Działania projektu ukierunkowane są na stworzenie dodatkowych 12 miejsc reintegracji społecznej i zawodowej w istniejącym podmiocie, o którym mowa w ustawie z dnia13czerwca 2003 r. o zatrudnieniu socjalnym (Dz.U. 2016 poz.1828 z późn.zm) prowadzonym przez Spółdzielnię Socjalną"Parasol". Działaniami projektu zostanie objętych12 osób(11K,1M)bezrobotnych dla których zdefiniowano III profil pomocy, z minimum średnim wykształceniem, zagrożonych ubóstwem, wykluczeniem społecznym lub osób już wykluczonych. Zgodnie z zapisami ustawy o zatrudnieniu socjalnym dla uczestników w ramach ścieżki reintegracji zawodowej zostanie zrealizowany warsztat "Opiekun osoby starszej",który bezpośrednio po zdaniu państwowego egzaminu doprowadzi jednocześnie do nabycia przez naszych uczestników kwalifikacjiK1MS.07. Świadczenie usług opiekuńczo-wspierających osobie starszej. Reintegracja zawodowa odbywa się 4 razy w tygodniu pod nadzorem instruktora zawodu. W ramach reintegracji społecznej uczestnikom zostanie zapewnione wsparcie specjalistów, tj. psychologa, doradcy zawodowego, radcy prawnego i terapeuty uzależnień oraz zorganizowany wyjazd integracyjny - miejsce zostanie wybrane przez uczestników po konsultacjach ze specjalistami.Ponadto każdy z uczestników objęty zostanie ubezpieczeniem zdrowotnym oraz ubezpieczeniem NNW, otrzyma pakiet niezbędny do realizacji warsztatu zawodowego m.in. rękawiczki jednorazowe, fartuch ochronny, żele antybakteryjne itp. a także zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 czerwca 2003 r. o zatrudnieniu socjalnym otrzyma wyżywienie. Niniejszy projekt jest odpowiedzią na problemy i potrzeby grupy docelowej, zdiagnozowane podczas wieloletniej działalności wnioskodawcy w obszarze zjawiska zagrożenia ubóstwem i wykluczenia społecznego. Zastosowane usługi aktywnej integracji zostaną skierowane do osób, co do których dotychczas dedykowane formy aktywizacji okazały się nieskuteczne.Wnioskodawca zapewni opiekę nad dziećmi do lat3uczestnikom, u których wystąpi taka przesłanka. The project will cover12 people(11K,1M) unemployed for whom a third aid profile has been defined, with a minimum of secondary education, at risk of poverty, social exclusion or already excluded. In accordance with the provisions of the Social Employment Act for Participants, within the framework of the professional reintegration path, a workshop “The Senior Career” will be carried out, which will at the same time result in the acquisition of K1MS qualifications by our participants immediately after passing the state examination.07. Provision of care and support services to the elderly. Professional reintegration takes place 4 times a week under the supervision of an instructor. As part of social reintegration, participants will be supported by specialists, i.e. psychologist, professional adviser, legal adviser and addiction therapist, as well as organised integration trip – the place will be selected by the participants after consultation with specialists.In addition, each participant will be covered by health insurance and insurance of the IUU, will receive a package necessary for the implementation of the professional workshop, including disposable gloves, protective apron, antibacterial gels, etc. This project responds to the problems and needs of the target group, diagnosed during the applicant’s multi-annual activities in the area of poverty and social exclusion. The applied active inclusion services will be addressed to people for whom previously dedicated forms of activation have proved ineffective.The applicant will provide care for children up to the age of 3 for those who have such a premise. Les activités du projet visent à créer 12 places supplémentaires pour la réinsertion sociale et professionnelle dans l’entité existante visée dans la loi sur l’emploi social du 13 juin 2003 (Journal des lois 2016, point 1828, telle que