CELGłównym celem projektu jest zwiększ. możliwości zatrudn. wśród 72 osób (43K, 29M) pow. 29 r. ż. znajduj. się w najtrudniejszej syt. na rynku pracy zamieszkujących na terenie p. kaliskiego, Kalisz, kolskiego, Konin, konińskiego, ostrowskiego oraz tureckiego poprzez zdobycie dośw. zaw. i wzmocnienie kwal. lub komp. zaw. w okresie 01.09.2019-31.12.2020.GRUPA DOCELOWABezrob. (31 os.: 19K, 12M) lub bierni zaw. (13 os.: 8K, 5M), którzy znajdują się w szcz. trudnej syt. na rynku pracy:-43 K / 60% gr. doc.;-31 UP (19K, 12M) o niskich kwalif. z wykształ. do ISCED 3 (maks. ponadgim.) / 43% gr. doc.;-11 UP (7K, 4M) os. długotr. bezr. / 16% gr. doc.;-4 ON (3K, 1M) / 6% gr. doc.;-13 UP (8K, 5M) w wieku 50+ / 18% gr. doc.Powyższą grupę stanowią łącznie 44 osoby (27K, 17M)/ 61% gr. doc.Bezrob. mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat nie będący w szcz. trudnej syt. na rynku pracy: 7M / 18% bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem.Pracujący - osoby zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych oraz pracujące w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych: 21 os. (16K, 5M) / 29% gr. doc.Projekt realizowany przez EDUCATOR L.B. CENTRUM KSZTAŁCENIA, FORMEDICO, LILIANA KALETA - inst. szkol. posiada wpis do RIS oraz rej. podm. prow. agencje zatrud. ZADANIAZaplanowano realizację 4 zadań: Zad. 1. Identyfikacja potrzeb wraz z IPD, Zad. 2. Indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe, Zad. 3 Kurs zawodowy, Zad. 4 Staż zawodowy. Wsparcie w ramach proj. jest zindywidualizowane, dostos. do potrzeb UP i kompleksowe. Każdy uczestnik zgodnie z IPD opracowanym przez doradcę zaw. na początku realizacji projektu, weźmie udział w poradnictwie zaw., kursie zaw. (kończący się egzaminem i umożliw. nabycie kwal. lub komp.) oraz stażu zaw. (3 m-ce dla 36 UP). WSKAŹNIKIProjekt ma na celu poprawienie sytuacji na rynku pracy dzięki uzyskaniu zatrudnienia przez jak największą liczbę uczestników projektu – min. wartość wskaźnika efektyw. zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 43% lub 52%, efektywność zawodowa min. 13%. KSZTAŁCENIA CENTRUM, FORMEDICO, Liliana KALETA – inst. schools. has an entry in the RIS and division of prow. agencies. The implementation of 4 tasks has been planned: AWW. 1. Identification of needs along with IPD, Zad. 2. Individual career guidance, Zad. 3 Professional course, Zad. 4 Internship. The support under the project is individualised, adapted to the needs of UP and comprehensive. Each participant in accordance with the IPD developed by the incl. advisor at the beginning of the project, will take part in in-house counselling, incl. course. (ends in examination and acquisition of quad. or comp.) and internship. (3 m for 36 UP). WSKAZENIKIProjekt aims to improve the situation on the labour market thanks to obtaining employment by the largest possible number of project participants – min. the value of the employment rate of 43 % or 52 %, professional efficiency at least 13 %. Le projet réalisé par EDUCATOR L.B. Kształcenia CENTRUM, formico, Liliana KALETA — inst. écoles. a une entrée dans le RIS et la division des agences prow. La mise en œuvre de 4 tâches a été planifiée: AWW. 1. Identification des besoins avec IPD, Zad. 2. Orientation professionnelle individuelle, Zad. 3 cours professionnel, Zad. 4 stages. Le soutien dans le cadre du projet est individualisé, adapté aux besoins de l’UP et complet. Chaque participant, conformément à la DPI élaborée par le conseiller incl. au début du projet, participera au conseil interne, y compris le cours. (fin de l’examen et de l’acquisition de quad. ou comp.) et de stage. (3 m pour 36 UP). WSKAZENIKIProjekt vise à améliorer la situation sur le marché du travail grâce à l’obtention d’un emploi par le plus grand nombre possible de participants au projet — la valeur du taux d’emploi de 43 % ou 52 %, l’efficacité professionnelle d’au moins 13 %.
