Celem projektu jest zwiększanie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie koneckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez : - co najmniej 17% osób niepełnosprawnych uczestniczących w projekcie; - co najmniej 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestniczących w projekcie; - co najmniej 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach uczestniczących w projekcie; - co najmniej 43% uczestników projektu nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej na w/w poziomie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I ( tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Końskich realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Konecki County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: — at least 17 % of the disabled participating in the project; — at least 35 % of the long-term unemployed participating in the project; — at least 48 % of low-skilled people participating in the project; — at least 43 % of project participants not eligible for any of the above target groups. The project assumes the achievement of employment efficiency indicators at the above-mentioned level. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUPs in Końskie will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Konecki. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’accéder à l’emploi par: — au moins 17 % des personnes handicapées participant au projet; — au moins 35 % des chômeurs de longue durée participant au projet; — au moins 48 % des personnes peu qualifiées participant au projet; — au moins 43 % des participants au projet ne sont éligibles à aucun des groupes cibles susmentionnés. Le projet suppose la réalisation d’indicateurs de performance en matière d’emploi au niveau susmentionné. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP à Końskie mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Landkreis Konecki arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die Aufnahme einer Beschäftigung durch: — mindestens 17 % der am Projekt teilnehmenden Menschen mit Behinderungen; — mindestens 35 % der Langzeitarbeitslosen, die an dem Projekt teilnehmen; — mindestens 48 % der am Projekt teilnehmenden Geringqualifizierten; mindestens 43 % der Projektteilnehmer, die nicht für eine der oben genannten Zielgruppen in Frage kommen. Das Projekt geht davon aus, dass die Beschäftigungsleistungsindikatoren auf der oben genannten Ebene erreicht werden. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Hilfsprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Betracht kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO in Końskie entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen.
