Celem projektu jest przegląd i aktualizacja we współpracy z partnerami społecznymi Klasyfikacji zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego (KZSZ) i Podstaw programowych kształcenia w zawodach (PPKZ) oraz dostosowanie tych dokumentów do potrzeb rynku pracy poprzez ścisłą współpracę z partnerami społecznymi, a także przygotowanie suplementów do dyplomów i kwalifikacji w oparciu o zmodernizowane PPKZ. Działania zaplanowane do realizacji w projekcie podzielono na 2 główne zadania. W ramach Zadania 1 zaplanowano: - pozyskanie 25 BZPS reprezentatywnych dla zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego, w skład których wejdą przedstawiciele stowarzyszeń zawodowych, organizacji pracodawców oraz związków zawodowych. Do zadań BZPS należeć będzie opracowanie zapotrzebowania na zawody i kwalifikacje szkolnictwa zawodowego uwzględniającego oczekiwania rynku pracy, przegląd klasyfikacji zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego oraz podstaw programowych kształcenia w zawodach pod kątem oczekiwań partnerów społecznych właściwych dla zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego oraz przygotowanie rekomendacji dotyczących zmian w KZSZ i PPKZ w zakresie pożądanych typów szkół, umiejętności zawodowych i kwalifikacji; - organizacja konsultacyjnych seminariów branżowych; - opracowanie ścieżek rozwoju zawodowego dla zawodów, dla których zmodernizowano PPKZ. W ramach Zadania 2 zaplanowano: - opracowanie zmodernizowanych PPKZ dla 54, wyłonionych w wyniku prac branżowych zespołów partnerów społecznych, zawodów oraz ich recenzja i redakcja; - przygotowanie suplementów do dyplomów i kwalifikacji na podstawie zmodyfikowanych PPKZ oraz ich tłumaczenie na język angielski. Wypracowane w projekcie rekomendacje dotyczące zmian w KZSZ i PPKZ w zakresie pożądanych typów szkół i kwalifikacji zostaną przekazane ministrom właściwym dla zawodów celem ich uwzględnienia w przepisach prawa, co wraz z pozostałymi zadaniami zaplanowanymi w ramach interwencji publicznej stanowić będzie istotne uzupełnienie podejmowanych dotychczas działań systemowych. The aim of the project is to review and update, in cooperation with the social partners, the Classification of Vocational Education (VET) and the Basic Programming of Vocational Education (PPKZ) and the adaptation of these documents to the needs of the labour market through close cooperation with the social partners, as well as the preparation of supplements for diplomas and qualifications based on the modernised PPK. The activities planned to be implemented in the project were divided into 2 main tasks. As part of Task 1, the following are planned: — the acquisition of 25 BZPS representative for vocational education professions, consisting of representatives of professional associations, employers’ organisations and trade unions. The tasks of BZPS will be to develop the need for vocational education professions and qualifications that take into account labour market expectations, review the classification of vocational education professions and the basics of vocational education in terms of expectations of social partners relevant to vocational education professions, and to prepare recommendations on changes in the CFCs and PPKZ in the desired types of schools, vocational skills and qualifications; — organisation of consultative sector seminars; — elaboration of professional development paths for professions for which the PPKZ has been modernised. As part of Task 2, the following are planned: — elaboration of modernised PPKZs for 54, selected as a result of the work of professional teams of social partners, professions and their review and editing; — preparation of supplements for diplomas and qualifications on the basis of modified CCPs and their translation into English. Recommendations on changes in the CFC and PPKZ in terms of the desired types of schools and qualifications will be submitted to ministers competent for the professions to be included in the legislation, which together with other tasks planned under public intervention will be an important complement to the systemic actions undertaken so far. L’objectif du projet est d’examiner et d’actualiser, en coopération avec les partenaires sociaux, la classification des professions de l’enseignement professionnel (EFP) et le programme de base «Éducation dans l’enseignement