Niniejszy projekt polega na wdrożeniu przez Wnioskodawcę innowacyjnej w skali świata usługi badania wzroku przy wykorzystaniu technologii DAT (ang. Direct Astigmatic Test) wykorzystując najnowocześniejsze rozwiązania z zakresu ICT co będzie możliwe dzięki dokonanym w ramach projektu zakupom środków trwałych i WNiP. Realizacja projektu opiera się na stworzeniu dedykowanego do tego celu nowego oddziału w woj. kujawsko – pomorskim. Dzięki realizacji projektu możliwe będzie zarówno wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo rozwojowych jaki i wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnej usługi badania wzroku. Świadczona będzie innowacyjna usługa doradztwa technicznego w zakresie weryfikacji poprawności wykonania soczewek. Dzięki realizacji projektu wzrośnie konkurencyjność Wnioskodawcy, zwiększą się jego przychody a także wzrośnie innowacyjność województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego i innowacyjność w branży optyczno-okulistycznej. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się również do stworzenia nowych miejsc pracy. Odbiorcą docelowym projektu będą użytkownicy okularów i soczewek (korekcyjnych, ale też np. okularów słonecznych czy soczewek zmieniających kolor oczu). Ogólny zakres działań to:- w pierwszej kolejności zakup zgłoszenia patentowego dotyczącego sposobów wykrywania wad układu optycznego,- zakup systemu do bazy danych oraz interfejsu www do gromadzenia danych, - zakup urządzeń do prowadzenia badania DAT,- zakup systemu umożliwiającego statystyczną analizę zgromadzonych danych o pacjentach i wynikach testu.Dokonanie powyższych zakupów pozwoli na realizację projektu i umożliwi wdrożenie do działalności Wnioskodawcy innowacyjnej usługi DAT. This project involves the implementation by the Applicant of an innovative world-wide visual examination service using DAT technology. Direct Astigmatic Test) using state-of-the-art ICT solutions that will be possible thanks to the project’s purchases of fixed assets and WNiP. The project is based on the creation of a new branch dedicated to this purpose in the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Thanks to the implementation of the project, it will be possible both to implement the results of the R & D work and to introduce an innovative visual examination service to the market. An innovative technical advisory service will be provided in the field of verification of the correctness of the lenses. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the applicant’s competitiveness will increase, its revenues will increase and the innovation of the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship and innovation in the optic and ophthalmic industry will increase. The implementation of the project will also contribute to creating new jobs. The target recipient of the project will be the users of glasses and lenses (correction, but also, for example, sunglasses or lenses that change the color of the eyes). The general scope of activities is:- firstly the purchase of a patent application concerning methods of detection of optical system defects,- purchase of a system for database and web interface for data collection, – purchase of DAT test equipment,- purchase of a system that allows statistical analysis of collected data about patients and test results.Making these purchases will allow the implementation of the project and enable the applicant to implement an innovative DAT service. Ce projet implique la mise en œuvre par la requérante d’un service d’examen visuel innovant à l’échelle mondiale utilisant la technologie DAT. Direct Astigmatic Test) en utilisant des solutions TIC de pointe, ce qui sera possible grâce aux achats d’actifs immobilisés et de WNiP réalisés dans le cadre du projet. La mise en œuvre du projet est basée sur la création d’une nouvelle branche dédiée dans la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, il sera possible à la fois de mettre en œuvre les résultats de la recherche développement et d’introduire un service innovant d’examen visuel sur le marché. Un service de conseil technique innovant sera fourni dans le domaine de la vérification de l’exactitude des lentilles. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, la compétitivité du candidat augmentera, ses revenus augmenteront, ainsi que l’innovation de la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie et l’innovation dans le secteur de l’optique-ophtalmologie. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera également à la création de nouveaux emplois. Le public cible du projet sera les utilisateurs de lunettes et de verres (correctifs, mais aussi, par exemple, des lunettes de soleil ou des lentilles changeant la couleur des yeux). La portée générale des activités est:- en premier lieu, l’achat d’une demande de brevet concernant les méthodes de détection des défauts du système optique,- l’achat d’un système de détection des défauts du système optique,- l’achat d’un système d’analyse statistique des données collectées sur les patients et les résultats du test. Dieses Projekt beinhaltet die Umsetzung eines innovativen weltweiten visuellen Prüfungsdienstes mit DAT-Technologie durch den Antragsteller. Direct Astigmatic Test) unter Verwendung modernster IKT-Lösungen, die durch den Erwerb von Anlagevermögen und WNiP im Rahmen des Projekts möglich sein werden. Die Umsetzung des Projekts basiert auf der Schaffung einer speziellen neuen Niederlassung in der Woiwodschaft Kujawsko-Pomorskie. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts wird es möglich sein, sowohl die Ergebnisse der Forschungsentwicklung umzusetzen als auch einen innovativen visuellen Prüfungsservice auf den Markt einzuführen. Auf dem Gebiet der Überprüfung der Korrektheit der Linsen wird ein innovativer technischer Beratungsdienst angeboten. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts wird die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Antragstellers steigen, die Einnahmen steigen sowie die Innovation der Woiwodschaft Kujawsko-Pomorskie und Innovation im Bereich der Optikophthalmologie. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird auch zur Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze beitragen. Zielpublikum des Projekts sind die Nutzer von Gläsern und Linsen (korrekt, aber auch, zum Beispiel Sonnenbrillen oder Linsen, die die Farbe der Augen ändern). Der allgemeine Tätigkeitsbereich ist:- in erster Linie der Kauf einer Patentanmeldung über die Methoden zur Feststellung von Mängeln im optischen System,- der Kauf eines Systems zur Erkennung von Mängeln des optischen Systems,- der Kauf eines Systems zur statistischen Analyse der gesammelten Patientendaten und der Ergebnisse des Tests. Die Herstellung der oben genannten Käufe ermöglicht die Durchführung des Projekts und ermöglicht die Umsetzung des innovativen DAT-Dienstes für die Klägerin. (German)
