SA 42799(2015/X) Inspiracją do realizacji projektu są trendy kształtujące rynek opakowań w kierunku funkcjonalności i estetyki produktów. Coraz bardziej pożądaną cechą charakterystyczną produktów opakowaniowych jest jakość, rozumiana jako trwałość zadruku oraz skuteczność funkcji ochronnej zawartości opakowania przed szkodliwymi czynnikami zewnętrznymi. PRZEDMIOT PROJEKTU Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie Mpack Poland rezultatów zleconych prac B+R dotyczących innowacyjnej w skali świata technologii wytwarzania zadrukowanych, jednowarstwowych tub termoplastycznych z polietylenu, wykorzystywanych jako opakowania kosmetyczne. Realizowane w latach 2018-2019 badania obejmowały poprawę właściwości ochronnych tub oraz wykorzystanie cieczy aktywacyjnych w celu poprawy jakości i trwałości zadruku tub. W celu optymalizacji kosztowej procesu produkcji oraz w celu zapewnienia pozytywnego wpływu działalności firmy na środowisko, przewidziano wytwarzanie tub z polietylenu pochodzącego z recyklingu (wtórnego). ZAKRES PROJEKTU Projekt swoim zakresem obejmuje następujące zadania: - Nabycie prawa własności gruntu. - Nabycie, kalibracja i integracja ciągu technologicznego. - Budowa hali produkcyjnej. - Wdrożenie innowacyjnych tub termoplastycznych o znacząco wyższej jakości druku i właściwościach ochronnych. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na poprawę konkurencyjności i innowacyjności Wnioskodawcy, a także pozwoli efektywnie wykorzystać rezultaty prowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych. An increasingly desirable characteristic of packaging products is the quality, understood as the durability of printing and the effectiveness of the protective function of the contents of the packaging against harmful external factors. Project subject The subject of the project is the implementation in mpack Poland of the results of commissioned R & D works on the world-wide innovative technology of producing printed, single-layer polyethylene thermoplastic tubes, used as cosmetic packaging. Research conducted in 2018-2019 included improving the protective properties of tubes and the use of activation liquids to improve the quality and durability of tube printing. In order to optimise the cost of the production process and to ensure the positive environmental impact of the company’s activities, the production of recycled (secondary) polyethylene tubes is envisaged. Project scope The project covers the following tasks: — Acquisition of land ownership. — Acquisition, calibration and integration of technological sequence. — Construction of a production hall. — Implementation of innovative thermoplastic tubes with significantly higher quality of printing and protective properties. The implementation of the project will improve the competitiveness and innovation of the Applicant, as well as to make effective use of the results of the research and development. Sa 42799(2015/X) Le projet s’inspire des tendances qui façonnent le marché de l’emballage vers la fonctionnalité et l’esthétique du produit. La caractéristique de plus en plus souhaitable des produits d’emballage est la qualité, comprise comme la durabilité de l’impression et l’efficacité de la fonction de protection du contenu de l’emballage contre les facteurs externes nocifs. L’objet du projet est la mise en œuvre dans MPack Pologne des résultats des travaux de R & D commandés sur la technologie innovante à l’échelle mondiale pour la production de tubes thermoplastiques monocouches imprimés en polyéthylène, utilisés comme emballage cosmétique. Les recherches menées en 2018-2019 ont porté sur l’amélioration des propriétés protectrices des tubes et l’utilisation de liquides d’activation pour améliorer la qualité et la durabilité de l’impression des tubes. Afin d’optimiser le processus de production rentable et d’assurer l’impact environnemental positif des activités de l’entreprise, la production de tubes à partir de polyéthylène recyclé (secondaire) est envisagée. Portée du projet Le projet couvre les tâches suivantes: — Acquisition de la propriété foncière. — Acquisition, calibrage et intégration de la ligne technologique. Construction d’une salle de production. — Mise en œuvre de tubes thermoplastiques innovants avec une qualité d’impression nettement supérieure et des propriétés protectrices. SA 42799(2015/X) Das Projekt ist inspiriert von Trends, die den Verpackungsmarkt zu Produktfunktionalität und Ästhetik prägen. Die zunehmend wünschenswerte Eigenschaft von Verpackungsprodukten ist die Qualität, verstanden als Haltbarkeit des Drucks und die Wirksamkeit der Schutzfunktion des Inhalts der Verpackung gegen schädliche äußere Faktoren. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse der in Auftrag gegebenen F & E-Arbeiten an der weltweit innovativen Technologie zur Herstellung von bedruckten, einlagigen thermoplastischen Rohren aus Polyethylen, die als kosmetische Verpackung verwendet werden, in MPack Poland. In den Jahren 2018-2019 wurden u. a. die Schutzeigenschaften von Rohren verbessert und Aktivierungsflüssigkeiten verwendet, um die Qualität und Haltbarkeit des Rohrdrucks zu verbessern. Um den kostengünstigen Produktionsprozess zu optimieren und die positiven Umweltauswirkungen der Tätigkeiten des Unternehmens zu gewährleisten, ist die Herstellung von Rohren aus recyceltem (sekundärem) Polyethylen geplant. Projektumfang Das Projekt umfasst folgende Aufgaben: — Erwerb des Eigentums an Grundstücken. — Erwerb, Kalibrierung und Integration der Technologielinie. Bau einer Produktionshalle. — Implementierung innovativer thermoplastischer Rohre mit deutlich höherer Druckqualität und Schutzeigenschaften. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Innovation des Antragstellers verbessern und die Ergebnisse der durchgeführten Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten wirksam nutzen.