professionnel» (PCI) et d’adapter ces documents aux besoins du marché du travail grâce à une coopération étroite avec les partenaires sociaux, ainsi qu’à la préparation de diplômes et de suppléments de qualifications fondés sur des guichets uniques modernisés. Les activités prévues pour le projet sont divisées en deux tâches principales. Dans le cadre de la tâche 1, il est prévu: — obtenir 25 BZPS représentant des professions de l’enseignement professionnel, composé de représentants d’associations professionnelles, d’organisations d’employeurs et de syndicats. Le BZPS aura pour mission de développer la demande de professions et de qualifications en matière d’enseignement professionnel, en tenant compte des attentes du marché du travail, de revoir la classification des professions de l’enseignement professionnel et les bases de la formation professionnelle dans les professions à la lumière des attentes des partenaires sociaux pertinents pour les professions de l’enseignement professionnel, et d’élaborer des recommandations sur l’évolution des SCF et des guichets uniques en ce qui concerne les types d’écoles, les compétences professionnelles et les qualifications souhaités; — organisation de séminaires consultatifs sur l’industrie; — développement de parcours de perfectionnement professionnel pour les professions pour lesquelles les PCP ont été modernisés. Dans le cadre de la tâche 2, il est prévu de: — élaboration de PCP modernisés pour 54 équipes sélectionnées de partenaires sociaux, de professions libérales et de leur révision et édition; — préparation de suppléments pour les diplômes et qualifications sur la base de guichets uniques modifiés et de leur traduction en anglais. Les recommandations formulées dans le projet concernant les modifications apportées au PNAPC et au COPS en ce qui concerne les types d’écoles et de qualifications souhaités seront transmises aux ministres responsables des professions afin de les prendre en compte dans les dispositions juridiques qui, avec les autres tâches prévues dans le cadre de l’intervention publique, compléteront sensiblement les actions systémiques entreprises jusqu’à présent. Ziel des Projekts ist es, in Zusammenarbeit mit den Sozialpartnern die Klassifikation der Berufe der beruflichen Bildung (VET) und das Grundprogramm „Bildung in der beruflichen Bildung“ (PCI) zu überprüfen und zu aktualisieren und diese Dokumente durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Sozialpartnern an die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes anzupassen, sowie durch die Vorbereitung von Diplomen und Qualifikationszuschlägen auf der Grundlage modernisierter PSCs. Die für das Projekt geplanten Aktivitäten sind in zwei Hauptaufgaben unterteilt. Im Rahmen von Aufgabe 1 ist Folgendes geplant: — Erlangung von 25 BZPS-Vertreter für Berufsberufe, die sich aus Vertretern von Berufsverbänden, Arbeitgeberverbänden und Gewerkschaften zusammensetzen. Aufgabe des BZPS ist es, die Nachfrage nach Berufen und Berufsqualifikationen zu entwickeln, unter Berücksichtigung der Erwartungen des Arbeitsmarktes, der Überprüfung der Klassifizierung von Berufsberufen und der Grundlagen der Lehrplanausbildung in Berufen unter Berücksichtigung der Erwartungen der für die Berufsberufe relevanten Sozialpartner und der Ausarbeitung von Empfehlungen zu Änderungen der CFCS und der PSCs in Bezug auf die gewünschten Arten von Schulen, beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen; — Organisation von Seminaren für beratende Industrie; — Entwicklung von beruflichen Entwicklungspfaden für Berufe, für die PCPs modernisiert wurden. Im Rahmen von Aufgabe 2 ist Folgendes geplant: — Ausarbeitung modernisierter PCPs für 54 ausgewählte Teams von Sozialpartnern, Berufen und deren Überprüfung und Redaktion; — Vorbereitung von Ergänzungen für Diplome und Qualifikationen auf der Grundlage geänderter PSK und ihrer Übersetzung ins Englische. Die im Entwurf ausgearbeiteten Empfehlungen betreffend die Änderungen des NAPCP und des PSK in Bezug auf die gewünschten Arten von Schulen und Qualifikationen werden den für die Berufe zuständigen Ministern übermittelt, um sie in den Rechtsvorschriften zu berücksichtigen, die zusammen mit den anderen im Rahmen der öffentlichen Intervention geplanten Aufgaben eine wichtige Ergänzung zu den bisher durchgeführten systemischen Maßnahmen darstellen werden.
