Poprawa funkcjonowania społeczno-edukacyjno-emocjonalnego 30 dzieci (20K i 10M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących na terenie powiatu przemyskiego poprzez objęcie wsparciem w ramach Placówki Wsparcia Dziennego w formie opiekuńczo-specjalistycznej w okr. 01.12.2018-31.12.2020. Cele szczeg. (realizacja w okresie): 1. zwiększenie dostępności usług społ. w zakr. wsparcia rodziny w formie powiatowej PWD (30 miejsc świadczenia usług społ.) 2. poprawa w zakr. posiadanych dysfunkcji, trudności, deficytów u min. 21 dzieci/ K: 14 i 7 M 3. wzrost kompetencji kluczowych u min. 21 dzieci/ 14 K i 7M W ramach projektu zrealizowan zostaną 2 zadania: Z1-zorientowane na przygot. obiektu do funkcjonowania PWD oraz organizacji bieżącej działalność placówki (zatrudnienie wymaganego przepisami prawa personelu). W ramach zadania zostaną oprac. dokumenty regulujące funkcjonowanie PWD oraz utworzone zostanie 30 miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych (fizycznych). Améliorer le fonctionnement socio-éducatif de 30 enfants (20 000 et 10 millions d’habitants) exposés au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, résidant dans le district de Przemysl, en apportant un soutien dans le cadre du Bureau d’appui quotidien sous la forme de soins et de spécialités dans le cercle. 01.12.2018-31.12.2020. Objectifs en détail. (mise en œuvre au cours de la période): 1. accroître l’offre de services sociaux dans le domaine de l’aide aux familles sous la forme de personnes handicapées de district (30 lieux de prestation de services sociaux) 2. amélioration dans le domaine des dysfonctionnements, des difficultés, des déficits d’au moins 21 enfants/K: 14 et 7 M 3. l’augmentation des compétences clés pour au moins 21 enfants/14 K et 7M Dans le cadre du projet, 2 tâches seront exécutées: Z1-axé sur la préparation de la facilité pour le fonctionnement de la DDP et l’organisation de l’activité quotidienne de l’établissement (emploi de personnel requis par la loi). Dans le cadre de cette tâche, des documents régissant le fonctionnement du PEM seront établis et 30 lieux de services sociaux (physiques) seront créés. Verbesserung des sozialpädagogischen Funktionierens von 30 Kindern (20K und 10M), die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind und im Bezirk Przemysl wohnen, durch Unterstützung im Rahmen des Tagesunterstützungsbüros in Form von Betreuung und Spezialität im Kreis. 01.12.2018-31.12.2020. Ziele im Detail. (Durchführung im Zeitraum): 1. Erhöhung der Verfügbarkeit sozialer Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Familienförderung in Form von Bezirksarbeitskräften (30 Orte der Erbringung von Sozialdienstleistungen) 2. Verbesserung im Bereich der Funktionsstörungen, Schwierigkeiten, Defizite bei mindestens 21 Kindern/K: 14 und 7 M 3. Die Erweiterung der Schlüsselkompetenzen bei mindestens 21 Kindern/14 K und 7M Im Rahmen des Projekts werden zwei Aufgaben durchgeführt: Z1 konzentrierte sich auf die Vorbereitung der Einrichtung für das Funktionieren der Arbeitsverwaltung und die Organisation der täglichen Tätigkeit der Einrichtung (Beschäftigung des gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Personals). Im Rahmen der Aufgabe werden Dokumente erstellt, die die Funktionsweise des EMP regeln, und 30 Orte sozialer (physischer) Dienste werden geschaffen. Z2 – die Unterstützung im Bereich der Schlüsselkompetenzen sowie therapeutische und sozialtherapeutische Unterstützung leisten wird, die über die Standardaktivitäten der EDP-Erzieher hinausgeht. Die wichtigsten Indikatoren sollen erreicht werden: Fassung: 2,0 Antrag auf Projektförderung im Rahmen der ROP PP 2014-2020 Kontrollsumme: 0008345/2/2/2/4/4/9/2/13/15/3/9/9/3/7/0/4/2 1. Anzahl der im Rahmen des Programms unterstützten Sozialdienste, die nach Ende des Projekts vorhanden sind – 30 2. Zahl der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Kinder mit verbesserten Funktionsstörungen, Defiziten und Schwierigkeiten – 21 3.L. Kinder mit einem Anstieg der Schlüsselkompetenzen im Bereich des lebenslangen Lernens: 21 4.L. Kinder, bei denen infolge der Umsetzung des Spezialisten Unterstützung gab es eine Verbesserung ihrer Funktionsstörungen, Schwierigkeiten, Defizite: 21 5.L. Kinder, bei denen aufgrund der Unterstützung von Pflegespezialisten eine Verbesserung der Funktionsweise des Sozio-edu zu verzeichnen ist. (German)
