Gł. zdiagnozowanym probl na który odpowiada P jest niedostosowanie syst kszt. i szk. zaw. w ZSO do potrzeb rynku pracy. Celem P realizowanego w Partnerstwie jest poprawa jakości kształcenia i dopasowanie systemów kształcenia i szk. do potrzeby r. pracy w ZSO do 31.08.2018r mierzona poprzez wyniki badań wśród pracodawców lok r. pracy (poprawa o min. 1 pkt w 5-ciu st. skali w stos. do badania na początku realizacji P) -zgodnie z celem szcz. PI 10.4 RPO WP. P skierowany jest do 30U (8K i 22 M)i 10 naucz. zawodu(7K, 3M). Cele szcz.: 1. Dostos oferty edukacyjnej ZSO poprzez real certyf szk. oraz zajęć specjalist. we współp. z otoczeniem społ - gosp. dla 30 U do VIII 2018r.(real w typie 2a - kursy certyf. ICT, 2b - uprawn. prawo jazdy, 2c - modyf progr. szkol. ) 2. Dostos. kwalifikacji 10 NZ ZSO do wymogów rynku pracy w formie szk. do VI 2018r. - typ2g 3. Zwiększ szans na zatrudnienie 30 U ZSO poprzez realizację por. zaw. - edu we wspólpracy z pracodawcami do VI 2018 - typ 2d 4. Dost. oferty kształcenia ZSO poprzez zakup nowocz. wyposażenia prac. zaw. do X 2017 -typ2i 5. GL. diagnosed with the probation for which P responds is a misappropriation of the system of shape and glass in the CSO to the needs of the labour market. The aim of P carried out in the Partnership is to improve the quality of education and to match education and school systems to the year of work in the CSO to 31.08.2018r measured by the results of surveys among employers of the job place (improvement of at least 1 points in the 5th point of the scale to the survey at the beginning of implementation P) -in accordance with the aim. PI 10.4 ROP WP. P is addressed to 30U (8K and 22 M) and 10 teaching profession(7K, 3M). Objectives are to: 1. Adaptation of the educational offer of the ZSO through real certifs and specialist classes. in co-operation with the community environment – gosp. for 30 U to VIII 2018 (real in type 2a – certif courses. ICT, 2b – cultivation license, 2c – modf progr. school. ) 2. Adjustment of qualifications 10 NZ CSO to the requirements of the labour market in the form of sketches to VI 2018. — type 2 g 3. Increase the employability of 30 USOs through the implementation of cf. incl. — edu in cooperation with employers up to VI 2018 – type 2d 4. Available offers of education of the CSO through the purchase of modern work equipment. incl. up to X 2017 -type2 and 5. Below motivation U through the program stype -type 2f The goal will be achieved through the implementation of related t. actions: a) to increase the cooperation of CSOs with employers, among others, through cf. edu d) additional activities specialising in U and NZ obtaining and supplementing knowledge and skills including, e) U support in terms of gaining additional entitlements to increase their chances on the labour market, f) equipment of the workshop of subjects in g) the program provides comprehensive support type 2a-c,d,f,g,i. La tête du probl diagnostiqué auquel P répond est l’insuffisance du système des formes et du verre dans le ZSO aux besoins du marché du travail. L’objectif de P mis en œuvre dans le cadre du partenariat est d’améliorer la qualité de l’éducation et d’adapter les systèmes éducatifs et les écoles aux besoins de travail dans le ZSO d’ici au 31 août 2018, mesurés par les résultats de la recherche sur le lieu de travail des employeurs (amélioration d’au moins 1 point sur 5 de l’échelle de l’application à l’étude au début de la mise en œuvre de P) — conformément à l’objectif du projet. PI 10,4 PP. P est dirigé vers 30U (8K et 22 M) et 10 apprentissages (7K, 3M). Objectifs: 1. Ajuster l’offre éducative de la ZSO par le biais de vrais certyf de verre et des cours spécialisés. en coopération avec les environs — gosp. pour 30 U à VIII 2018 (réal dans les cours de type 2a — certyf. TIC, 2b — permis de conduire, 2c — modif de programme scolaire. ) 2. Adapter les qualifications du ZSO 10 NZ aux exigences du marché du travail sous forme de verre à VI 2018. — type2 g 3. Accroître l’employabilité 30 U ZSO en mettant en œuvre cf. — edu en coopération avec les employeurs jusqu’au VI 2018 — type 2d 4. Accès à l’offre d’éducation de la ZSO par l’achat d’équipements modernes de travaux jusqu’à X 2017 -type2i 5. L’objectif sera atteint par la mise en œuvre des actions connexes: a) une coopération accrue de la ZSO avec les employeurs, par exemple par l’intermédiaire de cf. edu d) des classes spéciales. permettre à l’U et à la Nouvelle-Zélande d’acquérir et de compléter les connaissances et les compétences d’y compris, e) le soutien U dans le domaine de l’obtention d’autorisations augmentant leurs chances sur le marché du travail, f) l’équipement de l’atelier d’objets, y compris g) le programme de styp. Der Leiter des diagnostizierten Probl, auf das P reagiert, ist die Unzulänglichkeit des Systems von Formen und Glas im ZSO auf die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes. Ziel der Partnerschaft ist es, die Qualität der Bildung und die Anpassung der Bildungssysteme und Schulen an die Notwendigkeit der Arbeit im ZSO bis zum 31.08.2018 zu verbessern, gemessen an den Ergebnissen der Forschung am Arbeitsplatz der Arbeitgeber (Verbesserung von mindestens 1 Punkt in der 5. Skala in der Bewerbung auf die Studie zu Beginn der Durchführung von P) – entsprechend dem Ziel des Projekts. PI 10.4 ROP S. P richtet sich an 30U (8K und 22 M) und 10 Lehrstellen (7K, 3M). Ziele: 1. Passen Sie das pädagogische Angebot des ZSO durch echte Glaszertyf- und Fachkurse an. in Zusammenarbeit mit der Umgebung – gosp. für 30 U bis VIII 2018 (echte in Typ 2a – Certyf-Kurse. IKT, 2b – Führerschein, 2c – Modif der Schule progr. ) 2. Anpassung der Qualifikationen der 10 NZ ZSO an Arbeitsmarktanforderungen in Form von Glas an VI 2018. — Typ2 g 3. Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit 30 U ZSO durch Implementierung vgl. — edu in Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitgebern bis VI 2018 – Typ 2d 4. Zugang zum Ausbildungsangebot des ZSO durch den Kauf moderner Werkausstattung. Bis X 2017 -type2i 5. Das Ziel wird erreicht, indem die entsprechenden Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden: a) verstärkte Zusammenarbeit der ZSO mit Arbeitgebern, z. B. durch vgl. edu d) dod. Sonderklassen. ermöglichen U und NZ, die Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten von inkl., e) U-Unterstützung im Bereich Dod-Zulassungen zu erwerben und zu ergänzen, die ihre Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erhöhen, f) Ausrüstung der Werkstatt von Objekten inkl. g) styp. Programm. P bietet umfassende Unterstützung Typ 2a-c,d,f,g,i. Nach Abschluss des Glases. VCC, die die Validierung von Kompetenzen ermöglichen wird.
