Το έργο περιλαμβάνει τη δημιουργία Δομής- Κέντρου Κοινότητας (ΚΚ)- στο Δήμο Εορδαίας το οποίο εξυπηρετεί όλους τους κατοίκους του δήμου, με προτεραιότητα στις ευπαθείς ομάδες. Στόχο του έργου αποτελείτη διάχυση της πληροφορίας αναφορικά με υπηρεσίες και παροχές κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα προς όλους τους πολίτες. Επίσης, πέρα από τη διάχυση της πληροφορίας, τα ΚΚ παρέχουν και υπηρεσίες κοινωνικής ένταξης. Είναι δομές που λειτουργούν συμπληρωματικά, και δεν αντικαθιστούν ή υποκαθιστούν, τις Κοινωνικές Υπηρεσίες των Δήμων, αλλά διευρύνουν το φάσμα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα προς τους δημότες-ωφελούμενους. Στα Κέντρα Κοινότητας γίνεται υποδοχή και καταγραφή των ωφελουμένων, με στόχο τη διάγνωση των αναγκών τους και την προώθηση τους σε Υπηρεσίες, Δομές και Προγράμματα που υφίστανται την τρέχουσα χρονική στιγμή και έχουν ως αντικείμενο την κοινωνική υποστήριξη ενδυνάμωση και ένταξή τους (ΟΑΕΕΔ, ΕΣΥ, ΚΔΑΠ, Βοήθεια στο Σπίτι, Κέντρα Ψυχικής Υγείας κλπ). Συγχρόνως στο Κέντρο Κοινότητας γίνεται υποδοχή των αιτήσεων για το ΤΕΒΑ, το ΕΕΕ, την ανθρωπιστική βοήθεια. (Greek)

The project includes the creation of a Community-Centre Structure (CCC) in the Municipality of Eordaia which serves all residents of the municipality, with priority to vulnerable groups. The aim of the project is to disseminate information about services and social benefits to all citizens. In addition to disseminating information, the GOC also provide social inclusion services. They are structures that function complementary, and do not replace or replace the Social Services of Municipalities, but broaden the range of social services provided to the citizens-benefits. The Community Centres receive and register the beneficiaries, with the aim of diagnosing their needs and promoting them in Services, Structures and Programs that exist at the current time and have as their object the social support empowerment and integration (OEAED, NSRF, KPD, Home Help, Mental Health Centres, etc.). Le projet comprend la création d’un centre communautaire (KK) — dans la municipalité d’Eordaia, qui dessert tous les résidents de la municipalité, en donnant la priorité aux groupes vulnérables. L’objectif du projet est la diffusion d’informations sur les services et services sociaux à tous les citoyens. Outre la diffusion d’informations, les CCP fournissent également des services d’inclusion sociale. Ce sont des structures qui fonctionnent en outre, et qui ne remplacent ni ne remplacent les services sociaux des municipalités, mais qui élargissent la gamme des services sociaux fournis aux citoyens/bénéficiaires. Das Projekt umfasst die Schaffung eines Gemeinschaftszentrums (KK) – in der Gemeinde Eordaia, das allen Bewohnern der Gemeinde dient und schutzbedürftigen Gruppen Vorrang einräumt. Ziel des Projekts ist die Verbreitung von Informationen über soziale Dienstleistungen und Dienstleistungen an alle Bürger. Neben der Verbreitung von Informationen bieten die CCPs auch Dienstleistungen zur sozialen Inklusion an. Es handelt sich um Strukturen, die zusätzlich die Sozialdienste der Gemeinden ersetzen oder ersetzen, sondern das Spektrum der sozialen Dienstleistungen für Bürger/Begünstigte erweitern. Die Gemeinschaftszentren erhalten und registrieren die Begünstigten mit dem Ziel, ihre Bedürfnisse zu diagnostizieren und sie in Dienstleistungen, Strukturen und Programmen zu fördern, die derzeit existieren und auf soziale Unterstützung für ihre Stärkung und Integration abzielen (OAEED, ESY, KDAP, Home Help, Mental Health Centres usw.). Gleichzeitig erhält das Gemeinschaftszentrum Anträge auf FEAD, EIO und humanitäre Hilfe. (German)
