Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie udziału energii ze źródeł odnawialnych w produkcji energii poprzez realizację inwestycji w 45 mikroinstalacje fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy elektrycznej 226,35 kWp (średnia artymetyczna 5,03 kWp)oraz montaż 4 pomp ciepła o mocy 38,74 kWt. Dzięki realizacji ww. przedsięwzięcia zostaną zredukowane koszty eksploatacji energii elektrycznej i cieplnej, a w konsekwencji wpłynie to na redukcję CO2 do atmosfery. W wyniku realizacji zadani Gmina Lubień Kujawski, będzie promowała rozwiązania w zakresie mikroinstalcji OZE i działań prosumenckich (produkuje i konsumuje w ramach jednej lokalizacji), a także na redukcję tzw. niskiej emisji co na terenach wiejskich jest powszechnym zjawiskiem. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia poprawi wizerunek gminy w oczach mieszkańców, jako gminy efektywnej energetycznie i ekonomicznie. Potrzeba realizacji inwestycji w OZE wynika z Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej przyjętego w gminie. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the share of energy from renewable sources in energy production through investments in 45 photovoltaic micro-installations with a total electrical capacity of 226.35 kWp (artymetic average 5.03 kWp) and the assembly of 4 heat pumps with a capacity of 38.74 kWt. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the costs of electricity and heat will be reduced, and as a result, this will reduce CO2 into the atmosphere. As a result of the task, Lubień Kujawski Municipality will promote solutions in the field of micro-installation of RES and prosumer activities (produces and consumes within a single location), as well as to reduce the so-called low emissions, which in rural areas is a common phenomenon. Implementation of the project will improve the image of the municipality in the eyes of residents, as a commune that is energy-efficient and economically efficient. The need for investment in RES stems from the Low Emission Economy Plan adopted in the commune. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter la part des énergies renouvelables dans la production d’énergie en réalisant des investissements dans 45 micro-installations photovoltaïques d’une capacité électrique totale de 226,35 kWp (moyenne arithmétique de 5,03 kWp) et en installant 4 pompes à chaleur d’une capacité de 38,74 kWt. Le projet susmentionné permettra de réduire les coûts d’exploitation de l’électricité et de la chaleur et, par conséquent, de réduire le CO2 dans l’atmosphère. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de cette tâche, la municipalité de Lubień Kujawski encouragera des solutions dans le domaine des micro-installations d’activités de SER et de prosommateurs (production et consommation à l’intérieur d’un même site), ainsi que de la réduction des émissions dites faibles, phénomène courant dans les zones rurales. La mise en œuvre du projet améliorera l’image de la municipalité aux yeux de ses habitants, en tant que municipalité économe en énergie et économe en énergie. La nécessité de réaliser des investissements dans les énergies renouvelables découle du plan d’économie à faibles émissions adopté dans la municipalité. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Erhöhung des Anteils erneuerbarer Energien an der Energieerzeugung durch Investitionen in 45 Mikroanlagen von Photovoltaik mit einer elektrischen Gesamtleistung von 226,35 kWp (Aktiendurchschnitt 5,03 kWp) und die Installation von 4 Wärmepumpen mit einer Leistung von 38,74 kWt. Infolge des oben genannten Projekts werden die Kosten für den Betrieb von Strom und Wärme gesenkt und folglich CO2 in die Atmosphäre reduziert. Als Ergebnis der Umsetzung der Aufgabe wird die Gemeinde Lubień Kujawski Lösungen im Bereich der Kleinstanlagen von RES und Prosumeraktivitäten (produziert und verbraucht an einem Standort) fördern und die so genannten geringen Emissionen verringern, die in ländlichen Gebieten ein gemeinsames Phänomen sind. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird das Image der Gemeinde in den Augen ihrer Bewohner als energieeffiziente und wirtschaftlich effiziente Gemeinde verbessern. Die Notwendigkeit, Investitionen in erneuerbare Energiequellen durchzuführen, ergibt sich aus dem in der Gemeinde angenommenen Plan für emissionsarme Wirtschaft. (German)
