Cel główny projektu to wsparcie profilaktyki zdrowotnej i przeciwdziałanie zbyt wczesnemu opuszczaniu rynku pracy przez osoby w wieku aktywności zawodowej, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują na obszarze woj. Świętokrzyskiego w rozumieniu ustawy Kodeks Cywilny poprzez indywidualne wsparcie dla pracowników, indywidualną edukację prozdrowotną oraz warsztaty. Projekt przewiduje realizację wsparcia również w godzinach popołudniowych, wieczornych oraz w soboty. W ramach proj. wsparciem zostanie objętych 60 os.(41K,19M) pracowników Wyższej Szkoły Biznesu i Przedsiębiorczości. Pracownicy oczekują, że poprzez udział w projekcie zostaną wyeliminowane zdrowotne czynniki ryzyka w miejscu pracy i osiągnięty będzie cel w zakresie wydłużenia aktywności zawodowej. Rozwój w pracy dla jednych to awans, dla innych - wyzwanie i odpowiednio ambitne zadania, możliwość zdobywania dodatkowych doświadczeń czy udział w warsztatach i szkoleniach. W projekcie będą brać udział osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. Projekt przyczyni się do realizacji celu szczegółowego Poddziałania 8.2.1 Przeciwdziałaniu przedwczesnemu opuszczaniu rynku pracy przez osoby w wieku aktywności zawodowej RPOWŚ 2014-2020 w zakresie wydłużenia aktywności zawodowej osób w wieku produkcyjnym poprzez udział w programach zdrowotnych. The main objective of the project is to support health prevention and prevent people of active age from leaving the labour market early, who are studying, working or living in the province. Świętokrzyskie within the meaning of the Civil Code Act through individual support for employees, individual health education and workshops. The project provides for the implementation of support also in the afternoon, evening and Saturday. 60 people (41K,19M) of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship will be supported. Employees expect that participation in the project will eliminate health risk factors in the workplace and achieve the goal of longer working lives. Development in work for some is a promotion, for others – a challenge and adequately ambitious tasks, the possibility of gaining additional experience or taking part in workshops and trainings. People with disabilities will participate in the project. The project will contribute to the specific objective of Sub-measure 8.2.1 Against premature exit from the labour market by people of the working age of the RPOWŚ 2014-2020 in terms of extending the labour force of people of working age through participation in health programmes. L’objectif principal du projet est d’appuyer la prévention de la santé et d’empêcher les personnes en âge actif de quitter le marché du travail tôt, qui étudient, travaillent ou vivent dans la province. Świętokrzyskie au sens de la loi sur le Code civil par l’aide individuelle aux employés, l’éducation sanitaire individuelle et les ateliers. Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre d’un soutien également l’après-midi, le soir et le samedi. 60 personnes (41K,19M) de l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Entrepreneuriat seront soutenues. Les employés s’attendent à ce que la participation au projet élimine les facteurs de risque pour la santé sur le lieu de travail et atteigne l’objectif d’allonger la vie professionnelle. Le développement du travail pour certains est une promotion, pour d’autres — un défi et des tâches suffisamment ambitieuses, la possibilité d’acquérir une expérience supplémentaire ou de participer à des ateliers et des formations. Les personnes handicapées participeront au projet. Le projet contribuera à l’objectif spécifique de la sous-mesure 8.2.1 Contre la sortie prématurée du marché du travail par les personnes en âge de travailler du RPOWŚ 2014-2020 en termes d’extension de la main-d’œuvre des personnes en âge de travailler par la participation à des programmes de santé.
