Celem P jest podniesienie kompetencji cyfrowych (KC) 48 (40K) pracowników gminnych samorządowych ośrodków kultury (GOK) zatrudnionych w 40 (GOK) oraz dzieci i młodzieży w wieku 10-18 lat (384 w tym 260 K) na ter. Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej w obszarze grudziądzkiego NUTs 3 (KF3) w zakresie podnoszenia kompetencji cyfrowych do 31.05.2021 poprzez szkolenia stacjonarne grupowe, zajęcia praktyczne prowadz. przez trenera przy współudziale pracownika GOK dla dzieci i młodzieży w wieku 10-18 lat, zapewnienie wsparcia trenera na etapie szkoleń oraz po zakończeniu zajęć. Podsumowaniem działań będzie konferencja promująca rezultaty projektu. Aby umożliwić realizację zajęć dla pracowników i młodzieży GOK zostaną wyposażone w sprzęt dyd. i materiały. Rezultatem P będzie podniesienie kompetencji w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych u min. 90% pracowników GOK i 80% młodzieży oraz wzrost aktywności cyfrowej społeczności lokalnej w 25 gminach. (Polish)

The aim of P is to increase the digital competencies (KC) 48 (40K) of employees of local self-government cultural centres (GOK) employed in 40 (GOK) and children and young people aged 10-18 years (384 of which 260 K) per ter. The Republic of Poland in the area of Grudziądzki NUTS 3 (KF3) in the field of raising digital competences to 31.05.2021 through stationary group training, practical classes guided by the trainer with the participation of a GOK employee for children and adolescents aged 10-18, providing support for the trainer at the training stage and after the end of classes. The results of the project will be summarised by a conference promoting the results of the project. In order to enable the activities of employees and young people, the GOK will be equipped with teaching equipment and materials. The result of P will be to increase competences in the field of digital competences at least 90 % of employees of the GOK and 80 % of young people and increase the digital activity of the local community in 25 municipalities. L’objectif de P est d’améliorer la compétence numérique (KC) 48 (40K) des employés des centres culturels communautaires municipaux (GOK) employés dans 40 (GOK) et des enfants et adolescents âgés de 10 à 18 ans (384 dont 260 K) par ter. La République de Pologne dans le domaine de Grudziądzki NUTS 3 (KF3) dans le domaine de l’élévation des compétences numériques à 31.05.2021 par une formation en groupe sur place, des cours pratiques dirigés par un formateur avec la participation d’un employé des pouvoirs publics coréens pour les enfants et les jeunes âgés de 10 à 18 ans, en fournissant un soutien au formateur au stade de la formation et après la fin des cours. Les activités seront résumées par une conférence qui fera la promotion des résultats du projet. Afin de permettre des cours pour les employés et les jeunes, les pouvoirs publics coréens seront équipés d’équipements et de matériel pédagogiques. Le résultat de P sera une augmentation des compétences numériques d’au moins 90 % des employés des pouvoirs publics coréens et 80 % des jeunes et une augmentation de l’activité numérique de la communauté locale dans 25 municipalités. Ziel von P ist die Verbesserung der digitalen Kompetenz (KC) 48 (40K) der Mitarbeiter von kommunalen Kulturzentren (GOK) in 40 (GOK) und Kindern und Jugendlichen im Alter von 10-18 Jahren (384 einschließlich 260 K) pro ter. Die Republik Polen im Bereich Grudziądzki NUTS 3 (KF3) im Bereich der Erhöhung digitaler Kompetenzen bis zum 31.05.2021 durch Gruppenschulung vor Ort, praktische Kurse unter Leitung eines Ausbilders unter Beteiligung eines Mitarbeiters der koreanischen Regierung für Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 10 bis 18 Jahren, die den Ausbilder in der Ausbildungsphase und nach dem Ende der Klassen unterstützen. Die Aktivitäten werden im Rahmen einer Konferenz zusammengefasst, die die Ergebnisse des Projekts fördert. Um Klassen für Mitarbeiter und Jugendliche zu ermöglichen, wird die GOK mit Unterrichtsmaterial und Materialien ausgestattet. Das Ergebnis von P wird eine Erhöhung der digitalen Kompetenzkompetenzen um mindestens 90 % der Mitarbeiter der GOK und 80 % der jungen Menschen und eine Zunahme der digitalen Aktivität der lokalen Gemeinschaft in 25 Gemeinden sein.
