Cel główny to zwiększenie atrakcyjności turystycznej, krajobrazowej i gospodarczej Łęcznej poprzez rewitalizację i zwiększenie dostępności do obszarów o unikalnej wartości przyrodniczej, krajobrazowej, turystycznej, kulturowej, zabytkowej i historycznej. Cele szczegółowe: wykorzystanie potencjału dziedzictwa naturalnego w postaci walorów przyrodniczych, historycznych i kulturowych; stworzenie infrastruktury krajobrazowej i turystycznej opartej na dziedzictwie naturalnym; wsparcie społeczno-gospodarczego rozwoju gminy poprzez wykorzystanie zasobów dziedzictwa naturalnego; stworzenie oferty i unikalnego produktu turystycznego opartego na dziedzictwie naturalnym. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu: wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturalnego i naturalnego oraz stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne - 3000 osób rocznie; liczba nowoutworzonych miejsc pracy - pozostałe formy (EPC) - 1 szt.; liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt.; liczba wspartych obiektów w miejscach dziedzictwa naturalnego - 1 szt. Główna grupa docelowa to samorząd gminy, mieszkańcy i turyści odwiedzający Łęczną. Projekt angażuje lokalnych przedsiębiorców i instytucje umożliwiające jego realizację. Obszar Projektu usytuowany jest w Łęcznej w zespole dworsko-parkowym Podzamcze i liczy 2,64ha. Zakłada się odtworzenie historycznych układów kompozycyjnych parku z dostosowaniem do współczesnych funkcji i potrzeb użytkowników. Główne zadania: gospodarka drzewostanem i porządkowanie terenu; nawierzchnie alei, placyków, ścieżek i miejsc postojowych: mineralne-5030m2, brukowe-1321m2; zieleń projektowana-1,85ha: sadzenie drzew, krzewów i bylin, trawniki; mała architektura: ławki parkowe-34szt., kosze na śmieci-9szt., drogowskazy-5szt., tablice informacyjne-13szt., urządzenia siłowni-5szt. The main objective is to increase the tourist, landscape and economic attractiveness of Łęczna by revitalising and increasing accessibility to areas of unique natural, landscape, tourist, cultural, historical and historical value. Specific objectives: exploiting the potential of natural heritage in the form of natural, historical and cultural assets; the creation of landscape and tourism infrastructure based on natural heritage; supporting the socio-economic development of the municipality through the use of natural heritage resources; creation of an offer and a unique tourist product based on natural heritage. Key results of the project: an increase in the expected number of visits to supported sites belonging to cultural and natural heritage and tourist attractions – 3000 people a year; number of newly created jobs – other forms (EPC) – 1 pieces; number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvement for people with disabilities – 1 pieces; number of supported sites in natural heritage sites – 1 pcs. The main target group is local government, residents and tourists visiting Łęczna. The project involves local entrepreneurs and institutions enabling it to be implemented. The Project area is located in Łęczna in the manor-park complex of Podzamcze and counts 2.64 hectares. It is assumed to reconstruct historical compositional arrangements of the park with adaptation to contemporary functions and needs of users. Main tasks: tree management and land-cleaning; surfaces of alleys, squares, paths and parking spaces: mineral-5030 m², paving-1321 m²; designed green-1,85 ha: planting trees, shrubs and perennials, lawns; little architecture: park benches-34pieces, trash bins-9pieces, signposts-5pieces, information boards-13pieces, gym equipment-5pcs. L’objectif principal est d’accroître l’attractivité touristique, paysagère et économique de Łęczna en revitalisant et en améliorant l’accessibilité aux zones d’une valeur naturelle, paysagère, touristique, culturelle, historique et historique unique. Il est supposé recréer les systèmes de composition historiques du parc en s’adaptant aux fonctions modernes et aux besoins des utilisateurs. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass die historischen Zusammensetzungssysteme des Parks mit Anpassung an die modernen Funktionen und die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer neu geschaffen werden. Hauptaufgaben: Waldbewirtschaftung und Landbewirtschaftung; Flächen von Gassen, Plätzen, Wegen und Parkplätzen: Mineral-5 030 m², Pflaster-1 321 m²; entworfenes Grün-1,85 ha: Pflanzen von Bäumen, Sträuchern und Stauden, Rasen; kleine Architektur: Parkbänke-34pcs, Mülldosen-9 Stücke, Schilder-5pcs, Informationstafeln-13pcs, Fitness-Ausrüstung-5pcs.
