Το έργο περιλαμβάνει ενέργειες πληροφόρησης και συγκεκριμένα: Α. Αρχικά η ήδη υπάρχουσα Διεύθυνση Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής & Παιδείας με το οργανωμένο τμήμα Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής δια των επιμέρους γραφείων της : Συμβουλευτικός Σταθμός, Επιδόματα Αναπηρίας, ΤΕΒΑ, Βοήθεια στο σπίτι, τμήμα Απόρων, Βιβλιάρια ανασφαλίστων, θα ενημερώσει μέσω των οργανωμένων κοινωνικών δομών της και θα διαχύσει την σχετική πληροφόρηση του έργου. Η πρώτη αυτή κατηγορία περιλαμβάνει τις εξής δράσεις: Καταχώρηση στην Ιστοσελίδα του Δήμου , πληροφοριακού υλικού για το Πρόγραμμα. Σύνταξη και αποστολή Ενημερωτικών Δελτίων Οργάνωση και λειτουργία Info desk / help desk. Εκδόσεις έντυπου υλικού ενημέρωσης (π.χ. φυλλάδια, δελτάρια, ενημερωτικές επιστολές, αφίσες κ.α.). Τοποθέτηση Infokiosk σε κεντρικά γραφεία και υπηρεσίες του Δήμου. Ενέργειες Δημοσιότητας και Διαφημιστικής Προβολής Τύπος o Καταχωρήσεις στον τοπικό Τύπο (αρθρογραφία, συνεντεύξεις κ.λπ. o Διαφημιστικές καταχωρήσεις o Διανομή εντύπων (φυλλάδια) Ενέργειες Προώθησης Εκδηλώσεις, Ημερίδες Ενέργειες Γραφείου Τύπου και Δημοσίων Σχέσεων Έκδοση δελτίων τύπου Κατάρτιση λίστας διευθύνσεων και ανάπτυξη μηχανισμού μαζικών αποστολών μέσω ταχυδρομείου και ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου. Le projet comprend des actions d’information, notamment: A. Dans un premier temps, la direction déjà existante de la politique sociale et de l’éducation avec le département de la politique sociale organisé par l’intermédiaire de ses différents bureaux: Centre de consultation, allocations d’invalidité, FEAD, Aide à domicile, Départ des plus démunis, Livres des non assurés, informera par ses structures sociales organisées et diffusera les informations pertinentes du projet. Cette première catégorie comprend les actions suivantes: Entrée sur le site Web de la municipalité, matériel d’information pour le Programme. Préparation et envoi des fiches d’information Organisation et fonctionnement du bureau d’information/bureau d’assistance. Publications de documents d’information imprimés (p. ex. brochures, cartes, lettres d’information, affiches, etc.). Placement d’Infokiosk dans les bureaux centraux et les services de la municipalité. Das Projekt umfasst Informationsmaßnahmen, insbesondere: A. Zunächst die bereits bestehende Direktion für Sozialpolitik und Bildung mit der organisierten Abteilung für Sozialpolitik über ihre jeweiligen Büros: Beratungsstation, Behindertenbeihilfen, FEAD, Home Help, Abreise der am stärksten benachteiligten Personen, Bücher von Unversicherten, informiert über ihre organisierten sozialen Strukturen und verbreitet die relevanten Informationen über das Projekt. Diese erste Kategorie umfasst folgende Maßnahmen: Eintrag auf der Website der Gemeinde, Informationsmaterial für das Programm. Erstellung und Zusendung von Informationsblättern Organisation und Betrieb von Infodesk/Helpdesk. Veröffentlichungen von gedrucktem Informationsmaterial (z. B. Broschüren, Karten, Informationsbriefe, Plakate usw.). Platzierung von Infokiosk in Zentralbüros und Dienstleistungen der Gemeinde. Werbe- und Werbeaktionen Typ o Posts in der lokalen Presse (Artikel, Interviews usw.)
