W ramach projektu (pr.) powstanie 16 miejscnowych miejsc żlobkowych na terenie gminy Malczyce.Realizacja proj. jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy:niewystarczająca liczba miejsc żłobkowych na terenie gminy Malczyce (a terenie gm. Malczyce funkcjonuje wyłącznie Klub Malucha z 14 miejscami)brak możliwości powrotu na rynek pracy rodziców/opiekunów prawnych dzieci do lat 3 brak żlobka na terenie gminy MalczyceCelem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia 16 os. pełniających funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez stworzenie 16 nowych miejsc opieki dla 16 dzieci w terminie od V.2019 do XI 2019 r na ter.woj.dolnośląskiego, gm. Malczyce i zapewnienie przez 24 m-ce (od 01.12.2019 do 31.11.2021) bieżącego funkcjonowania 16 nowo - utworzonych miejsc.Gr. docelowa:¦ os. powracające na rynek pracy po urlopach macierzyńskich lub rodzicielskich, sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi dl lat 3 (11 K)¦ os. pozostające bez zatrudnienia i sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym osoby powracające na rynek pracy po urlopach wychowawczych (4K, 1M).W celu realiz.pr. opieką zostaną objęte 16 dzieci w wieku do lat 3,dla opieki nad którymi zostaną zaangaż. 3 opiekunki, pielęgniarka, dyrektor żłobka.Negatywna sytuacja się zmieni za pomocą stworzenia nowych miejsc, zapewnienia bieżącego funkcjonowania żłobka, zakup niezbędnych dla rozwoju dziecka pomocy dydaktycznych.Dzięki realiz. pr. zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki produktu:l-ba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 - 16 szt.l- ba osób opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie: 15 K, 1Ml - ba żłobków powstałych w ramach proejktu: 1 sztl-ba żłobków doposażonych w ramach projktu: 1 szt.Dzięki realiz. pr. zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki rezultatu:l-ba os., które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka, po opuszczeniu programu - 11 os.;l-ba os. pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 5 os. Dans le cadre du projet (p.m.), 16 crèches locales seront créées dans la municipalité de Malczyce.La mise en œuvre du projet est une réponse au nombre de places diagnostiquées problemy:niewystarczająca dans la municipalité de Malczyce (et la municipalité de Malczyce n’exploite que le club Malczyce avec 14 places) il n’y a aucune possibilité de retourner sur le marché du travail parents/tuteurs légaux d’enfants de moins de 3 ans manque de crèche dans la municipalité de MalczyceL’objectif du projet est d’augmenter l’emploi de 16 personnes qui s’occupent des enfants de moins de 3 ans. Jusqu’à 3 ans en créant 16 nouveaux centres d’accueil pour 16 enfants entre le 5.2019 et XI 2019 dans la région de Basse-Silésie. Ville de Malczyce et assurant pendant 24 mois (du 01.12.2019 au 31.11.2021) le fonctionnement actuel de 16 nouveaux lieux créés. Cible: ¶ les personnes qui retournent sur le marché du travail après un congé de maternité ou parental, en prenant soin d’enfants pendant 3 ans (11 K) Å. qui sont au chômage et qui s’occupent d’enfants de moins de 3 ans, y compris ceux qui retournent sur le marché du travail après un congé parental (4K, 1M). Afin de mettre en œuvre cette modification, 16 enfants de moins de 3 ans seront pris en charge pour qui ils seront impliqués. 3 baby-sitters, infirmière, directrice de crèche.La situation négative changera en créant de nouveaux lieux, en assurant le fonctionnement quotidien de la crèche, en achetant les supports pédagogiques nécessaires au développement de l’enfant.Grâce à la mise en œuvre des indicateurs: 15 K, 1Ml — un nombre total de pépinières créées dans le cadre du projet: 1 pc-bay de pépinières réaménagées dans le projet: 1 pcs.Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, les indicateurs seront atteints pour les personnes qui sont retournées sur le marché du travail après une pause liée à la naissance/l’éducation d’un enfant, après avoir quitté le programme — 11 personnes qui sont au chômage, qui ont trouvé un emploi ou qui sont à la recherche d’un emploi après avoir quitté le programme — 5 personnes. Im Rahmen des Projekts (p.m.) werden in der Gemeinde Malczyce 16 lokale Kindergärten eingerichtet.Proj. Umsetzung ist eine Antwort auf die diagnostizierte problemy:niewystarczająca Anzahl der Kindergärten in der Gemeinde Malczyce (und die Gemeinde Malczyce betreibt nur den Malczyce Club mit 14 Plätzen)Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, in den Arbeitsmarkt Eltern/Rechtspfleger von Kindern unter 3 Jahren Mangel an Kindergärten in der Gemeinde Malczyce zurückzukehrenDas Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigung von Kindern unter 3 Jahren zu erhöhen 16 Personen, die für Kinder bis zu 3 Jahren sorgen, indem 16 neue Betreuungsplätze für 16 Kinder zwischen dem 5.2019 und XI. 2019 in der Region Niederschlesien geschaffen wurden. Stadt Malczyce und Gewährleistung für 24 Monate (vom 01.12.2019 bis 31.11.2021) das derzeitige Funktionieren von 16 neu geschaffenen Orten. einschließlich derjenigen, die nach dem Elternurlaub auf den Arbeitsmarkt zurückkehren (4K, 1M).Um diese Änderung umzusetzen, werden 16 Kinder unter drei Jahren betreut, für die sie involviert sein werden. 3 Babysitter, Krankenschwester, Kindergartendirektor.Negative Situation wird sich ändern, indem neue Orte geschaffen werden, den täglichen Betrieb der Kinderkrippe sicherzustellen, die notwendigen Unterrichtshilfen für die Entwicklung des Kindes zu kaufen.Dank der Umsetzung der Indikatoren: 15 K, 1Ml – eine Gesamtzahl der im Rahmen des Projekts geschaffenen Kindergärten: 1 Stk.-Baby für Kindergärten, die im Projekt nachgerüstet wurden: 1 Stk. Dank der Durchführung des Projekts werden die Indikatoren für Personen erreicht, die nach einer Unterbrechung im Zusammenhang mit der Geburt/Erziehung eines Kindes nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm wieder auf den Arbeitsmarkt zurückgekehrt sind – 11 arbeitslose Personen, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm einen Arbeitsplatz gefunden haben oder einen Arbeitsplatz suchen – 5 Personen.
