Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście na prawach powiatuSiemianowice Śląskie. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 70 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciemobjęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji iproblemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowaw ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the city under the rights of the district of Siemianowice Śląskie. The main result of the project will be 70 people registered in the PLO to take up employment. The project will support people under the age of 30. As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la ville en vertu des droits du district de Siemianowice Śląskie. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 70 personnes inscrites à l’OLP pour occuper un emploi. Le projet soutiendra les personnes âgées de moins de 30 ans. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
