Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa poziomu i jakości życia społeczności lokalnej poprzez ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń i rozwój czystych, bezpiecznych, spójnych, funkcjonalnych oraz efektywnych form transportu publicznego i niezmotoryzowanego transportu indywidualnego. W zakres kompleksowego projektu wchodzi szeroki zakres prac: 1.Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla zadań realizowanych przez Gminę Miasta Radomia, 2.Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla zadań realizowanych przez Powiat Radomski, 3.Zakup autobusów elektrycznych wraz z infrastrukturą, 4.Budowa i przebudowa ścieżek rowerowych, ciągów pieszo-rowerowych i dróg dla rowerów na terenie Gminy Miasta Radomia, 5.Przebudowa parkingu P&R w Radomiu, 6.Rozbudowa inteligentnych systemów transportowych, 7.Dostawa i montaż wiat przystankowych, 8.Rozbudowa drogi powiatowej 3503W Młódnice–Jarosławice–Cerkiew-Radom wraz z budową ścieżki rowerowej, 9.Rozbudowa drogi powiatowej 3507W Taczów–Taczówek - Milejowice wraz z budową ścieżki rowerowej, 10.Wykup gruntów, 11.Nadzór inwestorski, 12.Promocja projektu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy funkcjonowania systemu transportu, wzrostu udziału w podróżach niskoemisyjnych środków transportu publicznego oraz poprawy jakości. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie miasta Radomia oraz Gminy Zakrzew leżącej w powiecie radomskim. Rezultatem wsparcia infrastruktury transportu publicznego i niezmotoryzowanego, będzie promowanie alternatywnych form przemieszczania się oraz wzrost zainteresowania mieszkańców regionu korzystaniem z transportu publicznego. Tym samym rezultaty będą przyczyniały się do ograniczenia emisji CO2, jak i innych zanieczyszczeń, wpisując się jednocześnie w priorytety UE w zakresie transportu, w tym m.in.: cyfryzacja usług transportowych, zwiększenie wykorzystania paliw alternatywnych i elektryfikacja środków transportu. Projekt jest zgodny z Planem Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej zarówno dla Gminy Miasta Radomia jak i dla Gminy Zakrzew. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve the level and quality of life of the local community by reducing pollution emissions and developing clean, safe, coherent, functional and efficient forms of public transport and non-motorised individual transport. The comprehensive project covers a wide range of work: 1.Development of project documentation for tasks carried out by the Municipality of Radom, 2.Development of project documentation for tasks carried out by the Radom County, 3. Purchase of electric buses with infrastructure, 4.Construction and reconstruction of bicycle paths, roads on foot-bike and roads for bicycles on the premises of the City of Radom, 5.Reconstruction of the car park P&R in Radom, 6. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the functioning of the transport system, increasing the share of low-carbon public transport modes and improving quality. The project will be implemented in the city of Radom and the municipality of Zakrzew in Radom County. Support for public and non-motorised transport infrastructure will result in promoting alternative forms of movement and increasing interest in the use of public transport in the region. The results will thus contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and other pollutants, while at the same time being part of the EU’s transport priorities, including: digitisation of transport services, increased use of alternative fuels and electrification of transport modes. The project is in line with the Low-Emission Economy Plan for both the Municipality of Radom and the municipality of Zakrzew. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer le niveau et la qualité de vie de la communauté locale en réduisant les émissions de pollution et en développant des modes de transport public propres, sûrs, cohérents, fonctionnels et efficaces et des transports individuels non motorisés. La portée du projet global comprend un large éventail de travaux: 1.Développement de la documentation du projet pour les tâches exécutées par la municipalité de Radom, 2.Développement de la documentation du projet pour les tâches exécutées par le comté de Radom, 3. Achat d’autobus électriques avec infrastructure, 4.Construction et reconstruction de pistes cyclables, pistes cyclables et routes cyclables dans la municipalité de Radom, 5.Reconstruction du parking P&R à Radom, 6.Expansion de systèmes de transport intelligents, 7.Livraison et installation du monde des arrêts, 8.Expansion de la route de district 3503 W Młódnice-Jarosławice-Cerkiew-Radom avec la construction d’une piste cyclable, 9.Expansion de la route de district 3507 W Taczów-Taczówek — Milejowice avec la construction d’une piste cyclable, 10.Achat de terrains, 11.Suivi des investisseurs, 12.Promotion du projet. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à améliorer le fonctionnement du système de transport, à accroître la part des transports publics à faibles émissions de carbone et à améliorer la qualité. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la ville de Radom et dans la municipalité de Zakrzew, située dans le comté de Radom. Le soutien aux infrastructures de transport publiques et non motorisées permettra de promouvoir d’autres modes de transport et d’accroître l’intérêt des habitants de la région pour l’utilisation des transports publics. Les résultats contribueront ainsi à la réduction des émissions de CO2 ainsi que d’autres polluants, tout en contribuant aux priorités de l’UE en matière de transport, notamment, mais sans s’y limiter: la numérisation des services de transport, l’augmentation de l’utilisation des carburants de substitution et l’électrification des moyens de transport. Le projet est conforme au plan d’économie à faibles émissions pour la municipalité de Radom et la municipalité de Zakrzew. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung des Niveaus und der Lebensqualität der örtlichen Bevölkerung durch Verringerung der Schadstoffemissionen und die Entwicklung sauberer, sicherer, kohärenter, funktionaler und effizienter Formen des öffentlichen Verkehrs und des nicht motorisierten Individualverkehrs. Der Umfang des umfassenden Projekts umfasst ein breites Spektrum von Arbeiten: 1.Entwicklung der Projektdokumentation für Aufgaben der Gemeinde Radom, 2.Entwicklung der Projektdokumentation für Aufgaben von Radom County, 3. Erwerb von Elektrobussen mit Infrastruktur, 4.Bau und Wiederaufbau von Fahrradwegen, Wanderwegen und Fahrradstraßen in der Gemeinde Radom, 5.Rekonstruktion der P&R-Parkplatz in Radom, 6.Expansion intelligenter Transportsysteme, 7.Lieferung und Installation der Welt der Haltestellen, 8. Erweiterung der Kreisstraße 3503 W Młódnice-Jarosławice-Cerkiew-Radom mit dem Bau eines Radweges, 9. Erweiterung der Bezirksstraße 3507 W Taczów-Taczówek – Milejowice mit Bau eines Radweges, 10. Landkauf, 11.Investor-Überwachung, 12.Förderung des Projekts. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, das Funktionieren des Verkehrssystems zu verbessern, den Anteil des CO2-armen öffentlichen Verkehrs zu erhöhen und die Qualität zu verbessern. Das Projekt wird in der Stadt Radom und der Gemeinde Zakrzew im Kreis Radom durchgeführt. Die Förderung öffentlicher und nicht motorisierter Verkehrsinfrastrukturen wird dazu führen, dass alternative Verkehrsträger gefördert und das Interesse der Bewohner der Region an der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel gesteigert wird. Die Ergebnisse werden somit zur Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen und anderer Schadstoffe beitragen und gleichzeitig zu den Verkehrsprioritäten der EU beitragen, unter anderem: Digitalisierung von Verkehrsdienstleistungen, verstärkte Nutzung alternativer Kraftstoffe und Elektrifizierung von Verkehrsmitteln. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit dem Plan für emissionsarme Wirtschaft sowohl für die Gemeinde Radom als auch für die Gemeinde Zakrzew. (German)
