Projekt z zakresu poprawy efektywności energetycznej oświetlenia ulicznego dotyczy wymiany istniejących (431 szt.) energochłonnych opraw oświetleniowych (rtęciowe i sodowe) zlokalizowanych w gminie Spiczyn w miejscowościach: Charlęż, Jawidz, Kijany, Ludwików, Spiczyn, Zawieprzyce, Zawieprzyce Kolonia, Ziółków, Stoczek na energooszczędne oprawy oświetlenia ulicznego typu led (431 szt.). Ponadto inwestycja obejmuje budowę dwóch nowych odcinków oświetlenia ulicznego (20 szt. nowych punktów świetlnych), w miejsc.: Charlęż i Zawieprzyce Kolonia. Oprawy posiadać będą reduktory mocy oraz programator umożliwiający obniżenie zużycia energii w godzinach nocnych. Dodatkowo w ramach projektu planuje się działania promocyjno - informacyjne zachęcające mieszkańców czy przedsiębiorców do przechodzenia na gospodarkę energooszczędną. Pod względem korzyści finansowych realizację projektu najbardziej odczują władze Gminy Spiczyn, którzy w zmniejszonym zapotrzebowaniu na energię elektryczną potrzebną do oświetlenia ww ulic odczują różnicę w znacznym spadku kosztów ich utrzymania. Bardzo istotnym elementem przedsięwzięcia odczuwalnym dla osób korzystających z dróg objętych projektem będzie poprawa jakości oświetlania ulicznego (lepsza jakość światła). Dzięki projektowi osiągnięty zostanie również cel środowiskowy związany z poprawą powietrza atmosferycznego, gdyż zmniejszy się jego zapylenie oraz emisja szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery (redukcja emisji o 60,33 t.równ.CO2/rok). Wnioskowany do dofinansowania projekt przyczyni się globalnie do poprawy jakości powietrza atmosferycznego poprzez redukcję zapotrzebowania na energię do oświetlania produkowaną głównie z węgla. Inwestycja zgodna jest z opracowanym Planem Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej Gminy Spiczyn. (Polish)

The project to improve the energy efficiency of street lighting concerns the replacement of existing (431 units) of energy-intensive luminaires (mercury and sodium) located in the municipality of Spiczyn in the following localities: Charlęż, Jawidz, Kiev, Ludwików, Spiczyn, Zawieprzyce, Sleeves Cologne, Ziółków, Stoczek for energy-saving led street lighting fixtures (431 pcs). In addition, the investment includes the construction of two new sections of street lighting (20 new lighting points), in places: Charlze and Ring Cologne. The luminaires will have power reducers and a programmer to reduce energy consumption during night hours. In addition, the project plans promotional and information measures to encourage residents or entrepreneurs to move to an energy-efficient economy. In terms of financial benefits, the implementation of the project will be most affected by the authorities of Spiczyn Municipality, who will be affected by a significant decrease in the cost of their maintenance in the reduced demand for electricity needed to illuminate these streets. Improving the quality of street lighting (better light quality) will be a very important element of the project for those who use the roads covered by the project. The project will also achieve the environmental objective of improving atmospheric air, as pollination and emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere will decrease (60.33 t CO2/year emission reduction). The project requested for funding will contribute globally to the improvement of ambient air quality by reducing the demand for illumination energy produced mainly from coal. The investment is in accordance with the Low-Emission Management Plan of Spiczyn Municipality. (English)

Le projet d’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique de l’éclairage public concerne le remplacement des luminaires à forte intensité énergétique (mercure et sodium) existants (431 unités) situés dans la municipalité de Spiczyn dans les localités suivantes: Charlęż, Jawidz, Kiev, Ludwików, Spiczyn, Zawieprzyce, Manches Cologne, Ziółków, Stoczek pour des luminaires d’éclairage public mené à économie d’énergie (431 pièces). En outre, l’investissement comprend la construction de deux nouveaux tronçons d’éclairage public (20 nouveaux points d’éclairage), dans les endroits suivants: Charlze et Ring Cologne. Les luminaires auront des réducteurs d’énergie et un programmeur pour réduire la consommation d’énergie pendant les heures de nuit. De plus, le projet prévoit des mesures de promotion et d’information pour encourager les résidents ou les entrepreneurs à passer à une économie économe en énergie. En termes d’avantages financiers, la mise en œuvre du projet sera le plus touchée par les autorités de la municipalité de Spiczyn, qui seront touchées par une diminution significative du coût de leur entretien dans la réduction de la demande d’électricité nécessaire pour éclairer ces rues. L’amélioration de la qualité de l’éclairage public (meilleure qualité de la lumière) sera un élément très important du projet pour ceux qui empruntent les routes couvertes par le projet. Le projet permettra également d’atteindre l’objectif environnemental d’amélioration de l’air atmosphérique, étant donné que la pollinisation et les émissions de substances nocives dans l’atmosphère diminueront (60,33 t de CO2/an de réduction des émissions). Le projet demandé à bénéficier d’un financement contribuera globalement à l’amélioration de la qualité de l’air ambiant en réduisant la demande d’énergie d’éclairage produite principalement à partir du charbon. L’investissement est conforme au plan de gestion à faibles émissions de la municipalité de Spiczyn. (French)
