Projekt obejmie 5 przedszkoli samorządowych dla których Gmina Sokółka jest organem prowadzącym (Przedszkole nr 1 w Sokółce, Przedszkole nr 2 w Sokółce, Przedszkole nr 3 w Sokółce, Przedszkole nr 4 w Sokółce, Przedszkole nr 5 w Sokółce). Przeprowadzenie zaplanowanych działań przyczyni się do wyrównania szans edukacyjnych 31 K i 36 M, łącznie 67 U poprzez niwelowanie deficytów, w tym deficytów wynikających z niepełnosprawności u 17 dzieci z niepełnosprawnością(6 K,11 M). Do realizacji zaplanowano działania skierowane bezpośrednio do dzieci z niepełnosprawnością, tj. indywidualne zajęcia z psychologiem/pedagogiem, indywidualne zajęcia logopedyczne, w Przedszkolu nr 3 i nr 5 - terapię integracji sensorycznej (SI), w Przedszkolu nr 1 - zajęcia rozwijające ogólną sprawność ruchową, a w Przedszkolu nr 5 dodatkowo grupowe zajęcia rozwijające umiejętności społeczne, w tym komunikacyjne oraz indywidualne zajęcia. prowadzone przez fizjoterapeutę. Dla dzieci ze stwierdzonymi deficytami w Przedszkolu nr 1 w Sokółce: gimnastyka korekcyjna, zajęcia społeczne, zajęcia korekcyjno-kompensacyjne. W Przedszkolu nr 4 w Sokółce : gimnastyka korekcyjna, zajęcia logopedyczne, zajęcia społeczne, zajęcia korekcyjno-kompensacyjne. Ponadto zaplanowano zakup pomocy dydaktycznych i sprzętu dostosowanego do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnością, doposażenie Przedszkola nr 1 i nr 4, w pomoce niezbędne do prowadzenia zajęć niwelujących stwierdzone deficyty. Realizacja projektu podniesie jakość procesu nauczania w przedszkolach z gminy Sokółka. Działania w projekcie będą tak zorganizowane, aby umożliwić udział w nich osobom z niepełnosprawnością. Projekt obejmuje wyłącznie OWP, które nie zostały objete dofinansowaniem w ramach konkursów na projekty zintegrowane dotyczace działań 3.1.3 i 8.2.2, dedykowanych obszarowi BOF lub zostały złożone w równolegle trwających konkursach w ramach działań 3.1.3 i 8.2.2, dedykowanych obszarowi BOF. The project will cover 5 local preschools for which Sokółka Municipality is the leading body (Preschool No. 1 in Sokółka, Kindergarten No. 2 in Sokółka, Kindergarten No. 3 in Sokółka, Kindergarten No. 4 in Sokółka, Kindergarten No. 5 in Sokółka). Carrying out the planned actions will contribute to equalising educational opportunities of 31 K and 36 M, a total of 67 U by correcting deficits, including deficits resulting from disability in 17 children with disabilities (6 K,11 M). Actions addressed directly to children with disabilities, i.e. individual classes with psychologist/pedagog, individual speech therapy, in kindergarten no. 3 and No. 5 – sensory integration therapy (SI), in kindergarten no. 1 – classes developing general mobility, and in kindergarten no.5, additionally group classes developing social skills, including communication skills and individual activities conducted by physiotherapist. For children with identified deficits in kindergarten No. 1 in Sokółka: corrective gymnastics, social activities, corrective and compensatory classes. In kindergarten no. 4 in Sokółka: corrective gymnastics, speech therapy classes, social activities, corrective and compensatory classes. In addition, the purchase of teaching aid and equipment adapted to the needs of children with disabilities, retrofitting of Kindergarten No. 1 and No. 4, with the assistance necessary to conduct activities to correct the identified deficits, was planned. The implementation of the project will increase the quality of the teaching process in kindergartens from the municipality of Sokółka. The project will be organised in such a way as to enable people with disabilities to participate. The project covers only PLOs which have not been co-financed by competitions for integrated projects for actions 3.1.3 and 8.2.2 dedicated to the BOF area or have been submitted in parallel competitions under actions 3.1.3 and 8.2.2 dedicated to the BOF area. Le projet comprendra 5 jardins d’enfants locaux pour lesquels la municipalité de Sokółka est l’organisme principal (école de garde no 1 à Sokółka, maternelle no 2 à Sokółka, maternelle no 3 à Sokółka, maternelle no 4 à Sokółka, maternelle no 5 à Sokółka). La réalisation des activités prévues contribuera à l’égalité des chances en matière d’éducation 31 K et 36 M, soit un total de 67 U en réduisant les déficits, y compris les déficits résultant d’un handicap chez 17 enfants handicapés (6 K.11 M). Des activités destinées directement aux enfants handicapés, c’est-à-dire des cours individuels avec psychologue/pédagogue, des thérapies individuelles de la parole, la maternelle no 3 et 5 — thérapie d’intégration sensorielle (SI), la maternelle no 1 — des cours de développement de la mobilité générale, et dans la maternelle no 5, des classes de groupe développant des compétences sociales, y compris des cours de communication et des cours individuels organisés par un kinésithérapeute, étaient prévues. Pour les enfants présentant des déficits constatés dans la maternelle no 1 à Sokółka: gymnastique corrective, classes sociales, classes de correction et de compensation. Die Durchführung der geplanten Maßnahmen wird zur Chancengleichheit von 31 K und 36 Mio. beitragen, d. h. insgesamt 67 U durch Verringerung der Defizite, einschließlich Defizite infolge einer Behinderung bei 17 Kindern mit Behinderungen (6 K.11 M).
