Projekt dotyczy dostosowania firmy do nowych warunków rynkowych wywołanych pandemią covid-19. Poprzez wprowadzenie obostrzeń dla działalności obiektów gastronomicznych, Lodziarnie Jakub Kużel zostały otwarte w czerwcu, zamiast jak corocznie w kwietniu. Wobec przedłużających się obostrzeń dotyczących otwarcia obiektów gastronomicznych, właściciel nie wprowadzał nowych produktów oraz wstrzymał inwestycje związane z otwarciem kawiarni. Powyższa sytuacja spowodowała duże straty finansowe i stagnację inwestycyjną (Polish)

The project concerns the adaptation of the company to the new market conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. By introducing restrictions on the operation of catering facilities, Jakub Kużel’s Ice Cream Plants were opened in June, instead of as in April. In view of the prolonged restrictions on the opening of catering facilities, the owner did not introduce new products and halted the investments related to the opening of the cafeteria. This situation has caused significant financial losses and investment stagnation (English)

Le projet concerne l’adaptation de l’entreprise aux nouvelles conditions de marché causées par la pandémie de COVID-19. En introduisant des restrictions sur l’exploitation des installations de restauration, les usines de crème glacée de Jakub Kużel ont été ouvertes en juin, plutôt qu’en avril. Compte tenu des restrictions prolongées à l’ouverture des installations de restauration, le propriétaire n’a pas introduit de nouveaux produits et a interrompu les investissements liés à l’ouverture de la cafétéria. Cette situation a entraîné des pertes financières importantes et une stagnation des investissements. (French)
