Zadaniem projektu jest kontynuacja zapewnienia działania Krajowej Sieci "Partnerstwo: Środowisko dla Rozwoju" w celu wsparcia funkcjonowania instytucji uczestniczących w systemie realizacji polityki spójności w perspektywie 2014- 2020, odpowiedzialnych za realizację aspektów środowiskowych polityki spójności. Sieć zapewnia mechanizmy i upowszechnia wymianę wiedzy i doświadczeń dotyczących realizacji polityki spójności i procesów z nią powiązanych - zarówno krajowych, jak i zagranicznych. Główne działania planowane do realizacji to organizacja prac Grup Roboczych funkcjonujących w ramach Sieci, realizacja wizyt studyjnych krajowych i zagranicznych w celu nawiązania kontaktów z instytucjami zagranicznymi i wymiany doświadczeń, a także opracowywanie materiałów merytorycznych wspierających funkcjonowanie Sieci (ekspertyzy, analizy prawne, stanowiska, materiały eksperckie), jak również realizacja dorocznego Posiedzenia Plenarnego Sieci. The task of the project is to continue to ensure the operation of the National Network "Partnership: Environment for Development" to support the functioning of the institutions involved in the implementation of cohesion policy in the 2014-2020 perspective, responsible for implementing the environmental aspects of cohesion policy. The Network shall provide mechanisms and disseminate the exchange of knowledge and experience on the implementation of cohesion policy and its related processes, both national and foreign. The main activities planned to be implemented are the organisation of the works of the Working Groups operating within the Network, the implementation of national and foreign study visits to establish contacts with foreign institutions and exchange of experience, as well as the development of substantive materials supporting the operation of the Network (expertises, legal analyses, positions, expert materials), as well as the implementation of the annual Network Plenary Meeting. La tâche du projet est de continuer à assurer le fonctionnement du réseau national "Partenariat: Environnement pour le développement" afin de soutenir le fonctionnement des institutions participant à la mise en œuvre de la politique de cohésion dans la perspective 2014-2020, qui sont responsables de la mise en œuvre des aspects environnementaux de la politique de cohésion. Le réseau fournit des mécanismes et favorise l’échange de connaissances et d’expériences sur la mise en œuvre de la politique de cohésion et de ses processus connexes, tant nationaux qu’étrangers. Les principales activités prévues pour la mise en œuvre sont l’organisation des travaux des groupes de travail opérant au sein du Réseau, la réalisation de visites d’étude nationales et étrangères pour établir des contacts avec des institutions étrangères et l’échange de données d’expérience, ainsi que la mise au point de documents de fond à l’appui du fonctionnement du Réseau (expertise, analyses juridiques, positions, documents d’experts), ainsi que la mise en œuvre de la réunion plénière annuelle du Réseau. Aufgabe des Projekts ist es, den Betrieb des Nationalen Netzwerks "Partnerschaft: „Umwelt für Entwicklung“ zur Unterstützung des Funktionierens der an der Umsetzung der Kohäsionspolitik im Zeitraum 2014-2020 beteiligten Institutionen, die für die Umsetzung der Umweltaspekte der Kohäsionspolitik zuständig sind. Das Netz stellt Mechanismen zur Verfügung und fördert den Austausch von Wissen und Erfahrungen über die Umsetzung der Kohäsionspolitik und der damit verbundenen Prozesse im In- und Ausland. Die wichtigsten für die Umsetzung geplanten Maßnahmen sind die Organisation der Arbeiten der im Netz tätigen Arbeitsgruppen, die Durchführung von nationalen und ausländischen Studienbesuchen zur Kontaktaufnahme mit ausländischen Institutionen und den Erfahrungsaustausch sowie die Entwicklung von Sachmaterialien zur Unterstützung des Funktionierens des Netzes (Expertise, Rechtsanalysen, Positionen, Expertenmaterialien) sowie die Durchführung der jährlichen Plenarsitzung des Netzes.
