Celem projektu jest komercjalizacja wypracowanego w toku inkubacji modelu biznesowego, polegającego na wprowadzeniu na rynek znacząco udoskonalonych ekstraktów roślinnych, bazujących na roślinach wyhodowanych w zamkniętych, kontrolowalnych warunkach i wyekstrahowanych najbardziej przyjaznymi środowisku i najbardziej efektywnymi metodami ekstrakcji. Ekstrakty będą produktem obrotu w branży kosmetycznej, spożywczej oraz z pogranicza farmacji (suplementów diety, wyrobów medycznych). Dla realizacji projektu konieczna będzie budowa zaplecza produkcyjnego w siedzibie Vertigo Sp. z o.o. w Puławskim Parku Naukowo-Technologicznym. Po zakończeniu budowy zrealizowane zostaną prace dotyczące pozwoleń prawno-administracyjnych umożliwiających prowadzenie czynności produkcyjnych, jak również przeprowadzony zostanie proces budujący portfolio produktowe spółki (jako powielenie procesu MVP opisanego w dalszej części projektu). Elementem uzupełniającym projekt będzie plan działań promocyjnych, wdrażanych w celu wygenerowania sprzedaży. Do realizacji projektu zaangażowany zostanie zespół zbudowany w toku inkubacji Wschodniego Akceleratora Biznesu, w skład którego wchodzą pomysłodawcy Anna i Dawid Drzewieccy, mgr inż. chemii Joanna Paluch, dr hab Sylwester Smoleń prof. Uniwersytetu Rolniczego w Krakowie oraz zespół naukowy dr Magdaleny Palacz z Poznańskiego Parku Naukowo-Technologicznego. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to commercialise the business model developed during incubation, consisting of the introduction on the market of significantly improved plant extracts, based on plants grown under closed, controllable conditions and extracted from the most environmentally friendly and most efficient extraction methods. Extracts will be a product of marketing in the cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical industries (food supplements, medical devices). For the implementation of the project it will be necessary to build a production facility at the headquarters of Vertigo Sp. z o.o. in the Puławy Science and Technology Park. After the construction has been completed, work will be carried out on legal and administrative permits to carry out production operations, as well as a process to build the company’s product portfolio (as a replication of the MVP process described in the following part of the project). A supplementary element of the project will be a plan of promotional activities implemented to generate sales. The project will involve a team built in the course of the incubation of the Eastern Business Accelerator, consisting of the originators Anna and Dawid Drzewieccy, Joanna Paluch, PhD, Sylwester Smoleń, Professor of Agriculture University in Cracow and the scientific team of Dr Magdalena Palacz from Poznań Science and Technology Park. L’objectif du projet est de commercialiser le modèle d’entreprise développé au cours de l’incubation, consistant en l’introduction sur le marché d’extraits végétaux considérablement améliorés, basés sur des plantes cultivées dans des conditions fermées et contrôlables et extraites des méthodes d’extraction les plus respectueuses de l’environnement et les plus efficaces. Les extraits seront produits de la commercialisation dans les industries cosmétiques, alimentaires et pharmaceutiques (compléments alimentaires, dispositifs médicaux). Pour la mise en œuvre du projet, il sera nécessaire de construire une installation de production au siège de Vertigo Sp. z o.o. dans le parc scientifique et technologique de Puławy. Une fois la construction terminée, des travaux seront effectués sur des permis légaux et administratifs pour effectuer des opérations de production, ainsi qu’un processus de constitution du portefeuille de produits de l’entreprise (en tant que réplication du processus MVP décrit dans la partie suivante du projet). Un élément supplémentaire du projet sera un plan d’activités promotionnelles mises en œuvre pour générer des ventes. Le projet comprendra une équipe construite dans le cadre de l’incubation de l’accélérateur des entreprises orientales, composée des initiateurs Anna et Dawid Drzewieccy, Joanna Paluch, Ph.D., Sylwester Smoleń, professeur d’université d’agriculture à Cracovie et de l’équipe scientifique du Dr Magdalena Palacz du parc scientifique et technologique de Poznań.
