Przedmiotem projektu będzie inwestycja polegająca zakupie urządzenia niezbędnego do wdrożenia innowacyjnej usługi medycznej w zakresie remodelacji i chondroindukcji autogennych komórek mezenchymalnych w leczeniu zwyrodnienia stawów. Przedmiotowa innowacyjna usługa medyczna jest innowacyjna na poziomie światowym. Przedmiotem projekt jest wdrożenie unikatowej i innowacyjnej na skalę światową usługi medycznej w zakresie remodelacji (przywrócenie pierwotnej struktury i funkcji) i chondroindukcji (stymulacja proliferacji tkanki chrząstki stawowej) autogennymi komórkami mezenchymalnymi (rodzaj komórek macierzystych o cechach komórek multipotencjalnych, mogących dać początek kilku różnym typom komórek, z reguły o podobnych właściwościach. Allogeniczne komórki mezenchymalne w innowacyjnych zabiegach ortopedycznych najczęściej są pozyskiwane w procesie separacji z tkanki tłuszczowej pacjenta) tkanki tłuszczowej chrząstki stawu kolanowego pod kontrolą dynamicznego funkcjonalnego badania rezonansu magnetycznego. The subject of the project is the implementation of a unique and innovative medical service on a global scale in the field of remodeling (restoration of the original structure and function) and chondroinduction (stimulation of the proliferation of articular cartilage tissue) with autogenic mesenchymal cells (a type of stem cells with the characteristics of multipotential cells, which can give rise to several different types of cells, usually having similar properties). Allogeneic mesenchymal cells in innovative orthopaedic treatments are most often obtained in the process of separation from the patient’s adipose tissue) the fatty tissue of the knee joint cartilage under the control of dynamic functional magnetic resonance imaging. Direct products of the project will be: Private investments complementing public support to enterprises (grants) – PLN 1 372 140,00; The applicant implements product innovation in the form of an innovative service on a global scale and thus implements output indicators Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products to the market – 1 units and number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company – 1 units. L’objet du projet sera un investissement consistant en l’achat d’un dispositif nécessaire à la mise en œuvre d’un service médical innovant dans le domaine du remodelage et de la chondroinduction des cellules mésenchymiques autogéniques dans le traitement de l’arthrose. Ce service médical innovant est innovant au niveau mondial. Le projet a pour objet la mise en place d’un service médical unique et innovant dans le domaine du remodelage (restauration de la structure et de la fonction d’origine) et de la chondroinduction (stimulation de la prolifération du tissu cartilage articulaire) avec des cellules mésenchymiques autogéniques (un type de cellules souches présentant les caractéristiques de cellules multipotentielles, qui peuvent donner lieu à plusieurs types de cellules différentes, généralement aux propriétés similaires. Les cellules mésenchymiques allogéniques dans les procédures orthopédiques innovantes sont le plus souvent obtenues dans le processus de séparation du tissu adipeux du patient) du tissu adipeux du cartilage du genou sous le contrôle d’un test dynamique de résonance magnétique fonctionnelle. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Umsetzung eines einzigartigen und innovativen weltweiten medizinischen Dienstes auf dem Gebiet der Remodellierung (Wiederherstellung der ursprünglichen Struktur und Funktion) und der Chondroinduktion (Stimulation der Proliferation von Gelenkknorpelgewebe) mit autogenen mesenchymalen Zellen (eine Art von Stammzellen mit den Eigenschaften von multipotenziellen Zellen, die zu verschiedenen Arten von Zellen führen können, in der Regel mit ähnlichen Eigenschaften.
