Przedmiotem proj.są szkolenia osób dorosłych w zakr.TIK,z uwzględnieniem elastycznych rozwiązań, prowadzące do nabycia klucz.kompetenc.Do zakresu rzeczowego zaliczają się zad.skoncentrowane na niwelowaniu barier zw. z brakiem wiedzy i motywacji oraz uświadamianiu potrzeby dalszego rozwoju,co będzie osiągane poprzez podniesienie kompetencji cyfr.,w tym komunikacyjno-informacyjnych,wykorzystujących technologie społeczeństwa informatycznego-wsparcie os.pozostających w niekorzystnej sytuacji na r.pracy,szczeg.narażonych na tzw. wykluczenie cyfrowe. Zadania proj.będą konsolidować postawy otwartości i elastyczności wzgl. nieustających zmian w stosunku do wymogów kompetencyjnych,kształtując przekonanie wśród UP,iż aktywne wykorzystywanie TIK przyczyni się do ich pełnej integracji społeczno-zawodowej oraz umożliwi dalszą realizację postawionych celów. Rozwój i upowszechnienie TIK są potencjalnie jednym z istotnych czynników dla rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego.Podstawowym wyzwaniem zw.z rozwojem społeczeństwa informacyjnego jest problem cyfrowego wykluczenia.Coraz powszechniejsze wykorzystanie TIK i większe ich możliwości,a często również niezbędność w codziennym życiu,powoduje,że osoby które z nich nie korzystają są w coraz większym stopniu wykluczone społecznie./drD.Batorski,drA.Płoszaj,Diagnoza i rekomendacje w obsz.komp.cyfr.społecz. i przeciwdziałania wykl.cyfr.w kontekście wsp.na l.2014-2020/Prowadzi to,do powstania zjawiska bezrobocia technologicznego wynikającego z niedopasowania kompetencji os.na r.pracy i coraz szybciej zmieniającego się zapotrzebowania na nie. Training of adults in the area of ICT, taking into account flexible solutions, leading to acquisition of the key.kompetenc. are the subject of training of adults in the area of ICT, focusing on the elimination of barriers, such as lack of knowledge and motivation, and awareness of the need for further development, which will be achieved by increasing the competence of digital digitisation, including communication and information, using IT-based technologies. The tasks of the project will consolidate attitudes of openness and flexibility in terms of continuous changes in relation to competence requirements, forming the belief among PPs that active use of ICT will contribute to their full socio-occupational integration and will allow further achievement of the objectives set. L’objectif du projet est de former les adultes aux TIC, en tenant compte des solutions flexibles conduisant à l’acquisition du key.kompetenc. Le champ d’application matériel est axé sur la réduction des obstacles liés à un manque de connaissances et de motivation et la sensibilisation à la nécessité de poursuivre le développement, ce qui sera réalisé en améliorant les compétences des chiffres, y compris en matière de communication et d’information, en utilisant les technologies de la société de l’information — soutien aux emplois défavorisés, en particulier ceux exposés à l’exclusion numérique. Les tâches du projet consolideront les attitudes d’ouverture et de flexibilité ou des changements constants en ce qui concerne les exigences en matière de compétences, ce qui façonnera la conviction des PU que l’utilisation active des TIC contribuera à leur pleine intégration socioprofessionnelle et permettra de poursuivre la réalisation des objectifs fixés. Ziel des Projekts ist die Ausbildung von Erwachsenen im IKT-Bereich unter Berücksichtigung flexibler Lösungen, die zum Erwerb des key.kompetenc führen. Der materielle Bereich konzentriert sich auf den Abbau von Hindernissen im Zusammenhang mit mangelndem Wissen und Motivation und die Sensibilisierung für die Notwendigkeit einer weiteren Entwicklung, die durch die Verbesserung der Kompetenz von Ziffern, einschließlich Kommunikation und Information, unter Nutzung von Technologien der Informationsgesellschaft erreicht werden soll – Unterstützung benachteiligter Arbeitsplätze, insbesondere derjenigen, die der sogenannten digitalen Ausgrenzung ausgesetzt sind. Die Aufgaben des Projekts werden dazu beitragen, Offenheit und Flexibilität oder ständige Veränderungen in Bezug auf Kompetenzerfordernisse zu konsolidieren und die Überzeugung der öffentlichen Hand zu stärken, dass der aktive Einsatz von IKT zu ihrer vollen sozioökonomischen Integration beitragen und die gesetzten Ziele weiter erreichen kann. Die Entwicklung und Verbreitung von IKT ist potenziell einer der wichtigsten Faktoren für die sozioökonomische Entwicklung.Die Hauptherausforderung der Entwicklung der Informationsgesellschaft ist das Problem der digitalen Ausgrenzung.Die zunehmende Nutzung von IKT und ihre größeren Chancen und oft auch die Notwendigkeit im Alltag führt dazu, dass Menschen, die nicht von ihnen profitieren, zunehmend sozial ausgegrenzt werden./drD.Batorski,drA.Płoszaj,Diagnose und Empfehlungen in der cipher.com.com.
