Celem głównym projektu jest realizacja działań związanych z walką i przeciwdziałaniem epidemii COVID-19 w powiecie staszowskim poprzez zakup, a następnie przekazanie do poszczególnych podmiotów zakupionych środków ochrony indywidualnej oraz drobnego wyposażania niezbędnego do sprawnego podmiotów, które są zaangażowane w walkę z epidemią, bądź najbardziej narażone na skutki jej rozprzestrzeniania się. Realizacja celu głównego projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia dostępności do usług zdrowotnych. Wsparciem w ramach przedmiotowego projektu zostanie objętych 16 podmiotów z terenu powiatu staszowskiego tj: SPZZOZ w Staszowie, NZOZ "Auxilium" w Bogorii, Przychodnia Rodzinna w Jurkowicach, MGSPZOZ w Staszowie, Przychodnia Rodzinna w Staszowie, SPZOZ w Połańcu, NZOZ w Łubnicach, MGSPZOZ w Osieku, SPZOZ w Rytwianach, SPZOZ w Szydłowie, SGOZ w Oleśnicy, PŚDS w Kurozwękach, PCPR w Staszowie, KPP w Staszowie, KPPSP w Staszowie, Starostwo Powiatowe w Staszowie. Przedmiotowy projekt docelowo skierowany będzie personelu w/w placówek świadczących usługi zdrowotne z terenu powiatu staszowskiego oraz do pacjentów tych placówek, personelu oraz podopiecznych PŚDS w Kurozwękach i PCPR w Staszowie, policjantów, strażaków oraz dla Starostwa Powiatowego w Staszowie w celu elastycznego reagowania w miarę pojawiających się potrzeb innych podmiotów. Kwota dofinansowania w ramach przedmiotowo projektu 1627976,97 zł, wkład własny 287383,64 zł, wartość wydatków kwalifikowanych 1915360,61zł. Okres realizacji projektu - 13.02.2020-31.12.2020. Obszar realizacji projektu to teren całego powiatu staszowskiego, ponieważ podmioty lecznicze, a także pozostałe służby oraz straż, do których skierowane jest wsparcie, świadczą pomoc na rzecz mieszkańców całego powiatu. W szczególności jako obszar realizacji projektu, należy wymienić miejsca siedzib podmiotów, do których skierowane będzie wsparcie rzeczowe tj. Staszów, Kurozwęki, Połaniec, Osiek, Rytwiany, Oleśnica, Łubnice, Szydłów, Bogoria, Jurkowice. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to implement actions related to the fight against and countering the COVID-19 outbreak in the district of Staszów through the purchase and subsequent transfer to individual entities of the purchased personal protective equipment and the small equipment necessary for the efficient actors involved in the fight against the epidemic or the most vulnerable to the consequences of its spread. The achievement of the main project objective will contribute to increasing accessibility to health services. Support under this project will cover 16 entities from the district of Staszów, i.e.: SPZZOZ in Staszów, NZOZ “Auxilium” in Bogoria, Family Clinic in Jurkowice, MGSPZOZ in Staszów, Family Clinic in Staszów, SPZOZ in Poleśnica, NZOZ in Łubnice, MGSPZOZ in Osiek, SPZOZ in Rytwiany, SPZOZ in Szydłów, SGOZ in Oleśnica, PŚDS in Kurozwęki, PCPR in Staszów, KPP in Staszów, KPPSP in Staszów, District Office in Staszów. The project will target staff in the above-mentioned health services institutions from the Staszów district and to patients of these facilities, staff and patients in Kurozwęki and PCPR in Staszów, police officers, firefighters and the Staszów District Office in order to respond flexibly to the needs of other entities. Amount of co-financing under the project, PLN 1627976.97, own contribution PLN 287383.64, value of eligible expenditure 1915360.61 PLN. Project implementation period – 13.02.2020-31.12.2020. The area of implementation of the project is the whole district of Staszów, since the medical entities, as well as the other services and guards to whom the support is directed, provide assistance to the residents of the entire district. L’objectif principal du projet est de mettre en œuvre des actions liées à la lutte contre la pandémie de COVID-19 dans le district de Staszów et à la lutte contre celle-ci, par l’achat et le transfert ultérieur à des entités individuelles des équipements de protection individuelle achetés et des petits équipements nécessaires aux acteurs efficaces impliqués dans la lutte contre l’épidémie ou les plus vulnérables aux conséquences de sa propagation. La réalisation de l’objectif principal du projet contribuera à accroître l’accessibilité aux services de santé. L’aide au titre de ce projet couvrira 16 entités du district de Staszów, à savoir: SPZZOZ à Staszów, NZOZ «Auxilium» à Bogoria, Clinique familiale à Jurkowice, MGSPZOZ à Staszów, Clinique familiale à Staszów, SPZOZ à Poleśnica, NZOZ à Łubnice, MGSPZOZ à Osiek, SPZOZ à Rytwiany, SPZOZ à Szydłów, SGOZ à Oleśnica, PŚDS à Kurozwęki, PCPR à Staszów, KPPSP à Staszów, KPPSP à Staszów, bureau de district de Staszów. Le projet ciblera le personnel des établissements de santé susmentionnés du district de Staszów et les patients de ces établissements, le personnel et les patients de Kurozwęki et PCPR à Staszów, les policiers, les pompiers et le bureau de district de Staszów afin de répondre avec souplesse aux besoins d’autres entités. Montant du cofinancement au titre du projet, 1627976,97 PLN, contribution propre 287383,64 PLN, valeur des dépenses éligibles 1915360,61 PLN. Période de mise en œuvre du projet — 13.02.2020-31.12.2020. La zone de mise en œuvre du projet est l’ensemble du district de Staszów, étant donné que les entités médicales, ainsi que les autres services et gardes auxquels l’aide est destinée, fournissent une assistance aux résidents de l’ensemble du district.
