Celem niniejszego proj.jest WSPARCIE FUNKCJONOWANIA DZIENNEGO DOMU POMOCY DLA SENIORÓW W GMINIE OPOLE LUBELSKIE,który obejmie wsparciem 60 osób (50K/10M) zg.z kryt.gr.docelowej (pkt.3.2),w terminie 01.02.2019-31.03.2021r.,poprzez realizację zadań proj.: 1.Utworzenie DDP dla Seniorów w Gminie Opole Lubelskie jako samodzielnej jednostki organizacyjnej pomocy społecznej; 2.Funkcjonowanie DDP dla Seniorów w Gminie Opole Lubelskie; 3.Funkcjonowanie pracowni w DDP dla Seniorów w Gminie Opole Lubelskie. Cel główny proj.przyczyni się do relizacji celu szczeg.RPO WL 2014-2020,tj.wzrost dostępności usług społecznych i zdrowotnych,gdyż UP zapewniony zostanie co najmniej 8-godzinny,godny i bezpieczny pobyt w DDP,podczas którego zostaną objęci kompleksowym wsparciem (wynikającym ze zdiagnozowanych wśród nich potrzeb),obejmującym m.in.: wyżywienie,profesjonalną opiekę zdrowotną,terapeutyczną,logopedyczną,psychologiczną,prawną,umożliwienie udziału w zajęciach komputerowych/kulturalnych/kulinarnych/rehabilitacyjno-ruchowych,dostęp do do książek i środków przekazu,organizowanie wycieczek edukacyjnych,imprez kulturalnych,rekreacyjnych i towarzyskich,zg.ze Standardem. W rezultacie realizacji proj.m.in.wziększy się o 60 liczba wspartych miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych istniejących po zakończeniu proj. Gr.docelową w niniejszym proj.stanowi 60os.(50K/10M) starszych,pow.60r.ż.,będących w wieku poprodukcyjnym wykluczonych/zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ.,w tym m.in.10 os.z niepełnosprawnościami (8K/2M) (w tym np.zaburzeniami psychicznymi),os.niesamodzielne,o ile mieszczą się w katalogu os.wskazanym w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społ.i zwalczania ubóstwa z wykorzyst.śr.EFS i EFRR na lata 2014-2020,zamieszkujące (w rozum.KC) na ter.Gminy Opole Lubelskie.Min.60% UP stanowią os.zamieszkałe na ter.wiejskich (Polish)

The aim of this project is to contribute to the day-to-day HOME of assistance for SENIORS in the Opole Opole area, which will support 60 people (50K/10M) according to the target coverage (point 3.2), by 01.02.2019-31.03.2021, by carrying out the project tasks: 1. Creating a DDP for Seniors in the Opole Lubelskie Municipality as an independent organizational unit of social assistance; 2.The operation of the DDP for Seniors in the Opole Lubelskie Municipality; 3.Feature of the workshop in the DDP for Seniors in the Opole Lubelskie Municipality. The main objective of the project will contribute to the coverage of the RPO WL 2014-2020, i.e. increase the availability of social and health services, as PPO will ensure at least a 8-hour, reliable and safe stay in the DDP, during which they will receive comprehensive support (resulting from the needs diagnosed among them), including: food,professional healthcare,therapeutic,logoped,psychological,legal,enabled participation in computer/cultural/culinary/rehabilitation/rehabilitation activities,access to books and media, organising educational tours, cultural, recreational and social events. As a result of the project implementation, among others, the number of supported places to provide social services will be increased after completion of the project. The aim of this project is 60person(50K/10M) older,when 60, who are of post-production age excluded/risk of poverty and social exclusion, including 10 persons with disabilities (8K/2M) (including, for example, mental disorders), and are independent, as long as they are included in the catalogue of the area indicated in the field of poverty. L’objectif de ce projet est de soutenir la FUNCTION POUR LES SENIERS au quotidien dans la municipalité d’OPOLE LUBELSKI, qui soutiendra 60 personnes (50K/10M) selon la zone cible (point.3.2), entre le 1er février 2019 et le 31 mars 2021, dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des tâches du projet: 1.