Celem gł. P jest zwiększenie do 31 III 2023 r. zdolności do zatrudnienia 418 (151K/267M) spośród 464 (168K/296M) ucz. 2 szkół zawodowychw Radomiu: Zespołu Szkół Budowlanych im. Kazimierza Wielkiego (ZSB) oraz Specjalnego Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczego im. J.Korczaka (SOS-W) poprzez udział w stażach, doradz. zawod., zaj. specjalist., zaj. kształtujących kompet. klucz. i umiej. uniwersalne niezbędnena rynku pracy oraz 187 (86K/101M) spośród 206 (95K/111M) ucz PSP nr 20 w R-miu poprzez udział w doradztwie zawodowym, a także wzrost efektywności i skuteczności kształcenia poprzez doposażenie 8 pracowni odzwierciedlaj. naturalne warunki pracy oraz zwiększenie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodowych 27 (19K/8M) spośród 30 (21K/9M) nauczycieli. Gr. doc.: 464 (168K/296M) ucz. i 30 (21K/9M)nauczycieli 2 radomskich szkół zawodow. oraz 206 (95K/111M) ucz. z PSP nr 20 w Radomiu. Zadania: 1. Staże uczniowskie oraz zaj. przygotowujące do egzaminów czeladniczych; 2. Dodatkowe zaj. specjalistyczne realizow. we współpracy z podmiotami z otoczenia społ.- gospodar. szkół; 3. Zaj. dla ucz. kształtujące komp. klucz. i umiejętności uniwersalne niezbędne na rynku pracy; 4. Wsparcie rozwoju nauczycieli zawodu i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu; 5. Doposażenie pracowni zawod.; 6. Doradztwo zawodowe - utworz. Punktów Informacji i Kariery i przeprowadzenie zaj.; 7. Doradztwo zawodowe - kształcenie nauczycieli. P obejmuje więc dział. zapewniające kompleks. wsparcie rozwoju szkol. zawodowego (3 K.D). Wskaźniki: Punkt C2.1. Wnioskodawca oświadcza, że podejmowane działania z zakresu rozwoju edukacji zawodowej będą odpowiadały potrzebom rynku pracy, z uwzględnieniem branż zidentyfikowanych jako branże o największym potencjale rozwojowym i/lub branż strategicznych dla regionu, należących do inteligentnych specjalizacji regionu. P is an increase in employability by 31 III 2023 418 (151K/267M) out of 464 (168K/296M) teaching. 2 vocational schools in Radom: Kazimierz Wielkie (ZSB) Building School Complex and the J.Korczak Special Education and Education Centre (SOS-W) through participation in internships, consulting professions, specialist, key and universal skills in the labour market and 187 (86K/101M) out of 206 (95K/111M) PSP No. 20 in R-miu through participation in professional counselling, as well as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of education by retrofitting 8 workshops to reflect natural working conditions and increasing competences or professional qualifications 27 (19K/8M) out of 30 (21K/9M) teachers. Gr. doc.: 464 (168K/296M) teaching and 30 (21K/9M) teachers of 2 Radom vocational schools and 206 (95K/111M) teaching from PSP No. 20 in Radom. Tasks: 1. Student internships and classes preparing for student examinations; 2. Additional specialised services in cooperation with entities from the social environment – the economy of schools; 3. For teaching. shaping the key comp. and the universal skills needed in the labour market; 4. Support the development of vocational teachers and practitioners; 5. Retrofitting of the workplace; 6. Career counselling – creation. Information and Career Centres and the conduct of an occupancy; 7. Career counselling – teacher education. P therefore includes a department providing support for the development of vocational schools (3 K.D.). Indicators: Point C2.1. The applicant declares that the activities undertaken in the field of vocational education will meet the needs of the labour market, taking into account the sectors identified as the sectors with the highest development potential and/or strategic sectors for the region, belonging to the region’s smart specialisations. Le demandeur déclare que les activités entreprises dans le domaine de l’enseignement professionnel répondront aux besoins du marché du travail, en tenant compte des secteurs identifiés comme les secteurs présentant le potentiel de développement le plus élevé et/ou les secteurs stratégiques pour la région, appartenant aux spécialisations intelligentes de la région.
