Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.09.2020 r. do 30.06.2021 r. W jego wyniku uczniowie Szkoły Podstawowej w Miastkowie będą mieli możliwość rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. Podniosą się także kompetencje zatrudnionych w placówce nauczycieli. Celem projektu jest rozwój kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy 120 uczniów (70 dziewcząt i 50 chłopców) Szkoły Podstawowej w Miastkowie, a także podniesienie kwalifikacji 20 nauczycieli w okresie od 01.09.2020 do 30.06.2021 r. Projekt zakłada realizację następujących działań: - zajęcia dodatkowe dla dzieci - zajęcia wokalno- instrumentalne, zajęcia muzyczno – rytmiczne, Przyroda eksperymentalna i kreatywna, zajęcia z języka niemieckiego, zajęcia z języka angielskiego, akademia pamięci; - doskonalenie nauczycieli - szkolenie „Eksperyment – nauczanie przez odkrywanie” oraz „Aplikacje internetowe jako narzędzia wspomagające naukę”; - zakup wyposażenia. Decyzja o realizacji przedsięwzięcia została poprzedzona szeroką analizą potrzeb placówki oraz diagnozą stanu obecnego, a więc jego wykonanie jest jak najbardziej uzasadnione i odpowiada na potrzeby placówki oraz jej uczniów. Zakres projektu wynika z opracowanej diagnozy, zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący szkołę w dniu 25 listopada 2019 r. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu podniesie kompetencje kluczowe uczniów, umożliwi kształtowanie właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy, a przy tym wydatnie sprzyjać będzie rozwijaniu indywidualnego podejścia do każdego ucznia, w tym ucznia ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz wdrożeniu nowych rozwiązań zapewniających wysoką jakość usług edukacyjnych świadczonych przez szkołę. Wpłynie na rozwój kreatywności i kompetencji cyfrowych uczniów. Wyposażenie szkoły w pomoce dydaktyczne w sposób znaczący urozmaici zajęcia dydaktyczne, pozwoli łatwiej i szybciej przyswoić materiał dydaktyczny. (Polish)

The project will be implemented from 01.09.2020 to 30.06.2021. As a result, students of the Primary School in Miastkowo will have the opportunity to develop key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market. The competences of the teachers employed in the institution will also be increased. The aim of the project is to develop key competences and universal skills necessary in the labour market 120 students (70 girls and 50 boys) of the Primary School in Miastkowo, as well as to improve the qualifications of 20 teachers between 01.09.2020 and 30.06.2021. The project involves the implementation of the following activities: — additional classes for children – vocal and instrumental classes, musical and rhythm classes, experimental and creative nature, German language classes, English language classes, memory academy; — teacher improvement – Training “Experiment – teaching by discovery” and “Internet applications as learning tools”; — purchase of equipment. The decision to implement the project was preceded by a broad analysis of the needs of the institution and the diagnosis of the current state, so its implementation is the most justified and responds to the needs of the institution and its students. The scope of the project is based on a diagnosis, approved by the school body on 25 November 2019. The implementation of this project will increase students’ key competences, will enable the development of the right attitudes and skills needed on the labour market, and at the same time will greatly promote the development of an individual approach to each student, including a student with special educational needs, and the implementation of new solutions ensuring high quality educational services provided by the school. It will contribute to the development of students’ creativity and digital competences. Equipping the school with teaching aids will significantly diversify teaching activities, make it easier and faster to assimilate the teaching material. (English)

Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er septembre 2020 au 30 juin 2021. En conséquence, les élèves de l’école primaire de Miastkowo auront la possibilité de développer les compétences clés et les compétences universelles nécessaires sur le marché du travail. Les compétences des enseignants employés dans l’institution seront également renforcées. L’objectif du projet est de développer les compétences clés et les compétences universelles nécessaires sur le marché du travail 120 élèves (70 filles et 50 garçons) de l’école primaire de Miastkowo, ainsi que d’améliorer les qualifications de 20 enseignants entre le 1er septembre 2020 et le 30 juin 2021. Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre des activités suivantes: — classes supplémentaires pour les enfants — classes vocales et instrumentales, cours de musique et de rythme, nature expérimentale et créative, cours d’allemand, cours d’anglais, académie de mémoire; — amélioration des enseignants — Formation «Expérience — enseignement par découverte» et «Applications Internet comme outils d’apprentissage»; — achat de matériel. La décision de mettre en œuvre le projet a été précédée d’une large analyse des besoins de l’établissement et du diagnostic de l’état actuel, de sorte que sa mise en œuvre est la plus justifiée et répond aux besoins de l’établissement et de ses étudiants. Le champ d’application du projet est basé sur un diagnostic, approuvé par l’organisme scolaire le 25 novembre 2019. La mise en œuvre de ce projet permettra d’accroître les compétences clés des élèves, permettra de développer les attitudes et les compétences requises sur le marché du travail, tout en favorisant grandement le développement d’une approche individuelle à l’égard de chaque élève, y compris un étudiant ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux, et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles solutions garantissant des services éducatifs de haute qualité fournis par l’école. Il contribuera au développement de la créativité et des compétences numériques des étudiants. Doter l’école d’aides pédagogiques diversifiera considérablement les activités d’enseignement, facilitera et accélérera l’assimilation du matériel didactique. (French)
