Projekt dotyczy organizacji staży i praktyk dla uczniów szkół ponadgimnazjalnych, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Sokólski oraz dla nauczycieli albo instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu z tych szkół. Praktyki i staże, które są przedmiotem Wniosku nie są formą praktycznej nauki zawodu, o której mowa w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 15 grudnia 2010r. w sprawie praktycznej nauki zawodu, ponieważ – w przypadku uczniów – odbywają się poza czasem nauki szkolnej albo praktycznej nauki zawodu, w rozumieniu w/w Rozporządzenia. W przypadku nauczycieli albo instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, organizowane dla nich, staże odbywają się poza czasem świadczenia przez nich usług finansowanych ze źródeł innych niż wynikające z umowy o dofinansowanie przedkładanego Projektu. Zakłada się zorganizowanie, na przestrzeni lat szkolnych 2016/17 i 2017/18, staży lub praktyk dla 249 uczniów i 5 nauczycieli/instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu w wymiarze 300 godz. dla każdego zrekrutowanego uczestnika. Zaznacza się przy tym, że proporcje pomiędzy liczbą uczestników, a liczbą godzin odbywanych praktyk mogą ulec zmianie, np. zamiast 300 godz. przypadających na 1 osobę może być zorganizowana praktyka/staż dla 2 osób po 150 godz. lub 150 godz. praktyki/stażu może być przeniesione z jednego uczestnika na drugiego, który odbędzie w sumie 450 godz. praktycznej nauki zawodu itp. Zastrzeżenie to pozwala na objęcie rekrutacją uczniów ostatnich klas, którzy po odbyciu 150 godz. stażu/praktyki ukończą szkołę. Realizacja Projektu ma za zadanie zapewnienie wysokiego standardu oraz jednolitych warunków i procedur realizacji usług edukacyjnych w ramach interwencji EFS. Zakres wsparcia w Projekcie jest zgodny z warunkami określonymi przez IZ w Regulaminie konkursu. (Polish)

The project concerns the organisation of traineeships and apprenticeships for upper secondary school pupils, for whom the governing body is the Sokólski District and for teachers or instructors of practical apprenticeships from these schools. The apprenticeships and traineeships which are the subject of the Application are not a form of practical apprenticeship as referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 15 December 2010 on practical vocational training, because – in the case of pupils – they take place outside the time of school or practical training, as defined in the abovementioned Regulation. In the case of teachers or training instructors organised for them, traineeships shall take place outside the time when they provide services financed from sources other than those resulting from the financing agreement submitted to the Project. It is assumed to organise, during the 2016/17 and 2017/18 school years, internships or apprenticeships for 249 pupils and 5 teachers/instructors of practical apprenticeships of 300 hours for each recruited participant. It is noted that the proportion between the number of participants and the number of hours of apprenticeships may change, e.g. instead of 300 hours per 1 person, an internship for 2 persons after 150 hours or 150 hours of traineeship/study may be transferred from one participant to another who will have a total of 450 hours of practical apprenticeship, etc. This reservation allows the recruitment of pupils in the last grades, who after 150 hours of internship/practice finish school. Implementation of the Project aims to ensure a high standard and uniform conditions and procedures for the implementation of educational services within the framework of ESF interventions. The scope of support in the Project is in accordance with the conditions laid down by the IZ in the Competition Rules. (English)

Le projet concerne l’organisation de stages et de stages pour les étudiants des établissements du deuxième cycle de l’enseignement secondaire pour lesquels le district de Sokólski est l’organisme chef de file et pour les enseignants ou les instructeurs de formation professionnelle pratique de ces écoles. Les stages et stages qui font l’objet de la demande ne constituent pas une forme de formation professionnelle pratique, au sens du règlement du ministre de l’éducation nationale du 15 décembre 2010 relatif à la formation professionnelle pratique, étant donné que, dans le cas des étudiants, ils ont lieu en dehors de l’école ou de la formation professionnelle pratique au sens du règlement. Dans le cas d’enseignants ou d’instructeurs professionnels, les stages sont organisés pour eux en dehors du moment où ils fournissent des services financés par d’autres sources que celles résultant de la convention de subvention pour le projet soumis. L’objectif est d’organiser, au cours des années scolaires 2016-2017 et 2017/18, des stages ou des stages pour 249 élèves et 5 enseignants/formateurs de 300 heures pour chaque participant recruté. Il est à noter que la proportion entre le nombre de participants et le nombre d’heures de stage peut changer, par exemple, au lieu de 300 heures par personne, un stage/stage pour 2 personnes après 150 heures ou 150 heures de stage/stage peut être transféré d’un participant à un autre, qui aura lieu au total 450 heures d’apprentissage pratique, etc. Cette réserve permet de recruter des élèves de la dernière année qui achèveront leur école après 150 heures de stage/stage. La mise en œuvre du projet vise à garantir des conditions et des procédures uniformes et de haut niveau pour la mise en œuvre des services éducatifs dans le cadre de l’intervention du FSE. Le champ d’application du soutien au projet est conforme aux conditions fixées par l’AMM dans le règlement du concours. (French)

Das Projekt betrifft die Organisation von Praktika und Praktika für Schüler der Sekundarstufe II, für die der Sokólski-Bezirk die federführende Einrichtung ist, sowie für Lehrer oder Ausbilder der praktischen Berufsausbildung dieser Schulen. Praktika und Praktika, die Gegenstand der Bewerbung sind, sind keine Form der praktischen Berufsausbildung im Sinne der Verordnung des Ministers für nationale Bildung vom 15. Dezember 2010 über die praktische Berufsausbildung, da sie im Falle von Schülern außerhalb der Schulzeit oder der praktischen Berufsausbildung im Sinne der Verordnung stattfinden. Im Falle von Lehrkräften oder Berufslehrern werden die Praktika für sie außerhalb der Zeit ihrer Erbringung von Dienstleistungen organisiert, die aus anderen als den aus der Finanzhilfevereinbarung für das eingereichte Projekt resultierenden Quellen finanziert werden. Ziel ist es, in den Schuljahren 2016/17 und 2017/18 Praktika für 249 Schüler und 5 Lehrer/Ausbilder von 300 Stunden für jeden eingestellten Teilnehmer zu organisieren. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass sich der Anteil zwischen der Teilnehmerzahl und der Anzahl der Praktikumsstunden ändern kann, z. B. anstelle von 300 Stunden pro Person, kann ein Praktikum/Ausbildungsaufenthalt für 2 Personen nach 150 Stunden oder 150 Stunden Praktikums-/Ausbildungsstunden von einem Teilnehmer auf einen anderen übertragen werden, das in insgesamt 450 Stunden der praktischen Ausbildung stattfindet usw. Diese Reservierung ermöglicht es, Schüler der letzten Klasse zu rekrutieren, die ihre Schule nach 150 Stunden Praktikum/Ausbildung abschließen werden. Die Durchführung des Projekts zielt darauf ab, ein hohes Niveau und einheitliche Bedingungen und Verfahren für die Durchführung von Bildungsdienstleistungen im Rahmen der ESF-Intervention zu gewährleisten. Der Umfang der Förderung im Rahmen des Projekts entspricht den Bedingungen, die die VB in den Wettbewerbsregeln festgelegt hat. (German)
