OBIECTIVUL GENERAL AL PROIECTULUI: cresterea participarii la programe de invatare la locul de munca si alte activitati relevante, inovatoare si durabile, specifice domeniilor de pregatire profesionala Mecanica, Electromecanica, Protectia mediului, pentru 185 elevi din invatamantul secundar superior (ISCED 3), nivel de calificare 3-4, in scopul cresterii sanselor de dezvoltare profesionala sustenabila, precum si a gradului de insertie si adaptabilitate a acestora la dinamica pietei muncii din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv, respectiv domeniile de specializare inteligenta (identificate si definite conform SNC/SNCDI), la nivelul Regiunii Sud-Muntenia (respectiv judetul Dambovita). SCOPUL PROIECTULUI vizeaza 4 aspecte principale care conduc la imbunatatirea tranzitiei elevilor din invatamantul secundar superior de la educatie la viata profesionala activa, cu prioritate in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv, respectiv in domeniile de specializare inteligenta (identificate si definite conform SNC/SNCDI), asigurand astfel calificarea, competenta si productivitatea viitoarei fortei de munca, prin dezvoltare sustenabila, dinamica si competitiva a acestora pe plan local/ judetean/ regional, respectiv: 1) cresterea ratei de participare a 185 elevi din invatamantul secundar superior (ISCED 3), nivel de calificare 3-4, din domeniile de pregatire profesionala Mecanica, Electromecanica, Protectia mediului, la programe de invatare la locul de munca specifice prin intermediul unor initiative eficiente, durabile si sustenabile orientate spre dezvoltarea competentelor profesionale a viitorilor absolventi si implicit a cresterii competitivitatii economice in sectoarele vizate, respectiv programe de invatare la locul de munca (COMPONENTA 1); 2) facilitarea tranzitiei de la scoala la viata activa, cresterea abilitatii viitorilor absolventi de a-si alege si adapta traseul profesional la capacitatile si nevoile proprii, dezvoltarea competentelor necesare integrarii si adaptabilitatii acestora pe piata muncii, cresterea capacitatii de insertie/mobilitate profesionala, potrivit cerintelor actuale si oportunitatilor existente (identificate conform SNC/SNCDI), cresterea gradului de ocupabilitate a elevilor la finalizarea studiilor pentru 185 elevi scolarizati in invatamantul secundar superior (ISCED 3), in calificari de nivel 3-4, specifice domeniilor de pregatire profesionala Mecanica, Electromecanica, Protectia mediului, prin intermediul unor servicii complexe de informare si consiliere profesionala, axate pe dobandirea de competente care raspund necesitatilor actuale (COMPONENTA 2); 3) stabilirea unor modalitati concrete de colaborare sustenabila pentru cresterea capacitatii de insertie/mobilitate profesionala a absolventilor IPT, consolidarea relatiei dintre piata muncii si sistemul IPT (pentru domeniile de pregatire profesionala Mecanica, Electromecanica, Protectia mediului), incurajarea cooperarii tehnico-economice dintre mediul educat (Romanian)

GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: increasing participation in workplace learning programs and other relevant, innovative and sustainable activities, specific to the fields of Mechanical, Electromecanica, Environmental Protection, for 185 students from upper secondary education (ISCED 3), qualification level 3-4, in order to increase the chances of sustainable professional development, as well as their insertion and adaptability to labour market dynamics in economic sectors with competitive potential, namely the fields of intelligent specialisation (identified and defined according to SNC/SNCDI), at the level of the South-Muntenia Region (i.e. Dambovita County). The PROJECT aims at 4 main aspects that lead to the improvement of the transition of students in upper secondary education from education to active professional life, with priority in economic sectors with competitive potential, respectively in the fields of intelligent specialisation (identified and defined according to the NCS/SNCDI), thus ensuring the qualification, competence and productivity of the future workforce, through their sustainable, dynamic and competitive development at local/county/regional level, namely: 1) Increase the participation rate of 185 students from upper secondary education (ISCED 3), qualification level 3-4, from the fields of vocational training Mechanics, Electromecanica, Environmental Protection, to specific work-based learning programs through efficient, sustainable and sustainable initiatives aimed at developing the professional skills of future graduates and thus increasing economic competitiveness in the sectors concerned, namely programs of learning in the workplace (COMPONENT 1); 2) facilitating the transition from school to active life, increasing the ability of future graduates to choose and adapt their career path to their own capacities and needs, developing the skills necessary for their integration and adaptability on the labour market, increasing the insertion capacity/vocational mobility, according to current requirements and existing opportunities (identified