Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępności do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych dostosowanych do indywidualnych potrzeb grupy 30 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu gmin Susiec do 31.12 2020r. Główne rezultaty: liczba seniorów obj, wsparciem-50os liczba dopos. miejsc dla seniorów-30 miejsc liczba utworzonych klubów seniora-1 gr. docelowe: osoby starsze z terenów GS, ZAD. 1 OFERTA ZAJĘĆ CYKLICZNYCH W KLUBIE SENIORA W SUŚCU -Zaj.ruchowe,( nordic walking,narty biegowe, gimnastyka, samoobrona,basen, joga, tech. relaksacyjne) -Zaj.terapeutyczne,(biblioterpaia, filmoterapia, muzykoterapia) -Zaj. prozdrowotne: (m.in. ed. zdrowotna, profilaktyka, dobre praktyki,), -Wsp. psych. ob. proces diagnozowania, profilaktyki i terapii; -zaj. rozwij. umiej. i indywidulne zainteresowania stan. zagosp. czasu wolnego. -Zaj. edukacyjne z wykorz. nowoczesnych technologii: - koła zainteresowań, - Zaj.: komputerowe, fotograficzne itp. obej. m.in. naukę obsługi komputerów, sprzętu multim., korzystania z portali społ. itp. - Zaj. z kreowania wizerunku - z zakresu estetyki, higieny, ubioru, fryzury, kosmetologii i leków . - senior ekspert- grupy samopom. w których człon. będą wzajemnie się wspierać w trudnościach życia codz. - vademekum seniora - Por. real. poprzez udzielanie senior.nformacji o obow. przepisach z zakresu m.in. prawa rodzinnego i opiekuńczego, zabezpieczenia społecznego, poradnictwo rodzinne obejmujące funkcjonowanie rodziny ZAD 2 ZAJĘCIA KULTURALNE ORAZ ZWIĘKSZAJĄCE AKTYWNOŚĆ SENIORÓW W SPOŁECZNOŚCI LOKALNEJ: Integracja międzyp. w tym zajęcia zwięk. aktywność i uczestnictwo os.star. w życiu społecznym tj. The aim of the project is to increase the availability of high-quality social services tailored to the individual needs of a group of 30 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion from Susiec communes to 31.12 2020. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la disponibilité de services sociaux de haute qualité adaptés aux besoins individuels d’un groupe de 30 personnes menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale du territoire des communes de Susiec d’ici au 31.12.2020. Principaux résultats: nombre d’aînés, soutien 50o Nombre de places pour les aînés 30 sièges Nombre de clubs seniors établis-1 gr. cible: les personnes âgées de GS, ZAD. 1 OFFRE CICIQUE AU CLUB Seniora -Moteur, (marche nordique, skis de course, gymnastique, autodéfense, piscine, yoga, technologie de relaxation) — Thérapeutique,(biblioterpaia, cinémathérapie, musicothérapie) -Promotion de la santé: (p. ex. santé, prévention, bonnes pratiques), -sp. psych. o. processus de diagnostic, de prévention et de thérapie; —développer les compétences et les intérêts individuels de l’état des loisirs. —Classe éducative des technologies modernes: — cercles d’intérêt, — Profession: L’informatique, la photographie, etc. comprennent, entre autres, l’apprentissage de l’utilisation d’ordinateurs, d’équipements multimachines, l’utilisation de portails sociaux, etc. — Un cas de création d’images — dans le domaine de l’esthétique, de l’hygiène, de l’habillement, de la coiffure, de la cosmétologie et des médicaments. — experts de haut niveau — autogroupes dans lesquels un membre se soutiendra les uns les autres dans les difficultés de la vie. — Vademekum seniora — cf. réel en fournissant une formation de haut niveau sur les règlements concernant, entre autres, le droit de la famille et le droit des soins, la sécurité sociale, le conseil familial couvrant le fonctionnement de la famille ZAD 2 AFFAIRES CULTURELLES ET AVEC L’ACTIVITÉ DES SENIEURS DANS LA SOCIAL SOCIAL LOCAL: Intégration de l’interp. y compris l’activité et la participation à la vie sociale, i.e. Numéro: vocabulaire des haut-parleurs locaux pour l’atelier et des livres de cuisine pour l’atelier culinaire. Wichtigste Ergebnisse: Anzahl der Senioren, Unterstützung-50os Anzahl der Plätze für Senioren-30 Sitze Anzahl der etablierten Seniorenvereine-1 gr. Ziel: ältere Menschen aus GS, ZAD. 1 CICICAL OFFER IN CLUB Seniora -Motor, (nordisches Gehen, Laufski, Gymnastik, Selbstverteidigung, Schwimmbad, Yoga, Entspannungstechnik) -Therapeutisch,(biblioterpaia, Filmtherapie, Musiktherapie) -Gesundheitsförderung: (z. B. Gesundheit, Prävention, bewährte Verfahren), -sp. Psych. o.. Prozess der Diagnose, Prävention und Therapie; Entwicklung der Fähigkeiten und individuellen Interessen des Zustands der Freizeit. Bildungsklasse moderner Technologien: — Interessenkreise, – Beruf: Computer, Foto usw. umfassen u. a. das Erlernen von Computern, Multi-Maschine-Geräten, die Nutzung sozialer Portale usw. — Ein Fall der Bildschöpfung – im Bereich der Ästhetik, Hygiene, Kleidung, Frisur, Kosmetologie und Medikamente. — leitende Sachverständige – Selbstgruppen, in denen sich ein Mitglied in den Schwierigkeiten des Lebens gegenseitig unterstützen wird. — Vademekum seniora – vgl. real. durch die Bereitstellung von senior.nformationen über Vorschriften u. a. in Bezug auf Familienrecht und Pflegerecht, soziale Sicherheit, Familienberatung für das Funktionieren der Familie ZAD 2 CULTURAL AFFAIRS UND MIT DER AKTIVITÄT DER SENIORS IN LOCAL SOCIAL SOZIAL: Integration von Interp. einschl. Aktivität. Aktivität und Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben, d. h. Ausgabe: Vokabular der lokalen Lautsprecher für die Werkstatt und die Kochbücher für die kulinarische Werkstatt.
