construction, installation, electrical and automation) are planned: thermal modernisation of segments, replacement of heat sources, replacement of thermal and object pipelines in segments, replacement of power supply into hot water, additional cooling sources, replacement of lighting in segments and connecting segments to the central control and monitoring system of the Hospital. In the second stage (not covered by the application) the installation of the cogeneration module in the main boiler room is additionally assumed. The project is implemented in the formula “Design and Build”. (English)

L’investissement réalisé par le centre de traitement des brûlures Dr. Stanisław Sakiel à Siemianowice Śląskie (ci-après dénommé CLO) vise à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique par la modernisation de la gestion de l’électricité et de la chaleur dans le complexe des bâtiments CLO. L’investissement a été divisé en deux étapes et couvre 5 des 6 bâtiments du Centre (A, B, C, E, F). Dans la première phase de l’application, des travaux (construction, installation, électricité et automatisation) sont prévus: thermomodernisation des segments, échange de sources de chaleur, remplacement des canalisations de chaleur et des nœuds de chaleur objet dans les segments, remplacement de l’alimentation en eau potable chaude, installation d’une source de refroidissement supplémentaire, remplacement de l’éclairage dans les segments et raccordement des segments au système central de contrôle et de surveillance de l’hôpital. Dans la deuxième phase (non couverte par la demande), l’installation du module de cogénération dans la chaufferie principale est en outre supposée. Zweck der Investitionen des Dr. Stanisław Sakiel Burn Treatment Centre in Siemianowice Śląskie (nachstehend „CLO“ genannt) ist die Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz durch Modernisierung des Strom- und Wärmemanagements im Gebäudekomplex CLO. Die Investition wurde in zwei Phasen unterteilt und umfasst 5 der 6 Gebäude des Zentrums (A, B, C, E, F). In der ersten Phase der Anwendung sind Arbeiten (Bau-, Installations-, Elektro- und Automatisierungsarbeiten) geplant: Thermomodernisierung von Segmenten, Austausch von Wärmequellen, Austausch von Wärmeleitungen und Objektwärmeknoten in Segmenten, Ersatz der Versorgung in heißes Versorgungswasser, Installation einer zusätzlichen Kühlquelle, Austausch von Beleuchtung in Segmenten und Anschluss von Segmenten an das zentrale Steuerungs- und Überwachungssystem des Krankenhauses. In der zweiten Stufe (nicht von der Anwendung abgedeckt) wird zusätzlich von der Installation des KWK-Moduls im Hauptheizkesselraum ausgegangen.