according to the NCS/SNCDI), increasing the degree of occupancy of students at the completion of the studies for 185 students in upper secondary education (ISCED 3), in level 3-4 qualifications, specific to the fields of professional training Mecanica, Electromecanica, Environmental Protection, through complex information and professional counselling services, focused on acquiring skills that meet current needs (COMPONENTA 2); 3) establishing concrete ways of sustainable collaboration to increase the integration/mobility capacity of IPT graduates, strengthening the relationship between the labor market and the IPT system (for the fields of professional training Mechanics, Electromecanica, Environmental Protection), encouraging technical-economic cooperation between the educated environment (English)

OBJECTIF GÉNÉRAL DU PROJET: accroître la participation aux programmes d’apprentissage sur le lieu de travail et à d’autres activités pertinentes, innovantes et durables, spécifiques aux domaines de la mécanique, de l’ELECTROMECANICA, de la protection de l’environnement, pour 185 élèves de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur (CITE 3), niveau de qualification 3-4, afin d’accroître les chances de développement professionnel durable, ainsi que leur insertion et leur capacité d’adaptation à la dynamique du marché du travail dans les secteurs économiques à potentiel concurrentiel, à savoir les domaines de spécialisation intelligente (identifiés et définis selon SNC/SNCDI), au niveau de la région de la Muntenia du Sud (comté de Dambovita). Le PROJECT vise quatre aspects principaux qui conduisent à l’amélioration de la transition des étudiants de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur de l’éducation à la vie professionnelle active, avec la priorité dans les secteurs économiques à potentiel concurrentiel, respectivement dans les domaines de la spécialisation intelligente (identifiés et définis selon le NCS/SNCDI), assurant ainsi la qualification, la compétence et la productivité de la main-d’œuvre future, grâce à leur développement durable, dynamique et compétitif au niveau local/du comté/régional, à savoir: 1) Augmenter le taux de participation de 185 élèves de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur (CITE 3), niveau de qualification 3-4, des domaines de la formation professionnelle Mécanique, ELECTROMECANIQUE, Protection de l’environnement, à des programmes spécifiques d’apprentissage par le travail grâce à des initiatives efficaces, durables et durables visant à développer les compétences professionnelles des futurs diplômés et, partant, à accroître la compétitivité économique dans les secteurs concernés, à savoir les programmes d’apprentissage sur le lieu de travail (COMPONENT 1); 2) faciliter la transition de l’école à la vie active, accroître la capacité des futurs diplômés à choisir et adapter leur parcours de carrière à leurs propres capacités et besoins, développer les compétences nécessaires à leur intégration et à leur capacité d’adaptation sur le marché du travail, accroître la capacité d’insertion/mobilité professionnelle, en fonction des exigences actuelles et des possibilités existantes (identifiées selon le NCS/SNCDI), augmenter le degré d’occupation des étudiants à l’issue des études pour 185 élèves de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur (CITE 3), dans les qualifications de niveau 3-4, spécifiques aux domaines de formation professionnelle Mecanica, ELECTROMECANICA, Protection de l’environnement, grâce à des services d’information et de conseil professionnels complexes, axés sur l’acquisition de compétences répondant aux besoins actuels (Componner 2); 3) établir des moyens concrets de collaboration durable pour accroître la capacité d’intégration/mobilité des diplômés de l’EPT, renforcer la relation entre le marché du travail et le système IPT (pour les domaines de la formation professionnelle Mécanique, ELECTROMÉCANIQUE, Protection de l’Environnement), encourageant la coopération technico-économique entre l’environnement éduqué (French)

ALLGEMEINES ZIEL DES PROJEKTS: Steigerung der Teilnahme an Lernprogrammen am Arbeitsplatz und anderen relevanten, innovativen und nachhaltigen Aktivitäten, die speziell für die Bereiche Mechanische, ELECTROMECANICA, Umweltschutz, für 185 Studierende der Sekundarstufe II (ISCED 3), Qualifikationsstufe 3-4, um die Chancen einer nachhaltigen beruflichen Entwicklung zu erhöhen, sowie deren Einfügung und Anpassungsfähigkeit an die Arbeitsmarktdynamik in Wirtschaftszweigen mit Wettbewerbspotenzial, nämlich die Bereiche der intelligenten Spezialisierung (identifiziert und definiert nach SNC/SNCDI) auf Ebene der Region Süd-Muntenia (d. h. Dambovita County). Das PROJECT zielt auf vier Hauptaspekte ab, die zur Verbesserung des Übergangs von der Sekundarstufe II von der Bildung ins aktive Berufsleben führen, wobei vorrangig in Wirtschaftssektoren mit Wettbewerbspotenzial bzw. in den Bereichen der intelligenten Spezialisierung (nach NCS/SNCDI identifiziert und definiert) die Qualifikation, Kompetenz und Produktivität der künftigen Arbeitskräfte durch ihre