Établissement du DDP pour les personnes âgées dans la municipalité d’Opole Lubelskie en tant qu’unité organisationnelle indépendante de l’aide sociale; Opération 2.DDP pour les personnes âgées dans la commune d’Opole Lubelskie; 3. Le fonctionnement de l’atelier DDP pour les aînés de la municipalité d’Opole Lubelskie. L’objectif principal du projet contribuera à la relation entre l’objectif spécifique du ROP WL 2014-2020, à savoir accroître la disponibilité des services sociaux et de santé, étant donné que l’Autorité palestinienne assurera un séjour d’au moins 8 heures, digne et en toute sécurité dans le PDD, au cours de laquelle ils seront couverts par un soutien global (résultant des besoins diagnostiqués parmi eux), y compris: alimentation, soins de santé professionnels, thérapeutiques, locomédicaux,psychologiques, juridiques, permettant de participer à des activités informatiques/culturelles/culinaires/réhabilitation et de mobilité,accès aux livres et aux médias,organisation de voyages éducatifs, culturels,récréatifs et sociaux,avec norme. À la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet, le nombre de prestataires de services sociaux bénéficiant d’un soutien après la fin du projet augmentera de 60. Le groupe cible de ce projet est de 60 personnes (50K/10M) âgées de 60 ans, âgées de 60 ans, exclues/en situation de risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale après la production, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, 10 personnes handicapées (8K/2M) (y compris, par exemple, les troubles mentaux), non autonomes, dans la mesure où elles sont incluses dans le catalogue indiqué dans les lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre de projets dans le domaine de l’inclusion sociale et de la lutte contre la pauvreté résultant de l’utilisation du FSE et du FEDER pour la période 2014-2020, résidant (au sens de KC) dans les communes d’Opole Lubelskie. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, die tägliche FUNKTION FÜR SENIORS in der Gemeinde OPOLE LUBELSKI zu unterstützen, die 60 Personen (50K/10M) je nach Zielgebiet (Ziff.3.2) zwischen 01/02/2019-31.03.2021 durch die Durchführung der Aufgaben des Projekts unterstützt: 1.Einrichtung der DDP für Senioren in der Gemeinde Opole Lubelskie als unabhängige Organisationseinheit der Sozialhilfe; 2.DDP-Operation für Senioren in der Gemeinde Opole Lubelskie; 3. Der Betrieb des DDP-Workshops für Senioren in der Gemeinde Opole Lubelskie. Das Hauptziel des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, das spezifische Ziel der ROP WL 2014-2020 in Beziehung zu setzen, d. h. die Verfügbarkeit von Sozial- und Gesundheitsdiensten zu erhöhen, da die ZS mindestens einen 8-stündigen, würdigen und sicheren Aufenthalt im DDP bieten wird, während dessen sie durch eine umfassende Unterstützung (aufgrund des unter ihnen diagnostizierten Bedarfs) abgedeckt werden, einschließlich: Nahrungsmittel, professionelle Gesundheitsversorgung,therapeutisch,logopedisch,psychologisch,legal, in der Lage, an Computer-/Kultur-/Kult-/Rehabilitations- und Mobilitätsaktivitäten teilzunehmen,Zugang zu Büchern und Medien, Organisation von Bildungsreisen, kulturelle, kreative und soziale Veranstaltungen,mit Standard. Infolge der Projektdurchführung wird die Zahl der unterstützten Sozialdienstleister nach Ende des Projekts um 60 steigen. Die Zielgruppe dieses Projekts ist 60 Personen (50K/10M) älter, 60 Jahre alt, die sich im postproduktionsbedingten Alter befinden, das von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht ist, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf, 10 Menschen mit Behinderungen (8K/2M) (einschließlich z. B. psychische Störungen), nichtselbstständig, soweit sie in den in den Leitlinien für die Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich der sozialen Eingliederung und zur Bekämpfung der Armut aus der Nutzung des ESF und des EFRE für den Zeitraum 2014-2020 genannten Katalog enthalten sind (im Sinne von KC) in Opole Lubelskie Gemeinden.Min.60 % der UP sind in ländlichen Gebieten wohnhaft (im Sinne von KC) in Opole Lubelskie Gemeinden.
