Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja polegająca na głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej, jakim jest świetlica wiejska wraz z remizą OSP w Robakowie, poprzez: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, docieplenie stropodachu, docieplenie podłogi sali świetlicy oraz remizy, modernizację istniejącej instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, modernizację istniejącej wentylacji w budynku, roboty w zakresie instalacji elektrycznych, wykonanie sufitu podwieszonego w sali świetlicy, roboty wykończeniowe ogólnobudowlane oraz likwidację w pomieszczeniu garażu remizy okna i drzwi zewnętrznych wraz z przywróceniem istniejącego otworu bramy garażowej wraz z jej montażem. The subject of the project is an investment consisting of a deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building, which is the rural common room together with the OSP firehouse in Robaków, through: insulation of external walls, warming of ceilings, warming of the hall floor and firehouse, modernisation of the existing central heating system, modernisation of existing ventilation in the building, works in the scope of electrical installations, construction of suspended ceiling in the common room, general construction works and liquidation in the garage room of windows and exterior doors, including restoration of the existing garage door opening with its installation. L’objet du projet est un investissement consistant en une modernisation énergétique approfondie et complète d’un bâtiment d’utilité publique, qui est un centre communautaire, ainsi que la caserne de pompiers du GRT à Robaków, à travers: le réchauffement des murs extérieurs, le réchauffement du toit, le réchauffement du sol de la salle commune et de la maison, la modernisation du système de chauffage central existant, la modernisation de la ventilation existante dans le bâtiment, les travaux dans le domaine des installations électriques, la construction de plafond suspendu dans la salle commune, les travaux généraux de finition du bâtiment et l’enlèvement de la fenêtre et des portes extérieures dans la salle de garage ainsi que la restauration de la porte de garage existante ouvrant avec son installation. Ziel des Projekts ist eine Investition, die in einer tiefgreifenden, umfassenden Energiemodernisierung eines öffentlichen Versorgungsgebäudes, einem Gemeindezentrum, zusammen mit dem Feuerwerk der ÜNB in Robaków besteht, durch: Erwärmung der Außenwände, Aufwärmen des Daches, Erwärmung des Bodens des Gesellschaftsraums und des Hauses, Modernisierung der bestehenden Zentralheizung, Modernisierung der bestehenden Lüftung im Gebäude, Arbeiten im Bereich der elektrischen Installationen, Bau der abgehängten Decke im Gesellschaftsraum, allgemeine Gebäudeveredelungsarbeiten und die Entfernung der Fenster- und Außentüren im Garagenraum sowie die Restaurierung der bestehenden Garagentüröffnung zusammen mit seiner Installation.