nachhaltige, dynamische und wettbewerbsfähige Entwicklung auf lokaler/nationaler/regionaler Ebene sichergestellt werden: 1) Erhöhung der Teilnahmequote von 185 Schülern der Sekundarstufe II (ISCED 3), Qualifikationsstufe 3-4, aus den Bereichen der Berufsausbildung Mechanik, ELECTROMECANICA, Umweltschutz, bis hin zu spezifischen arbeitsbasierten Lernprogrammen durch effiziente, nachhaltige und nachhaltige Initiativen zur Entwicklung der beruflichen Fähigkeiten künftiger Absolventen und damit zur Steigerung der wirtschaftlichen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in den betreffenden Sektoren, insbesondere von Programmen zum Lernen am Arbeitsplatz (KOMPONENT 1); 2) Erleichterung des Übergangs von der Schule ins aktive Leben, Erhöhung der Fähigkeit künftiger Absolventen, ihren Karriereweg an ihre eigenen Fähigkeiten und Bedürfnisse zu wählen und anzupassen, die für ihre Integration und Anpassungsfähigkeit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erforderlichen Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, die Aufnahmekapazität/Berufsmobilität entsprechend den aktuellen Anforderungen und bestehenden Möglichkeiten (nach NCS/SNCDI) zu erhöhen und den Grad der Belegung der Schüler am Abschluss des Studiums für 185 Schüler der Sekundarstufe II (ISCED 3) zu erhöhen, in Stufe 3-4 Qualifikationen, die speziell für die Bereiche der Berufsausbildung Mecanica, ELECTROMECANICA, Umweltschutz, durch komplexe Informationen und professionelle Beratungsdienste, die sich auf den Erwerb von Fähigkeiten konzentrieren, die den aktuellen Bedürfnissen entsprechen (Komponente 2); 3) Schaffung konkreter Wege der nachhaltigen Zusammenarbeit, um die Integrations-/Mobilitätsfähigkeit von IPT-Absolventen zu erhöhen, die Beziehung zwischen dem Arbeitsmarkt und dem IPT-System zu stärken (für die Bereiche der Berufsausbildung Mechanik, ELECTROMECANICA, Umweltschutz), Förderung der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit zwischen der gebildeten Umwelt (German)

ALGEMENE DOELSTELLING VAN HET PROJECT: vergroting van de deelname aan leerprogramma’s op de werkplek en andere relevante, innovatieve en duurzame activiteiten, specifiek op het gebied van Mechanisch, ELECTROMECANICA, Milieubescherming, voor 185 studenten uit het hoger secundair onderwijs (ISCED 3), kwalificatieniveau 3-4, om de kansen op duurzame professionele ontwikkeling te vergroten, evenals hun integratie en aanpassingsvermogen aan de dynamiek van de arbeidsmarkt in economische sectoren met concurrentiepotentieel, namelijk de gebieden van intelligente specialisatie (geïdentificeerd en gedefinieerd volgens SNC/SNCDI), op het niveau van de regio Zuid-Muntenië (d.w.z. Dambovita County). Het PROJECT is gericht op vier hoofdaspecten die leiden tot de verbetering van de overgang van leerlingen in het hoger secundair onderwijs van onderwijs naar een actief beroepsleven, met prioriteit in economische sectoren met een concurrentiepotentieel, respectievelijk op het gebied van intelligente specialisatie (geïdentificeerd en gedefinieerd volgens het NCS/SNCDI), waardoor de kwalificatie, competentie en productiviteit van de toekomstige beroepsbevolking worden gewaarborgd door hun duurzame, dynamische en concurrerende ontwikkeling op lokaal/county/regionaal niveau, namelijk: 1) Verhoging van de participatiegraad van 185 studenten uit het hoger secundair onderwijs (ISCED 3), kwalificatieniveau 3-4, van de gebieden van de beroepsopleiding Mechanica, ELECTROMECANICA, Milieubescherming, tot specifieke werkgebaseerde leerprogramma’s door middel van efficiënte, duurzame en duurzame initiatieven die gericht zijn op de ontwikkeling van de beroepsvaardigheden van toekomstige afgestudeerden en aldus het economische concurrentievermogen in de betrokken sectoren vergroten, namelijk programma’s voor leren op de werkplek (COMPONENT 1); 2) het vergemakkelijken van de overgang van school naar het actieve leven, het vergroten van het vermogen van toekomstige afgestudeerden om hun loopbaan te kiezen en aan te passen aan hun eigen capaciteiten en behoeften, het ontwikkelen van de vaardigheden die nodig zijn voor hun integratie en hun aanpassingsvermogen op de arbeidsmarkt, het vergroten van de opnamecapaciteit/beroepsmobiliteit, afhankelijk van de huidige behoeften en bestaande mogelijkheden (geïdentificeerd volgens het NCS/SNCDI), het verhogen van de bezettingsgraad van studenten aan de voltooiing van de studie voor 185 studenten in het hoger secundair onderwijs (ISCED 3); op niveau 3-4 kwalificaties, specifiek voor de beroepsopleiding Mecanica, ELECTROMECANICA, Milieubescherming, door middel van complexe informatie- en professionele adviesdiensten, gericht op het verwerven van vaardigheden die voldoen aan de huidige behoeften (Componenta 2); 3) het tot stand brengen van concrete manieren van duurzame samenwerking om de integratie/mobiliteitscapaciteit van IPT-afgestudeerden te vergroten, de relatie tussen de arbeidsmarkt en het IPT-systeem te versterken (voor de beroepsopleiding Mechanica, ELECTROMECANICA, Milieubescherming), het bevorderen van technisch-economische samenwerking tussen de opgeleide omgeving (Dutch)
