Projekt zakłada podniesienie jakości oferowanych usług Biura Karier i Promocji Zawodowej Studentów i Absolwentów Międzynarodowej Wyższej Szkoły Logistyki i Transportu we Wrocławiusłużących wsparciu studentów i studentek w rozpoczęciu aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy.Działania obejmują:1. Zatrudnienie doradcy zawodowego oraz wzmocnienie i rozwój kompetencji pracowników BK2. Wsparcie studentów poprzez poszerzenie zakresu i jakości usług świadczonych przez BK w szczególności w obszarze profesjonalnego diagnozowania kompetencji, indywidualnego poradnictwa zawodowego, zakładania działalności gospodarczej i kształcenia przedsiębiorczości. Powyższe działania prowadzone będą we współpracy z Centrum Informacji i Planowania Kariery Zawodowej oraz organizacją pracodawców na Dolnym Śląsku - Polska Unią Transportu.3. Monitoring losów edukacyjno-zawodowych uczestników projektu.Uzupełnieniona zostanie dotychczasowa oferta BK o nowe usługi, których nie można byłoby wdrożyć bez wsparcia EFS. Przede wszystkim będzie to możliwość profesjonalnej diagnozy i rozwoju swoich predyspozycji i kompetencji, co zwiększy szansę absolwentów MWSLiT na rynku pracy. The project aims to improve the quality of services offered by the Office of Career and Professional Promotion of Students and Graduates of the International Higher School of Logistics and Transport in Wrocław.The activities include:1. Employment of a professional adviser and strengthening and developing the competences of BK2 staff. Support students by broadening the scope and quality of services provided by BK in particular in the areas of professional competence diagnosis, individual professional guidance, establishment of business and entrepreneurship education. The above actions will be carried out in cooperation with the Centre for Professional Career Information and Planning and the employers’ organisation in Lower Silesia – Poland with the Transport Union.3. Monitoring of educational and professional fates of project participants.The previous offer of BK for new services that could not be implemented without ESF support will be completed. First of all, it will be an opportunity to professionally diagnose and develop their predispositions and competences, which will increase the chance of MWSLiT graduates on the labour market. Le projet vise à améliorer la qualité des services offerts par le Bureau des carrières et de la promotion professionnelle des étudiants et des diplômés de l’École supérieure internationale de logistique et de transport à Wrocławius, en aidant les étudiants à commencer à travailler sur le marché du travail.Les activités comprennent:1. Emploi d’un conseiller de carrière et renforcement et développement des compétences des salariés de BK2. Soutenir les étudiants en élargissant la portée et la qualité des services fournis par l’AB, en particulier dans le domaine du diagnostic des compétences professionnelles, de l’orientation professionnelle individuelle, de la création d’entreprises et de l’éducation à l’entrepreneuriat. Les activités susmentionnées seront menées en coopération avec le Centre d’information et de planification des carrières et l’organisation des employeurs en Basse-Silésie — Union polonaise des transports.3. Suivi du sort éducatif et professionnel des participants au projet. L’offre existante d’AB sera complétée par de nouveaux services qui ne pourraient être mis en œuvre sans le soutien du FSE. Ce sera surtout l’occasion de diagnostiquer et de développer professionnellement leurs capacités et compétences, ce qui augmentera les chances des diplômés du MWSLiT sur le marché du travail. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Qualität der Dienstleistungen zu verbessern, die vom Büro für Karriere und berufliche Förderung von Studierenden und Absolventen der Internationalen Hochschule für Logistik und Verkehr in Wrocławius angeboten werden, um Studenten bei der Aufnahme der Arbeit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu unterstützen. Einsatz eines Berufsberaters und Stärkung und Weiterentwicklung der Kompetenzen von BK2-Mitarbeitern. Unterstützung der Studierenden durch Erweiterung des Umfangs und der Qualität der Dienstleistungen der AB, insbesondere im Bereich der fachlichen Kompetenzdiagnose, der individuellen Berufsberatung, der Unternehmensgründung und der unternehmerischen Bildung. Die oben genannten Maßnahmen werden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Informations- und Karriereplanungszentrum und der Arbeitgeberorganisation in Niederschlesien – polnischer Verkehrsunion3 durchgeführt. Überwachung des Bildungs- und beruflichen Schicksals der Projektteilnehmer. Das bestehende Angebot von AB wird mit neuen Dienstleistungen abgeschlossen, die ohne ESF-Unterstützung nicht umgesetzt werden konnten. Vor allem wird es eine Möglichkeit sein, ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen professionell zu diagnostizieren und zu entwickeln, was die Chancen von MWSLiT-Absolventen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erhöhen wird.