modifiée) gérée par la coopérative sociale «Parasol». Le projet couvrira 12 personnes(11K,1M) sans emploi pour lesquelles le troisième profil d’aide a été défini, avec un minimum d’enseignement secondaire, en situation de risque de pauvreté, d’exclusion sociale ou de personnes déjà exclues. Conformément aux dispositions de la loi sur l’emploi social des participants dans le cadre du parcours de réinsertion, un atelier intitulé «Senior Caregiver» sera organisé, qui immédiatement après avoir passé l’examen d’État conduira à l’acquisition par nos participants de la qualification K1MS.07. Fourniture de soins et de services de soutien aux personnes âgées. La réintégration a lieu 4 fois par semaine sous la supervision d’un instructeur professionnel. Dans le cadre de la réinsertion sociale, les participants bénéficieront du soutien de spécialistes, c’est-à-dire psychologues, conseillers de carrière, conseillers juridiques et thérapeutes en toxicomanie, ainsi que d’un voyage d’intégration organisé — le lieu sera choisi par les participants après consultation de spécialistes. En outre, chaque participant sera couvert par l’assurance maladie et l’assurance NNW, recevra l’ensemble nécessaire à la mise en œuvre de l’atelier professionnel, entre autres gants jetables, tablier protecteur, gels antibactériens, etc., ainsi que conformément aux dispositions de la loi du 13 juin 2003 sur l’emploi social recevra de la nourriture. Ce projet répond aux problèmes et aux besoins du groupe cible, tels qu’ils ont été diagnostiqués au cours de l’activité à long terme du demandeur dans le domaine du risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale. Die Aktivitäten des Projekts zielen darauf ab, zusätzliche 12 Plätze für die soziale und berufliche Wiedereingliederung in die bestehende Einrichtung zu schaffen, die im Sozialversicherungsgesetz vom 13. Juni 2003 (Gesetzblatt 2016, Pos. 1828, in der geänderten Fassung) der Sozialgenossenschaft „Parasol“ genannt wird. Das Projekt umfasst 12 Personen(11K,1M)Arbeitslose, für die das dritte Hilfsprofil definiert wurde, mit einem Minimum an Sekundarschulbildung, die von Armut, sozialer Ausgrenzung oder bereits ausgeschlossenen Personen bedroht ist. Gemäß den Bestimmungen des Gesetzes über Soziale Beschäftigung für Teilnehmer im Rahmen des Wiedereingliederungswegs wird ein Workshop mit dem Titel „Senior Caregiver“ durchgeführt, der unmittelbar nach dem Abschluss der staatlichen Prüfung zum Erwerb der Qualifikation K1MS07 durch unsere Teilnehmer führt. Bereitstellung von Betreuungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen für ältere Menschen. Die Wiedereingliederung erfolgt viermal pro Woche unter Aufsicht eines professionellen Ausbilders. Im Rahmen der sozialen Wiedereingliederung werden die Teilnehmer mit Unterstützung von Spezialisten, d. h. Psychologen, Berufsberatern, Rechtsberatern und Suchttherapeuten, sowie organisierter Integrationsreise zur Verfügung gestellt – der Ort wird von den Teilnehmern nach Rücksprache mit Spezialisten ausgewählt. Darüber hinaus wird jeder Teilnehmer durch Krankenversicherung und NNW-Versicherung abgedeckt, erhält das für die Durchführung des Berufsworkshops notwendige Paket, u. a. Einweghandschuhe, Schutzschürze, antibakterielle Gele usw. sowie gemäß den Bestimmungen des Gesetzes vom 13. Juni 2003 über die soziale Beschäftigung. Dieses Projekt reagiert auf die Probleme und Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppe, die während der langfristigen Tätigkeit des Antragstellers im Bereich des Risikos von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung diagnostiziert wurden. Die genutzten aktiven Eingliederungsdienste richten sich an Personen, für die sich bislang spezielle Formen der Aktivierung als wirkungslos erwiesen haben. Der Antragsteller wird Kinder unter 3 Jahren betreut, die eine solche Prämisse haben werden. (German)
